In India at hospital.

Excitedly walking through the corridor she couldn't hold herself from grinning and smiles to see her colleagues and her sister after a short break.

Greeting her colleagues with smile and hugging them she moves to Nandini's cabin and knocking lightly she enters inside once she heard Nandini.

Nandini who was engrossed on her computer didn't notice Avni's and hearing a couch she looks up and got surprised seeing Avni not knowing she was going to back to hospital today.

Leaving her work she stood with joy and happiness and pulls Avni into a warm and tight hug. Avni smiles hugging Nandini back with soft smile on her face and closed her eyes feeling so much relaxed.

Nandini : I wasn't expecting you to be back. I thought I will come home and see you. It's good to see you back Avni. How is your little vacation?

They broke the hug and taking their seats looks at each other before Avni decided to tell her sister about Neil proposing her. She raised her hand showing the ring to Nandini who gasped in shock and happiness knowing what happened in London.

Her eyes shined with and tears glinting into her eyes as she reached to hold Avni's hand and looks at the ring with so much happiness and joy.

Nandini : oh my god! I can't believe it. He proposed you. I didn't expected to happen this soon. I thought it will take another years for you both to realise your own feelings. I am so happy and delighted to know you guys are finally a couple. It's a beautiful ring.

Avni smiles and looks at her own ring then recalled the moments she spend with Neil before she returned back to India. It was bliss and most valuable memory of them being together.

Nandini : I can hear the wedding bells soon. So when is the wedding. I can't wait you both get married.

Avni : Di! Please. You are thinking too far.

Nandini smiles seeing her blushing upon hearing the wedding and excitedly she took her phone out and dials Manik's number who immediately answered it.

Manik : hello love! Are you alright? Unusual to call this time. Is everything okay? Why are you not saying anything? Say something love.

Nandini : mani. Can you please come to the hospital? I need to tell you something important.

Manik : what happened love? You are worrying me now. I will be reaching there within half an hour.

Avni's eyes widened hearing one side conversation and she snatched the phone from Nandini and starts talking to Manik who released a breath after hearing Avni. He got worried for a second thinking something might happened to his wife.

Avni : hello Jiju. How are you? Please don't rush to come. Di is just excited to share some news with you. You don't need this worry. Drive safely.

Manik : thank god! God knows what horrible thoughts were rushing down my mind when I heard her. Can you please pass the phone to her?

Avni smirks and looking at Nandini who palms her face keeping her head down and muttered few words. Nandini lifts her head up and took the phone and standing excused up to talk to her husband.

Manik : love! What am I hearing you? You will ever not stop giving me heart attacks. It seams you like being punished. If you say so then how can I not fulfil my wife wish. Be ready tonight.

He hanged up before she could answer him back. Bitting her inner cheeks she held the phone and walks to Avni and smacks of head while sitting down. Avni winched and glares her.

Avni : why did you hit me? What did I do? I was just helping Jiju.

Nandini rolls her eyes and ignoring Avni got engrossed with the work whereas Avni sits there scrolling down her phone till Manik arrives.

Manik comes in and greets hugging Avni and kissing side of her head. He looks at his wife who ignores his presence engrossed reading a file. He went towards her and stood behind her lowering himself down and placing a kiss on her cheek making her startled.

She tilts her head looking at Manik who grins at her and pulling the chair little away and wrapping his arm around her waist and stroking her face.

Manik : is my love trying to ignore me but love you are failing miserably. You can never avoid me.

He smirks and scooping her up from the chair sat down and placed her onto his lap who gasped in shock at his action and slapped his chest as she heard Avni laughing out loud seeing their banters.

Nandini : what are you doing Mani? Avni is there and watching us. What will she think about us?

Manik : what am I doing love? I ain't doing anything wrong? So what if she is there. We are married and she knows what married couple is like. I don't care what she thinks about us? All I care is you love.

Shaking her head she leans back resting her back on his chest and looks at her dear sister who pretended not hear anything minding her own business.

Manik : so Avni. How is London? How did you work go? Is Neil okay? How is he? Is he okay?

Avni: London was amazing Jiju. I really had amazing week. I enjoyed going to London. It's was beautiful to there. I loved it. My work was great and Neil is doing great. He misses you guys a lot. He even talks a lot. It was really good being there and experiencing what actually London looks like. I liked it.

Manik: that's good. We also miss Neil a lot. So what happened in the London. I heard something was about happen. How did it go? Did you like it?

Avni looks at Manik with surprise whereas Nandini frowns and thought did her husband already knew about the proposal. He spoiled her whole mood.

Avni : how did you know Jiju? Oh crap. How can i forget? He is your brother so obviously you would know. Then why did you freak when Di called you to share the news. I thought you didn't knew.

Manik chuckles and looks down at his wife who was angry on him for not sharing the news. He shakes his head and placed a kiss on side of her head.

Manik : all I knew he is going to propose me. I only helped him a little bit but looking at your face I think my brother did extremely exceptional. So tell how did it go? I'm going to tease the hell out him.

Manik smirks because he has finally got chance to his brother. It's time to take the revenge back from all teasing he received from Neil. She looks down and blushed making them smile.

Manik : she is just like you love. Even you used to blush the way throughout our relationship. Even now you blush so much. I am so happy for you Avni.

Avni: thank you Jiju. I will give you guys alone. I have some work to catch up. I will see you later.

Manik : yes! I will call up our friends and reveal the news to them video calling with Neil at night. I will pick you up later when I come to pick Nandini up.

Avni nodded her head and bidding bye to them went back to her cabin. Soon as Avni was out of the sight Manik turns his wife around and cupping her face leans forward and pecks her lips making her smile.

Manik : I missed you so much love. You know when you called to come over, my heart did the happy dance. I was so happy and excited to see you.

She chuckles and slaps his chest away and placed a kiss on his heart making him smile. Her hand went to his hair and starts ruffling softly. He smiles and pulls closer her tightening his grip around her waist.

He didn't wait any second smashing his lips against hers. He smirks as he kissed her who responded so quick pouring all the love and energy into the kiss.

He broke the kiss and rested his head against hers and softly whispers while stroking her cheek.

Manik : love. I would love to be in this position whole but I have to return back to office.

Nandini : why? Please don't go Mani. Since you are here, can we go out for lunch before you go back to office? Do you a meeting to attend?

Manik : I'm sorry love! I don't have heart to say no to you but this I have to go back and cancel the lunch because I have really important meeting to attend.

Nandini sighs and gets down his lap and looks at him sadly who also stood up and cupping her face placed a kiss on her forehead.

Manik :please love! I will pick you up later. Whenever you get a moment please call mom and inform her about the dinner plans today with the rest. I will call our friends and Appa and Amma too.

Nandini nodded het head and kissing his cheek unwillingly she left him go back to office.

Taking a deep breath she sat down back down and taking a file of her patient she starts going through.

In London, Malthora mansion.

Dialing Avni's number Neil climbs the downstairs and glances at Mia who starts setting up the table. He walks towards her and greets her while taking the seat. She smiles and greets him and went to serve him. He thanks and starts eating his breakfast.

Mia : did Avni land safely? The house seems so empty without her. I loved her company so much.

Neil stops eating and looks at Mia and then glances at his phone kept was on the side table. He chuckles and picks his phone up when it rang. He looks at Mai and showed the phone to her who also smiles.

He answered the call and looks at Mia who was about to walk away but he stopped her.

Neil : hello Avni. Could you give a minute? I will talk to in a minute but I have someone who is badly missing you. Here talk to Mia. She misses you a lot.

Neil smiles looking at Mia who grins taking the phone and starts to Avni. Neil completed his breakfast while Mia talked to Avni.

He took the napkins and wipes his face and stood up taking his bag and looks at Mia who comes back giving the phone back to him. He took the phone and bidding bye to Mia starts walking towards the exit.

Neil : hello baby. Did you reach home safely? I tried calling you a lot last night but you didn't answer. I even left so many messages but no answer. How are you? How is everyone at home? I miss you a lot.

He opens the door and sits down putting his bags on the passengers seat and fastening the seatbelt connected his phone to Bluetooth and starts driving to his face while talking to Avni.

Avni : hello Neil. I am sorry. I was so tired and didn't realised when I fell asleep. I wanted to you call when I saw your messages and miscalled then thought you might be sleeping and I didn't wanted to disturb you.

Neil : it's okay baby. Where are you? Are you not hime? By any chance are you in hospital?

Avni: yes! I had to be back in hospital because I had to report it back to my teams and I missed Di so I came back. I told Di about us being together.

Neil : you should have rested baby. Should I be happy or concerned about this? They will tease me so much especially Bhai and Cabir. How am I going to face them now? Bhai will get back to me.

She laughs out and understood why wanted to call everyone and tease Neil. Now she wasn't going to tell him about the plan but enjoy his teasing face.

Avni: well good luck. Are you going to office?

Neil : yes! I'm driving to office. Are you busy? Shall I call you back later?

Avni : yeah. If you don't mind. I have to go and see one of my patients. I call you when I get free.

Neil : okay. Take care baby. I love you so much.

Avni: you too Neil. I love you too Neil. Bye.

Neil muttering bye ended the call and focused on driving while dialing David's number.
