I got the idea for this character yesterday at the water park

I was sitting underneath a water fountain and for some reason what sounded like a phrase from Undertale popped into my mind:

"There's a mysterious girl underneath the waterfall."

So I made an Undertale OC

Human form/disguised form

True form

She lives in Waterfall and usually sits underneath one of the waterfalls there in human form, not moving or saying a word. When someone comes too close is when she goes into her other form

Her hair, wings, arms/claws, ears, and tail are made of water

She usually doesn't mean any harm but if you are evil she will try to drown you
