It was the time of the day, the whole Khanna family was standing in the living area.

Bebe: Avni, now go and have a rest.

Avni nods.

Neil: mom, Bebe, I am thinking of shifting our room to downstairs. It will be easy for Avni. It is her first pregnancy we have to be extra careful. Climbing stairs are not good for her.

Bebe and Shweta nod.

Avni: I am missing our room.

Neil looked at her as he was checking the things. Neil smiled to see her and goes to her. He sat.

Neil: It is obvious but more important is our being together. When we are together, we will make this room our heaven too.

Avni smiled. Neil's phone rang. He takes out his phone from his pocket.

Neil: hospital. I am coming.

Avni nods.

Avni: sure.

Neil smiled. He picked up the call and goes out of the room while smiling. Avni looked at the room and sighed. She thinks.

Avni touched her belly and the tears foamed in her eyes. She had lost all her hopes but now when she got what she wanted, she thought of it as a dream.

Avni: hi, baby, mamma here. I can’t believe that I am talking to you. It, it is like a dream for me. it is not a dream right, it is a truth, right, you are with mamma, right. Hmm.

Avni said while wiping her tears: of ho, now mamma has become a cry baby. Avni, you are going to become a mother and are behaving like a baby. Now no more cries, only smiles.

Neil: you were saying something about second marriage that I should marry someone else.

Avni understood that he is teasing her, and she raised her one eyebrow.

Avni nods and thinks.

Neil frowns.

Neil frowns.

Avni: Neil, we have got this big happiness after crying for years. After years of suffering, now we have got this happiness, I can't lose it in any way, at any cost.

Neil: I understand but you are not habitual of sitting at home, you will get bored and what about your work?

Avni: I can do it from home too. Neil, you know what the doctor said.

Avni’s eyes filled with tears. She shook her head. Neil keeps the hand on her hand and wipes her tears. He cups her face with one hand and wipes her tears.

Neil: nothing will happen. Till morning, we were thinking that we will never get a baby but now see, you are expecting. So be positive, everything will be fine.

Avni: still I don’t want to go, I don’t want to take a risk. If I needed then I will call my staff at home. And I will have a proper rest under the observation of two officers.

Neil frowns.

Avni: yes, Bebe and Mummy Ji. Are they less than any police officer or detective?

Neil smiled.

Neil: that’s true. Ok, if it gives you satisfaction then you can work from home but please don’t take the stress of anything and only think about our baby. Dream about it.

Avni and Neil smiled.

Neil: ok, now I am going to take a bath. After this shifting and all, I am feeling a pungent smell from me and irritation.

Avni holds her nose.

Neil rolled his eyes and Avni smiled. She pulls his cheeks.

Avni kissed his cheek. Neil was surprised, he looked at Avni.

Neil: What's the matter, hearing the news of the arrival of the baby, the condition is this; what will happen when the baby will come. Hmm.

Neil looked at her lips and leans toward her, Avni hits his arm.

Avni: shameless. Then you will sleep on the couch. Only I and my baby will sleep on the bed.

Avni: did you see, baby? How shameless your father is but I still love him and he loves us too.

Avni smiled. She looked up and smiled.
