Sometimes I offer for OTAs even if I'm bad at offering and stuff...

But there are times when I offer and get no response, then later discover someone else got the OTA, without telling me that my offer has been declined.

I'd rather be told that my offer is declined rather than wait for a response and later discover someone else got the adopt instead...it just hurts me when I find someone else got an OTA that I offered for while I was waiting patiently to see if I got it or not...

So please, if I offer on your OTA, tell me if my offer's declined instead of just not responding at all if you don't like it...
