(Renesmee's POV)

     I was outside of the tower looking out into the calm beach waters. The beach helps me feel calm when I'm sad or stressed.
I couldn't get rid of my tragic memory, losing my loved parents. I love and miss them with all my heart. I remember the times we spent before the tragity.
My dad playing hide and seek, my mom teaching me to ice skate, I remember it all. Especially their singing voices. Both of them singing together makes it more beautiful.
My mother would always say, ' Singing always fixes a saddened heart '
I could already feel the melody flowing through me, as I close my eyes and let it flow.

Near by the end, I could feel tiredness increasing as I let the darkness take over.

(Damian's POV)

     After some training, I needed fresh air. I left outside the tower towards the beach and to hear. . . singing?
I got closer to see Renesmee laying in the sand singing softly.
I quietly walk closer and sat on the sand near her left. I couldn't understand. Everytime I see her, she would always make my heart skip a beat or make me catch my breath.
Am I. . . in love? No! Damian, you can't feel that way! It would only make you weak!
But then again, she's shy, not only I feel as if she's hiding something along with Raven.
I feel like I need to protect her. 
I snap out of my thoughts to see Renesmee asleep in the sand.
I stood up and pick her up bridal style and headed off inside the tower to her room. As I lay Renesmee down gently on her bed, I caress her cheek.

" Whatever it is you're hiding I'll find out. Till then, I'll protect you with all I have." I calmly say.

I left a small kiss on her forehead before leaving.
