She was sitting on a couch in the living room after a tiring day at school.

It was awkward when she met Myeon this morning.(Yes,she called him Myeon now).After that incident yesterday,it was a bit hard not to replay the hug which they shared last night when they looked at each other.

Soo Min still didn't understand why she called out for him and why she didn't mind the hug.It actually felt good.

Something was definitely wrong with her.The news reported that the temperature was minus 12 celsius now.But she didn't feel that cold.Sure,she felt the cold,but she suspected it wasn't as much as what others felt.To add it,she could feel her senses getting sharper.

She grabbed the television's remote and turned the television off.She got up from the couch and started making her way upstairs.

Her mom wasn't home right now.She was a nurse and her shift wouldn't be over until midnight.

She made her way upstairs and into her bedroom.Then,she reached down under her bed and grabbed her diary.She picked up a pen and began writing.

Dear diary,

I begin feeling funny after that hug with him yesterday.There's like butterflies in my stomach and my heart beats faster.It's a bit like the feeling of excitement,yet it's more.Have I fallen in love with him ? I have never felt like this before...and I have never fallen in love before...is this love ?
But can I let this feeling grow ?
I suspect I'm not a normal human being.And there's this force inside of me which threatens to hurt others around me.
What should I do ?
I can't help but think about him every seconds.I can't get him out of my head.

Antoine was standing near Soo Min's home.He couldn't help it.

The picture of her looking pale and fainting on spot kept appearing inside his mind.He was worried about her every second he was away from her.

He stood like that,hearing for any movements.

He heard the sound of her walking towards the front door and swiftly hid himself in the nearest small alley.

Soo Min opened the door and went out.

It was 3 in the afternoon.The streets which were usually so thronged,now were desolated.

The news of people dying might had reached their ears,and no one wanted to be the next victim.

Soo Min was standing in front of her house, from the moment she got out just now,without moving.

Antoine was confused by her unusual act and decided to quietly change his position so that he could see her more clearly.

He had just took a step forward,and was surprised by Soo Min's sudden movement.

She turned and caught him in the act of moving from his hiding position.

"Is that where you always hide?"asked her.

"Well...mostly,"answered Antoine,smiling sheepishly.

"How do you know I'm here?And where are you going Soo Min?"

"I don't know,I can just feel that you are somewhere near here.And my senses are getting sharper,I remind you.And for your second question.Well,I don't know...just walking around..."

Antoine closed the distance between them.
"Then,let's walk together,"he said,lacing his fingers with hers.

Soo Min looked up,but she didn't pull her hands away.

"Do you finally decided to accept me?"asked Antoine,raising one eyebrow.

"W-what?"asked Soo Min,eyes wide.

"First,calling me Myeon.And now this,"teased Antoine,raising their joined hands.

"I-I didn't say so,"mumbled Soo Min,her face reddening.

Antoine peeked at her face,smiling,"You didn't,but that doesn't mean you don't."

"Nonsense,"mumbled Soo Min,walking away from him.

"Hey,wait!Are you angry now?"laughed Antoine,catching up with her.

"No,I am not,"Soo Min insisted,facing him."I-"

"Shush Soo Min,"said Antoine,his voice suddenly serious.

"W-what's wrong,Myeon?"

"I think someone is following us."

"What should we do?"asked Soo Min,panicked.

"For now,pretend you don't notice anything.Walk straight."

"Okay."

Antoine laced his fingers with hers,assuring her.

They walked a few steps forward,and suddenly a hooded figure was blocking their way.

"Are you Soo Min?"

Soo Min took a sharp,shocked intake of breath.

She could feel Antoine tensed beside her.

"What do you want,vampire?"demanded Antoine through gritted teeth.

"Back off,werewolf,"the vampire threatened,showing his canines.

Antoine's whole body shook and he growled.

The vampire matched Antoine's response with his cold murder look.

Two more hooded vampires came from behind,surrounding them.

"There's a command to take Park Soo Min."

"I won't let you,"growled Antoine.

"Well...we don't have any other choice."

The vampire lunged at Antoine so fast that all Soo Min could see was a blur.

"Soo Min,go back home!"said Antoine,before he shifted to his wolf form.

Soo Min got herself together,and began running back home.

I'm their target.

Soo Min realized late.

But why?

She ran as hard as she could.Antoine had successfully held back two vampires from going after her,but one vampire was nearly catching up with her.

Vampire is too fast.At this rate,he will get me.

Soo Min entered her house and slammed the door shut.

She hurriedly climbed upstairs.She could hear the door being slammed open,and she quicken her steps.

Too late,the vampire emerged in front Soo Min.

Damn vampire powers.

"Don't get near,"she dropped her voice.The light bulbs around the house started flickering.

He smirked,taking a step forward.

"I SAID DON'T GET NEAR ME!"

She could feel the presence of the light bulbs above her,the energy buzzing so loudly.She exceeded the power in the light bulbs, forcing it to its limit. A crash was heard.The light bulbs fell down in the form of pieces around the vampire,cutting the skin on his face.But the wound quickly closed,already healing,not even leaving a single scar.

"If you're smart,you will want to obediently follow us."

Soo Min descended the stairs,escaping him.

But his iron grip was circling her wrist,stopping her.She couldn't break his grip.

"Let go,"her voice sounding so dangerous.

His grip tighten around her wrist.

Several emotions ran through her.Fear,anger,confusion,anxiety.

She could feel it now,the sudden rush of her power along with the pain,stronger than just now.

She started breathing heavily,and she made use of her sharpen senses to reach for anything she could use as a weapon.

The light bulbs had been used.She couldn't feel any responses from them.

But she could feel the current of water from the pipes around the house.

She could make use of that.

She forced them to explode,letting water fell down around them.

The vampire clearly didn't expect this,for his grip loosened a little.

Soo Min made use of this moment of distraction and ran out of the house.

The vampire followed closely.

Think Soo Min.Think.

Her eyes focused on the vampire's hood.
That's it!

Getting her hands on the hood was impossible.But there was one way,whether it worked or not.

She felt around for her power in her vein.The rush of power and the pain came back to her.

She looked for the wind,and bent it to her will.She willed it to blow toward the vampire.

All of these happened so fast and the hood covering the vampire fell down.

The skin on the vampire's face got burned and he screamed.He pulled his hood back on again.

"How dare you!"

He gripped her neck,suffocating her.

Soo Min couldn't do anything,she hit the vampire's arm,but it didn't do him any harm.

Her eyes started to tear up,"M-myeon."

Antoine charged ahead,holding the two vampires back.He was losing the fight.

One versus two wasn't the best odds.

Antoine jumped,biting the vampire's arm.But he was quickly shook off,thrown aside.He was losing the fight so quickly.

This moment he heard Soo Min calling him.
He risked a glance toward her.

The vampire was suffocating her.

In a flash,he broke away from the two vampires and charged toward the vampire who suffocated Soo Min.

"M-myeon."

When Soo Min thought it was the end of her,the vampire's grip on her neck was gone.

She looked through her tears,and saw Antoine in his wolf form fighting and biting the vampire.

She gasped in and out,taking a mouthful of breath.

"Andreas,are you out of your mind? Sandiego's instruction is to bring her back alive."

"Albert,she made my skin got burned!"said Andreas,the vampire who suffocated Soo Min.

"I don't care.Our instruction is to bring her back alive,"said Albert.

"Steven,get her,"commanded Albert.

The vampire named Steven charged ahead.

"No one touch her,"Antoine growled,standing in front of Soo Min.

"What does he want from me?"asked Soo Min after her breath returned to normal.

"We don't know.You have to ask him yourself,"Albert shrugged.

"Fine,"Soo Min answered,a plan forming in her head.

She reached for the pin she always carried by her side.

"I won't let you guys get me.What have I done for him to treat me like this?"she said,buying some time.

"We don't have a choice,"said Albert,approaching her.

She quickly got her hand at the back of her collar,where she tucked her pin.

"Don't get near!"she warned,pointing the pin at her neck.

"Soo Min,what are you doing?"

She didn't look at Antoine,nor did she answer him.If everything went well,they could get out of this situation.

"Get near and I'll stab this through my neck,"she warned.

"That small thing won't make you die,"Albert smirked."Besides,you wouldn't dare."

She smiled,"I wouldn't say so.If I stab this through my vital point,I will die.And you guys will get into deep trouble."
She stabbed the pin into her skin a little bit,drawing a little blood,to prove her words.

The sight of blood seemed to trouble them.It provoked them as if to say "drink me".
But Soo Min knew better.They wouldn't attack her.For all she knew,the vampire named Sandiego needed her for something,and if she died...they would be in deep trouble.

"Retreat for now,"Albert commanded.

Before leaving,Albert gave her a poisonous glare.

She didn't move until they were out of sight.After they had gone,did she let the pin fell.

"Soo Min,Soo Min,are you alright?"asked Antoine.

"I-"

She didn't finish her words,for she fell into Antoine's arm and lost consciousness.
