EMERY ELLWOOD was the granddaughter of Axel Ellwood, who built the empire that upheld Ellwood Corporation. She was a fierce and hardworking employee who was offered a job by her relative that she accepted, in hopes to one day be the CEO of Ellwood Corporation.

But instead, the position was given to the son of one of Axel's close friends, Shawn Mendes. To say that Emery was disappointed when she found out her grandfather had given the position up to him, was an understatement, but she dealt with it.

Instead of letting it get to her, she dealt with everything without a problem, whether it'd be weird routines, the snarky attitude, anything. It was until one day, she found out something and everything changed.
