Augustine Slade is living up to her new title as the "Life of the Party" after her breakup with Max Verstappen. The English model has swapped heartbreak for hedonism, becoming a fixture at some of the most exclusive parties around the globe.

Just after the split, Augustine has been spotted partying with some of Formula 1's most eligible drivers. First, she turned heads with a risqué dress at a club with Renault's Carlos Sainz in Monaco, sparking whispers of a romance.

But that was just the beginning. The next stop on Augustine's party tour was a private bash in London, where she was seen laughing and dancing the night away with Daniel Ricciardo. The Red Bull driver and Augustine appeared inseparable, keeping the cameras flashing well into the early hours.

And as if that wasn't enough, Augustine was also spotted having a great time in Monaco with William Mercedes's Lance Stroll. The pair shared drinks at a chic rooftop bar, deep in conversation while the city lights glittered around them.

Sources say he's been cozying up with the half-sister of his recent ex—a stunning brunette known for her icy charm and love of the limelight. Augustine glances at Althea, "you submitted the blind item..?" she asks with a raised eyebrow as she reads the blind over again. "Did you give the quote for the source...?"

Althea shrugs, "you called in a favor, I owe you one." she hums and tucks a strand of hair behind her ear, "why are you doing this Augustine..?"

Augustine paused and sighed, "I... I want him to hurt and suffer, I guess." she glanced at the article Luisa wrote and her gaze flicks to Althea, "what do you know about Luisa Cho...?"

"She's a freelancer, she gets paid to write for gossip columns. She's not very good at it." Althea's nose wrinkles at the mention of the journalist, "I'm not very familiar with her work either — I just know she's like a..." she trails off, fumbling for a word, "a yacht girl sort of. She lingers in parties and stuff, she has press passes for everything, but most of her work is freelance."

"Do you think someone pays her for her work...?" Augustine inquired as she read over the article again, "and do you know who her clients are...?"

Althea's lips quirk and she focuses on Augustine, "you want to know what I think...?" she asks in a low whisper, "I think Max is paying her off — Luisa's now written two pieces about you and in both pieces, she's made you look bad."

"Yeah, she basically called me a slut in her recent one." Augustine wrinkles her nose, "and I didn't go out with Lance, that was purely coincidental, we were at the same place at the right time."

Althea shakes her head, "Luisa isn't a hard tough nut to crack, pull some strings and she easily reveals her sources." Althea's eyes soften when Augustine glances at her, "Max isn't in the right, you know...?" she says softly. "Neither of you are but it was low of him to go to Lenore, if you want me to make her life a living hell I can."

Augustine laughs dryly and shakes her head, "and do what? Prove to her that all I have to do is cry and complain and everything will go my way...?"

Althea pressed her lips together and then bites her bottom lip, "Lenore isn't your problem now — the problem is how you're going to get the general public on your side. You were the one seen with multiple people whereas Max's blind item could be pushed onto anyone else." Althea flicks her hair behind her shoulder and leans in closely, "you have the upper hand here Aug, you have to play the victim here."

"But I'm not." Augustine points out, "I'm the one who retaliated."

"So..?" Althea glanced at the table and then at Augustine, "he fucks your sister and you pretend that it was the biggest crime committed. You have to manipulate your way to the top, I can level the playing field by villainizing him, Willa and I can help, but it is up to you to put the pieces in place. Every time he moves, you move two steps ahead, all you have to do is look pretty and cry."

Augustine looks at Althea, "but...."

"Augustine." Althea says exasperatedly, "you're making excuses for what he did. You're grieving in your own way, that's fine, but you need to feel something. You're not angry enough!"

Augustine winced, Althea as right — Augustine hadn't fully processed this breakup and she wasn't going about it the right way. Where was the rage? Where was the anger? "I don't know why I'm not mad." Augustine says softly. "I should be."

"Max saw something in you that he didn't see before, he realized you were getting too close." Althea says softly, "he's known you since you were kids, of course, you add a little bit of a romantic relationship and everything changes. Just because he's scared of commitment, doesn't mean you should be. Augustine, you're so easy to fall in love with, as a friend, as a lover, as a lot of things, but it is up to you to set that into motion." Althea bites the inside of her mouth before sighing, "Max could live a thousand lifetimes and never deserve you."
