Chapter 147:

It was the time of the day, Neil came into the room and others were behind him. Neil made Avni lays on the bed and runs to the cupboard to take the medicine. Shweta covers Avni with the duvet. Avni was wrangling because of pain. Her eyes were closed and she squeezed her eyes.

Avni: aaahhh.

Neil was finding the medicine in the cupboard. He looked at Avni. Neil turned and took away the hanging clothes and grins his teeth. Neil got the medicine box and took it. Neil shuts the cupboard.

Neil came back and sat on the bed. Neil was sitting at the foot side on his side. Neil was finding the medicines and he panicked. Neil wipes his sweat by looking at Avni who was in severe pain.

Everyone was worried for Avni.

Shweta: Tillu, do something.

Neil grins his teeth while finding the medicine in the box. He is a doctor and he daily goes through medicines, and emergencies but right now the person who is in pain is his wife, his love. Doctors are also human and they also have hearts. Neil panicked because his two lifelines are in danger, he had already lost his first child now he can't afford to lose anyone, especially his wife and child.

Neil wipes his sweat and took out the packets on the bed to get the medicines. Neil got the medicine.

Neil: Mom, water.

Shweta nods. She poured the water into the glass. Neil came to Avni and holds her hand by bending to Avni.

Neil: Avni, get up.

Avni shook her head.

Neil: Avni, please get up. You have to take this medicine.

Avni suppressed her lips. She took her hand back from Neil's hand and holds her belly. Neil got emotional to see that.

Neil: Avni, please, try to understand. Please, get up. For our baby. Please, try to get up for our baby.

Nm: yes, Bacha, you are my strong girl. Right.

Shweta: Avni, my child, please, please get up.

Neil was looking at Avni.

Neil: Avni, for our child.

Avni sighs. She forwards her hand. Neil holds her hand and Avni tries to get up. Neil kept his hand under her head and made her head up. Avni squeezed her eyes. Neil took out the medicine and fed Avni.

Neil: Mom, water.

Shweta nods and gave him water. Neil made Avni drink water and gulps the tablet. Neil made Avni lays back and sat beside her. Neil caressed Avni's hair.

Neil: don't worry, you will get relief soon.

Neil was caressing her hair. He kissed Avni's forehead. Everyone got emotional to see Neil.

Soon, Avni got relief and her eyes were closed. Neil was caressing her hair. Avni opened her eyes. She looked at Neil.

Neil: feeling better? Hmm?

Avni nods. Everyone got sighs of relief.

Avni's eyes filled with tears and she hold Neil's hand which was on her hair.

Avni: Neil, our child.

Everyone got emotional. Neil too but he managed to smile of course the fake one.

Neil: our baby is fine. It is strong just like its mother.

Avni was crying.

Neil: I think, our baby will go on you.

Avni smiled.

Neil: I am serious. See, it is strong like you so it will be like you.

Avni: its father is also strong.

Neil: we both are strong.

Avni: and cry baby too.

Neil and Avni chuckle. Others also smiled with teary eyes.

Nm: I think, now, we should go from here. Avni needs rest.

Avneil looked at them.

Avni: yes, please, go and have breakfast. I am sorry because of me, you got late for breakfast.

Shweta: nothing is like that.

Avneil smiled. Neil looked at Avni.

Avni: I and Baby are fine so don't worry about us. You all go and have breakfast.

Shweta smiled then she looked at Neil.

Shweta: Neil, you?

Neil: I will have it later.

Avni: go, Neil, I am fine.

Neil ignores her.

Neil: mom, I will have my breakfast later with Avni.

Avni dropped the weapons and smiled to see Neil. Neil didn't look at her because he wants her to understand that he can not have breakfast without her especially when she and his child is in danger but he doesn't know that Avni already knows that and she also cares for him.

Later, Avni was sleeping and Neil came into the room and sat near Avni. Neil looked at Avni's belly and touched it.

Neil: Please, Baby, be strong please don't leave mamma papa they will not bear this trauma this time. Please, be strong.

Neil kissed her belly.

Neil: Mamma, papa, both love you.

Neil looked at Avni. He moved back and caressed Avni's hair.

Like this, two days passed, Neil and the Khanna family took proper care of Avni. Anyone from the Mehta family also comes there. These two days were not less than doomsday.

Avni was laying on the bed of the hospital and a doctor was doing her sonography. Doctor Prachi was in operation theatre so she asked someone else then Avni was laying on the bed in her room and Doctor came there to do Avni's check-up. She also reads the reports. Avni was looking at her and was worried.

Doctor: You and Baby, both are fine.

Avni smiled with teary eyes but was not convinced.

Avni was laying on the bed in the fowler position. She was worried and was waiting for Neil.

Avni: why this Neil did not come till now? The doctor said, me and baby, both are fine but until Neil will not confirms it, I will not get satisfaction.

Avni thinks.

Neil entered the room and Avni looked at him. Neil was looking at Avni with teary eyes. Avni got more worried and nervous. Neil came to her and sat.

Avni: Ne, Neil, what happened? What did Doctor say? Ou, our baby is fine, right?

Neil was looking at her and he cups her face. Avni frowns. She keenly looked at Neil. Neil smiled with teary eyes.

Neil: Avni, our baby is absolutely fine. There is no danger to its life.

Avni was looking at Neil.

Neil: our baby is out of danger.

Avni got the relief. She got emotional.

Avni: yo, you are saying the truth? Ou, our baby is out of danger?

Neil nods.

Neil: yes.

Avni breaks down. The tears she was holding in her eyes for two days now she can't hold them more. Avni cries badly. Neil hugs her. Avni reciprocates the hug after some time. Neil kissed her near her ear while hugging her.

Neil breaks the hug and cups Avni's face. Avni was crying.

Neil: why are you crying now? Now, the baby is safe then what happened, why are you crying?

Avni was crying, the storm which was in her heart now it broke all the blocks and came out. Neil smiled to see her. Avni hits his arm. Neil smiled. Avni hits his chest and arm then Neil holds her hands and hugs her.

Neil: I am so happy today.

Avni: me too.

Neil sighs. Avni closed her eyes and the tears fall from her eyes.

The next day, Neil, Avni and Prakash sitting in the living area. Bebe and Shweta were coming there. Bebe looked up and she stopped. Shweta stopped when she feels Bebe stop. She turned and frowns to see Bebe then she turns her face and was shocked to see Maddy who was standing at the door and was looking at Bebe.

Shweta: Maddy Jiji.

Everyone heard her and was shocked. Avni catches her belly. Neil looked at Avni who looked worried. Neil thinks. Maddy was looking at Bebe.
