
Gymnastics, And Where To Start
:first you need to do some warm-ups.
:than you have to stretch a lot, you should hold stretches to 20 or 30 sec. and don't Challenge yourself too much.
:after your done stretching you get to the fun part, gymnastics!!
:first you start with the basics like cartwheels and handstands and front roles. If you don't get them right on that okay, just practice.
: when you do gymnastics you have good posture and position. And in gymnastics you should always be positive.
: don't always think that gymnastics is working all day and pushing yourself, gymnastics should be fun and enjoying.
