but, sally was beautiful.

because like many,

she was just another story

that has been placed in the farthest bookshelf,

no longer read and felt,

cause she no longer looks the part of a supposed grand tale. 

sally of gentle moons and fair sunsets.

now,

sally of void desserts and monochrome dusts.

sally.

don't close your eyes just yet,

wait for me too,

i'll join you there and you no longer need cry,

for even if it's just I,

that may be enough to keep you warm

till your next tale arrives.
