(Reader's p.o.v)
Ugh..I cant believe this..
I huffed angrily as I pulled harshly against the cold hand cuffs that dug deeply into my wrists. Although the cuffs were beginning to dig themselves into my now tender flesh, My fighting instincts wouldn't allow me to give up.
I looked around the dark dungeon like cell to dimly see that I was sitting on some sheets on the floor and that my wrists were cuffed to wall behind me. I also noticed something else.
Warm blood was currently running down the side of my face from ,what it seemed to be, a about three inch long gash across my forehead. The wet and sticky sensation annoyed me which angered me even more.
"Oi! What is the meaning of this?! Can I at least get these damned things off of me!!?" I called out angrily to a corps who had his back facing behind these rusty bars.
The corps seemly ignored my orders.
I sighed and hung my head in defeat. There's no way I'm going to get out of this one...
That's when I heard a couple sets of feet steeps growing louder before the stopped right in front of my cell.
I immediately looked at the two, observing them carefully with my icey (E/C) eyes.
The taller man with the blonde hair and the bushy eye brows quietly seemed to be giving orders to the shorter man with raven hair, who was leaning on the wall and staring at me with piercing gray eyes.
For what seemed like an eternity, the blonde man walked closer to my cell.
"I am commander Erwin and I'm the commander of the survey crops." He states "Now, I'm sure you may be wondering why your here--" He continued before the shorter one cuts him off.
"But before we answer that. You'll be answering some questions for us."
He then narrows his dark eyes as he carefully looks at your face.
"And don't even think about using that pitiful little face of yours to your advantage."
I narrowed my eyes right back at him. If he thinks that I'm the type of woman to take that type of B.S. then he had a other thing coming.
"Now, let's get this shit on the road, shall we? What were you planning on doing today? Or more specifically, what did you think you were doing? " He questions coldly.
I thought hard about what he had asked me.
I've have done and still do a lot of stupid crap in my life. I've done things from petty  theft to several accounts to physical assaults and I always proudly remember what I get away with.
But this time was different, I had absolutely NO idea what had happened before I got here or even how I ended up here.
So, I clenched my jaw and silently starred at him with my messy (H/L) (H/C) hanging partially over my clouded eyes.
"Answer me, damn it!" The man snapped impatiently at me and slammed his hands against the bar which caused them to vibrate violently.
Although I felt my heart jump at the sudden reaction I stood my ground. There's no way I'm little a short excuse of a man attempt to scare me into talking.
"Captain Levi." Erwin warned the shorty.
So that's the little shit's name...
"If she won't talk now then we'll save it for the court." Erwin looks at me and for some odd reason, when I saw the look in his clear blue eyes, it seemed that he has given me a benefit of doubt.
Out of the sudden, a perky woman, probably in her early 30's, with her brunette hair pulled up in a pony tail and with her glasses half way off her tan face bursts through the doors.
"ALRIGHTY, ITS COURT TIMEY!"
Lucky me...
"Wow..is that really the other shifter?!" The woman looked at me as excitement sparkled in her eyes.
"Shifter..?"
She blinks in surprise as she gasps.
"You don't know?! Your the one that destroyed the west side!"
She exclaimed, a little too happy to share the news.
"That must have took a lot of titan power to do so much in such little time!"
T-Titan?!
What on earth is this woman talking about?!
Sure. I'm 'a bad guy' but I'm surely not titan bad!
Am I?!
A whole bunch of thoughts swirled in my head before I felt a sudden stabbing sensation hit me in the head.
"Gah!.." I tried to hide my whimpers as a put my head in my hands.
"Hanji. Don't push it." Erwin warned the energetic woman and she nods in response with a bit of disappointment written on her face.
"Well, let's get you out of those chains and into court!"
And before I knew it I was being dragged in hand cuffs against my will to the court house.

I sat there up against the pole as what seemed to be hundreds of people judging me from all angles.
Lovely... I thought sarcastically to myself and soon enough I heard the loud of a mallet being hit against wood.
"Alright, silent yourselves. I plan on getting this over with before lunch." The judge says this as he straightened up his papers.
"What a jackass.." I mumble under my breath.
Unfortunately the judge over heard my cursing for he gave me a critical look" (Y/L) I suggest that you watch your mouth in here if you value your life." He stated firmly. "It that understood?"
I stayed silent and refused to eye contact with the judge.
"Is that understood ?" He repeated impatiently.
"Yes, sir." I growled as I looked up.
"Good. on with case." The judge sat back thoughtfully.
An all too familiar man walks up to me.
Captain Levi.
Out of all the people in this room. Why does he has to be the one to question me!?
"we either going to do this the hard way or the days way and if your a good little piss ant, I might not have to beat the shit out of you too hard." Levi looks down at me as if I really was an insect which pissed me off beyond belief. I clenched my teeth tightly to keep from cussing him out.
"Now, state your full name to the court."
"(Y/N) (Y/L)"
"Is that your real name?" Levi questions face to face with me.
"Yes. Of course it is, you short little shit!" I spat angrily.
The court room gasps.
Automatically, Levi pulls me by my hair and slams my head against the metal poll with enough force that it caused me to see black dots.
"Now, let's try this again, (Y/L)." He said lowly with a tight grip on my (H/C) hair.
"What do you remember of last week."
"I-I don't remember." I tripped over my words as pain flows over my head.
"Oh, Come on. You have to know something!" Levi growls as he aggressively pushes me into the poll.
"I-I don't know!!" I shouted as tears threatened to come out.
"Levi." A calm voice came from behind him. "Leave this to me." Erwin says this ,putting a hand on Levi's shoulder.
Levi backed off with a displeased"Tch."
"(Y/N)"
I looked up at the tall commander slowly.
"All we ask is for you to tell the truth and if this is really the truth. If you truly don't remember how this came to happen..then maybe I can cut you out a deal but I have to know if you can be trusted."
He studies me with his wise blue eyes and I couldn't help but to put all my faith into him.
"Yes!..yes, I can be trusted!"
"Then let's prove it." Erwin says before turning to the judge.
"I have a proposal to make."
The judge gave him a eyebrow raise "go on."
"I purpose That (Y/N) (Y/L) serve in the survey crops until we get the figured out. This may be a good way to teach a first rate criminal from the underground some responsibility and civilisation. However, if I detect the slightest distrust in what she had said today or if I suspect any plans against humanity  will hand her over to the courts where she will receive her death sentence."
And with that, The judge accepted Commander Erwin's proposal and I was sent to work in the survey corps.
