Her head was throbbing and felt like banging her head on wall when she opens her eyes and holding her head sat up and looks at Neyoinka and Avni sat there worriedly looking at her.

Her eyes also moves to couch side where Neil and Raj sat and looking tensed. Frowning herself and feeling the throbbing in her head she opens her mouth to speak but couldn't.

Neyoinka moving closer to Nandini picks a glass of water and passed to Nandini who looks at her and taking the glass took few gulps before handing it back to Neyoinka and rubs her head gently.

Neyoinka : it's paining a lot Nandini beta. Let me give you head massage. You feel a lot better.

Nandini looks at Neyoinka and nods placing her head on Neyonika's lap and Neyoinka starts messaging her head gently.

Neil and Raj stood up from their seats and walks to Nandini and ask her about her health.

Raj: how are you feeling Nandini? You literally scared us when we found not waking up? You need go take care of yourself beta. You can't fall ill otherwise your husband will kiss us.

Nandini chuckles lightly hearing Raj and nods her head at him as she felt much better after receiving the head massage by Neyoinka.

Nandini: i am sorry papa. I didn't mean to make you all worry. I don't know what might have happened but I promise you I will take care of myself.

Raj smiles and patting her head went out of the room not before asking Neil to come office soon.

Neil : Bhabhi. You literally gave me a heart attack. I was so close to call Bhai and ask him rush back home. Please don't do like this ever again.

Nandini : I am sorry Neil. I will never repeat again, you didn't Manik about this? Did you Neil?

Neil : no Bhabhi. I didn't call Bhai. I wasn't sure if you wanted to worry him. Please take of yourself. I want to see my happy Bhabhi spoiling me.

She smiles and nodded her head and Neil also kissing his mother and Avni's cheek went from there leaving the three ladies alone.

Neyoinka : Nandini. Beta go freshen up and while I send you breakfast in the room. I am not going to hear against you. You will rest all day.

Nandini nodded her head and smiles at Neyoinka and looks at Avni who hasn't spoke a word.

Nandini : what happened Avni? Why aren't you saying anything? I am fine. Nothing happened to me. Come here. I don't like seeing you sad.

Avni hugs and felt like sobbing when she recalls seeing Nandini in that condition. Nandini shakes her head and breaking the hug looks at her.

Nandini : idiot. Why are you  crying? I am fine. Your husband kill me if he finds that I made you cry.

Avni chuckles and hits Nandini lightly and both of chuckles until Avni got a little serious.

Avni: but di what happened out of sudden? I mean the doctor said you were unconscious and burning with fever. How is it possible? I am not getting it.

Nandini : it could be due to headache. I was talking to Manik last night and cried. I will be fine.

Avni: Di take care of yourself. You can't neglect your health. I will bring breakfast for you.

Nandini nodded her head and once Avni went Nandini picks her phone up and saw miscalled and messages from Manik. She thought to call him after freshening up. She kept the phone away.

Sleeping down the bed walks to washroom. Opening the tap she took some water and splashed it over her face and thought why did she lost her conscious.

Coming out of washroom she walks back inside the room and found Neyoinka and Avni waiting for her. She smiles lightly and went towards them.

Neyoinka : come join us. Let's have breakfast today.

Nandini sits beside them and had a little to eat because she didn't feel having anything.

Neyoinka : did you receive Manik's call? He called before you got unconscious back and Neil spoke to him that time. He was really worried. Call him.

Nandini : mom. I did receive his message and miscalls. I will call him later. If you don't mind I can go and rest for sometime. I don't feel okay.

Neyoinka nodded her head and giving Nandini medicine asking her to rest left the room with Avni also told her to take rest and call them whenever she needs anything. Nandini sighs and went back to bed and laid down picking her phone up.

Dialing Manik's number who answered in second ring like he was only waiting for her call.

Manik : love.  Are you okay? You didn't response to my calls or messages. I called few times to tell you something. Is everything okay. When I spoke to Neil earlier he didn't sound okay. Is everything okay?

Nandini felt a lump stuck in throat not knowing how to tell him about her health. Her heart sank realising how far he is away from her. She wants to hug him but can't because of the distance between them.

Taking a deep breath and holding her tears back she  assured him she was fine but he knew something was not okay. By her voice he could feel it.

Manik : love. Why are you hiding something from me? Your voice doesn't seem to be well. I hate this distance between us. I can't hide you in my embrace taking all worries away from you knowing something is bothering you. Love please share it with me.

Nandini: Manik. Nothing is bothering me. It's just headache and the pain being away from you is not helping at all. I miss you so much Manik. I wish you were so I could hid myself into your chest. I feel like crying my heart out hiding in your embrace.

His heart broke into pieces hearing her words and knew pain behind her words. A tear escape from his eyes and he wiped it off immediately.

Manik : love. I can't do this anyone. I can't bear this separation between us anyone. I will figure something out but I need you in my arms.

He brutally ended the call leaving her in tears and tried calling him but he didn't answer making her worried for his safety. She didn't wanted to make him worry. She quickly dials Neil's number and told him everything who listened her calmly.

Neil : Bhabhi. Please stop crying. I will talk to Bhai. You are not well and crying so much will make it worser. I will speak to Bhai. Please don't cry.

Nandini sniffed and bobbing her head cutely ended the call not before listening Neil who assured her everything will be and she doesn't need to worry.

Pacing in his cabin worriedly and trying to ring Manik's number Neil sighed when Manik answered the call and didn't let Manik speak.

Neil : Bhai what am I hearing? Bhabhi crying over the phone. You are coming back. Bhai calm down and think carefully. What will you tell dad?

Manik : I don't give fuck damn about this Neil. My wife needs me back and I can't stay here. You don't know what has happened behind my back. I will speak to dad later and explain him but Neil I can't do this anyone. I was supposed to return back next work and I will figure it about the work later Neil. She is crying and hurting herself. I can't imagine what she must be going through.

Neil : I understand you Bhai.  I have been through this phase. I am not going to stop from what you want to do because there is nothing can hold you back. I also you know whatever you do is always right. Bhai all I am asking you is to don't rush. I will book your tickets for tonight. By know I know you must be heading to airport.

Manik listening to Neil and finally giving thought said okay and talking to him for a little longer ended the call whereas Neil sits on his chair and dials his Pa number and asked her to bring coffee.

He closed his eyes and rubs his temples but immediately opened it when he felt warm hands touching him and turns his head to see his wife.

Neil : when did you come baby? I wasn't expecting you to be here. No hospital duty today.

She smiles at him and starts pressing his head gently and dropped few kisses on his head.

Avni : I thought why not to surprise you. You have even been so busy with your work and hardly get time for us so I thoughts let's spend a day with you. I have taken day off from hospital. Di was sleeping and mom said she will be with Di.

Neil nodded his head and name of Nandini he took his phone and dropped a message to her about Manik but didn't tell her he was returning back.

Avni: why are you smiling? You also look happy and stressed. Did I miss something? Tell me.

He shakes his head and holding her hand pulls her beside and moving biscuits chair little back made her sit over his lap and warps his arms around her waist. He placed a kiss over her head.

Neil : work is hectic but once this project is completed then there will be balance of work and romance with you. I couldn't agree more with you baby. Past few weeks I haven't even kissed you.

Her cheeks heats up and she slaps his chest feeling shy and looked startled when they heard a knock. She tried getting down his lap but he held her.

Neil : there is no need to move. I like you being close to me. It's my Pa brining my coffee.

She stayed like that and hid her face in his chest whereas Neil told his Pa to come inside who looked surprised seeing them in this position but minding own business placing the coffee left from there.

He took the cup and starts sipping looking at his wife who starts playing with shirt buttons and mumbling something under her breath.

Neil : what are you saying baby? I am unable to understand whatever you are saying.

Avni: you can't know because it wasn't to be heard by you Neil. What time do you finish your work? I was wondering if we could pop pot for lunch.

Neil : I am sorry baby but I have a meeting fixed at lunch time but don't be sad. We can go out after that. I don't have any meeting after that.

Avni: I have no problem long as I get to spend some with you. I think you should do your work. I will sit there and watch you while you work.

Neil : baby are you? Do you think I will be working if you keep staring me like that? More like it will be distraction. It's okay. Let's be like this.

She nodded her head as she had no primer being close to him. Neil focused getting some work done meanwhile Avni sitting on his lap played some games on his phone and didn't disturb him.

Stepping inside the mansion Neil found his wife sitting with Nandini and Neyoinka and gossiping. He finished his work little early and had to pick Manik  from airport who will landing soon.

He clears his throat graining their attention who looks at him and smiles. He greets them.

Neil : how are you doing Bhabhi? Is your health okay now? Feeling any better.

Nandini : I am feeling munch better Neil.

Neil nodded his head and excusing himself went to change and coming downstairs asked Neyoinka about dinner.

Neil : mom have you starts preparing dinner. If you haven't then please ask butlers to make for fab 4 and Murthy's family and Navya too. I have invited them too for dinner.

Neyoinka : okay I will let them know. Where are you going this time?

Neil : I am going to meet my friend but I will be back before dinner.

Neyonika nodded her head and Neil bidding bye to them walks out of the mansion to pick Manik up.
