An Awkward drive

Third Person Pov

Sam and Marry ran to the rental car and got in, Worriedly The brown haired girl got in the back as Sam started up the car. She wanted to ask what they were going after, but figured it was best to keep quiet. As she leaned back against the seat as Sam was driving she felt a small pain on her back like she was leaning against sharp lines on her back. Instinct told her to keep quiet about it.

The drive was quiet for a while Sam was constantly looking down on his lap where his phone was hoping his brother would call him back and that he would be okay.

A nagging question came up in Sams head and now that Meg wasn't there he could ask Marry it.

"Marry," Sam said looking back through the rearview mirror, the small girl who was looking at her clasped hands looked up.

"Why did you come back?" Sam asked supicously, he had to admit the child was weird and he couldn't understand her.

There was silence in the car for a few minutes then the small girl spoke up.

"I can't remember a lot but I rely on my tummies feeling and I felt fuzzy and tingly and i felt like I was safe around you guys."

"But you need to understand we can't keep you." Sam said "We hunt really dangerous things, are dad did too and believe me you don't want the type of childhood we had."

"I'm not scared." Marry retorted crossing her arms,

Sam just chuckled a little at the small girl.

"The man who gave you that ticket," Sam began again "Are you sure, you don't remember anything else about him?"

Marry closed her eyes a little and remembered the bus stop.

"He had wings." She said

Sam slammed on the breaks looking back at the pale girl. "He had what?" He asked not sure if he should be worried or not.

"He had black wings.." Marry said a tone of fear in her voice as she looked at the older mans dark brown eyes.

Sam sighed, question began flooding his mind again. What if this girl is like him? How many are like them both? One things for sure Dean and him can't leave her alone now.

Sam started the rental back up and sped off to the town Dean and him were suppose to go to together. The rest of the way was quiet, Marry instinctively rubbing her arms with her hands.

Sam noticed the girls behavior and remembered when a few of his classmates and him went to see other law profesions for the day and one happened to be for the Childerens unit. That day a little boy was testifying against his mother for abusing him and his sister, they took note of all the signs his sister and him had.

He looked back at Mary through the mirror and saw she was starting to calm down,

"Sorry if I scared you Marry." Sam said softly,

He knew he would have to tell Dean about his thery, that is if he was still alive.

"No," He told himself "Dean wouldn't let himself get killed."

The sun was setting fast and rain clouds that once filled the sky were slowly fading away. The wind taking them somewhere new.

Neither of the two spoke, there heads running wild with their thoughts. Sam turned on some music the 80's channel came on blasting AC/DC Thunderstruck.

He groaned in slight annoyance of the song not fitting the mood, as it normally did then the song ended and Pearl "Alive" came on. He shifted in his seat a little praying silently that The girl sitting behind would never remember the abuse if she ever was abused or it wouldn't affect her. He sped up a little faster as he hit the sign for Indiana.

"Don't worry where coming to help you." Sam heard Marry whisper quietly out the window.

A soft spot began to form for the girl in Sams chest, he sighed and tried to ignore it as they continued to get closer to Deer Lake Indiana.
