Sana and Rahul came inside after seeing off Sidneet. They settled down on separate sofas.

Rah: So how was it?

Sana: Honestly Rahul not exactly how I imagined my complete family would be because mom dad didn't talk at all that makes a lot of difference. But for sure I can't thank God enough for giving me my father. Of course the one who dies never comes back. But mein hamesha bhagwaan se pray karti thi ki kaash koi miracle ho jae aur mere dad mujhe mil jae. Uss time par andar se pata tha it's useless but fir bhi ek yahi cheez mein maanga karti thi. Atleast I got him. Poori fanily ek saath thi hamari so I think I am more than happy. Something is better than nothing

Rahul nodded.

Rah: I know right. I felt same. Jab hum sab saath mein bethe the I was just wishing ki thodi si to baat karlo. But they didn't and of course I can understand their condition

Sana: Bataya kya mom ne tumhe? I mean I heard dad's point of view par you know

Rah: Dad. I see

He said teasingly.

Sana: Yee of course. He is my dad too right. And of course the moment I called him dad. Maine kuch soch kar nhi bola. It just came from inside. And that was the moment he literally had tears of happiness just listening that one word from my mouth

Rah: I...also called mom and she was way too happy

Sana: Seriously?

She asked smiling widely. He nodded with a smile.

Rah: Kitna late ho gya na ye smiles ke lie. In moments ke lie

Sana: I agree. But from now I want to spend moments with them. Chalo ab batao what she said?

Rahul sighed.

Rah: Basically they both were at fault. Neither he was able to understand her nor she was able to. And the ego was the biggest reason for whatever happened. Jab jab apni galati ki maafi maangne ka socha unki ego aage aayi. She is not blaming dad but also not saying she was completely at fault. She has realized that it was both of their fault

Sana: Dad also know ki fault dono ki thi aur dono ne hi koi effort nhi ki for their relationship

Rah: Chalo atleast ye to realize hua ki galati dono ki thi

Sana: Ab agar pata chal hi gya hai to why can't they sort things?

Rah: Itna easy nhi hai. Jaante to kahi na kahi uss time bhi the. Achha jab hame sach pata chala tha to we were also awkward right? Tumhe mom par gussa tha. We took sometime to accept everything and get back to normal na? I am not saying both situations are same but dekho 17 years purani baat hai ye. You can't just expect them to get back together ek dum se aur itna easily

Sana: You are right

Rah: See I can understand. I also hope ki sab kaash theek hota ya in coming future ho jae. What we can do is spend more time with them. Hum chaaro ek saath time spend kare. Unki awkwardness over a period of time kam hogi. They will start talking to each other. Kuch to baat karenge hi agar hum regular time spend krenge. Matlab sab theek ho jaega and they will give chance to their relationship again and sort all their problems iss baat ki to mein guarantee nhi de sakta. But if they are allowing like dad is allowing me to meet mom and mom has no problem to meet dad to shayad ek doosre se bhi baat karle

Sana: Let's hope for the best

Rah: I am happy atleast I got my whole family

Sana: Mee too. By the way I am your elder sister

Rah: So?

Sana: So what? You better start respecting me

Rah: Respect ki lagti. Mein batata hu tujhe

He said tickling.

Sana: Ahhh. Chhod kutte

She was laughing like a maniac while tears came out of her eyes because of excessive laughing. He was laughing as well. He stopped after sometime. She caught her breath and slapped the back of her head.

Sana: Gadha

Rah: Gadhi

Sana: Shut up

Rah: You shut up

He said pulling her hair.

Sana: Ouch. Baal matt kheech. Bohot maaroongi tujhe

She said pushing him away. They continued their cat dog fight.
