It was a gray cell. Dull, dimly lit. The Doctor was being interrogated by a strange man in a gray suit. He was unaware of this man's request to see him. He didn't even recognize his face. It was strange, somehow he thought he knew this man very well, a long time ago. Like you know, he never forgets a face.

"What's the last thing you can recall vividly?" The man asked

"Uh, I remember Clara and I traveled together. She was my companion. I erased her memory of me, she's now living on her own." The Doctor said, in a serious tone

It sounded like he had no feeling behind those words he said. It felt like those words normally came from his mouth. His memory got erased of Clara. He only knows that she traveled with him, and that erased her memory. Nothing more.

"Great, so do the words 'Impossible Girl' give you any ideas?" He asked

"No."

"How about, 'leaf'?"

"Autumn leaves."

"'Soufflé?'"

"Food."

"Oswin?"

"No."

"Queen Victoria?"

"No."

"Raven?"

The Doctor paused. A stray tear ran down his face, yet his face was expressionless. He looked sad yet conveyed no emotion.

"No." he said, the tear still running down his cheek

The guy's eyes widened. He's never seen this before.

"Clara?" The guy asked him

The Doctor's eyes were red. His breathing was uneven and shaky.

"No." He said

The guy was shocked. He didn't know what to make of this. He hadn't seen anything like this before.

"That's all I need to know, you may now leave, Doctor." The guy said as he stood from his chair

The Doctor stood up and exited the room. The guy rushed out of the room and stopped a person who was working in the facility.

"Tell the officers that The Doctor's condition is worse than we thought."

The guy removed the camouflaging device from his pocket. His face changed completely into someone The Doctor knew very well.

"He doesn't even remember Clara. This isn't good. She did so much for him." The guy said

"I'll notify them immediately." The office guy said as he walked the other direction

The guy watched him leave and sighed.

"I just hope something happens to make him feel better."
