Avneet's POV

I was talking to Siddharth when someone called him.

"Hello??" He said with a smile. After some moments his smile vanished.

"Ohh...okay!! Yeah, we'll be there" He said and ended the call.

"Chalo kaam mil gaya" He said and went to Purvi Ma'am's office.

"Ma'am, Bandra West me do dead bodies mili hai" He said.

Ma'am looked at him.

"Okay. Tum aur Avneet niklo. Dev ko kaho Ananya ko leke tumhe follow kre. Mujhe address text kar do, me Kavin ko leke aati hu" She ordered. We saluted her and left.

"Oyee, Sidd!!!" Kavin shouted. We turned.

"Yaar merko chodke mat jao please" He said.

"Kyu?" Siddharth asked.

"Me aur Purvi? Akele? Please dude" He pleaded. We chuckled.

"Chal nautanki..." He said.

"Avu, samjhao na iss yede ko" He said to me.

"Avu? Kabse?" I asked.

"Abhi se...please na" He said folding his hands.

"But ma'am ke saath aane me problem kya hai?" I asked.

"Ma'am ne esa kyu kaha ki me Kavin ko leke aati hu? Guys woh mera balatkaar krna chahti hai!! Merko bachalo please!!!" He said.

We burst in a laughter.

"Shut up man!! Aa jaana haan?" Siddharth said and we left.

"Guys kaha jaa rahe ho?" Dev asked.

"Crime spot pe. Mrs Joshi ko leke aa jaana" Siddharth replied. I chuckled.

"Mrs Joshi!?" Dev said confusingly.

We kept quiet. He understood. Siddharth took a couple of steps backwards.

"Bhaagoo!!" He said holding my hand.

We ran and finally reached our jeep.

We started breathing heavily and looked at each other. I looked at my hand. Siddharth was continuously looking at me.

"Siddharth...mera haath to chodo" I said awkwardly. "Huh?" He said. "Mera haath" I said. He looked at my hand and immediately left it.

"Haan to tumhara hi hai na...me konsa saathme le jaa raha hu. Tum bhi na Avneet, mujhe touch krne ke bahane dhoondti rehti ho!" He said.

"Haaww!! Me...tum..." I said but he interrupted me.

"Kya me tum? Waha dead bodies mili hai aur tumhe apni padi hai...kya hoga iss ladki ka!?" He said starting the engine of the jeep.

He signed me to sit. We finally left.

Dev's POV

"Hi Ananya" I said entering the Forensic Lab.

"Hey!! Firse signature chahiye?" She asked.

I chuckled and shook my head.

"Bandra West me dead bodies mili hai, Purvi Ma'am ka order hai hume waha jaana hai aur evidence search karne hai" I informed her.

"Ohh...okay, lets go" She said picking some stuff she needed to complete her task.

We reached the crime spot in 15 minutes.

We got out of the car and entered the crime spot.

"Damn..." I said looking at the awful scene. There was blood everywhere. The murderer killed those two people brutally.

In some minutes Ma'am and Kavin also arrived. They wore their white gloves and started looking at the bodies.

"Addu vo.." Ananya said but Purvi ma'am glared her and she stopped.

"I mean.. Purvi vo bodies ko me lab me hi check kr sakti hu" Ananya said.

"Okay, Avneet dono bodies ko lab bhejvane ka intezaam kro. Ananya tab tak tum yaha aur check kro, shayad kucch mil jae" Ma'am ordered.

Kavin goes to Ananya

"Ananya tumne Purvi ma'am ko Addu kyu bola??" Kavin asked.

"Vo Purvi ko real name Aditi hai toh bachpan se Adu hi bulati hu isliye galti se nikal gya" Ananya said

"Ooo... thanks khabri!!" Kavin said

"Wha.." Ananya is cut by Purvi ma'am "Ye tum dono kya khusur phusur kar kar rhe kaam par dhyaan do"

"Siddharth aur Dev aas paas pucho kisi ne kuch dekha ya nhi" She said. We followed her order.

"Bhaisahb suniye, yeh jo murder hua hain, inke bareme kuch jaante ho aap?" I asked to a man. He shook his head. Everyone was looking scared.

"Dekhiye ham aapko kuch nhi karenge, bas yeh batiye ki aap mese kisine kucch dekha?" Siddharth asked. No reply. Great!!

"Ma'am koi kuch batane ko tayaar nhi hai!" I said.

"Hmm, koi baat nhi" She replied.

"Siddharth tum Ananya ke saath lab jao" She said.

"Ma'am me jau?" I asked. She looked at me. Why the hell did I say that man!?

"Fine...go" She said.
