Doctor shifted Khushi into the private room as per Arnav's order.

Arnav sits beside Khushi. Taking her hand in his, he kisses it.

Only he knows how horrified he was, when he got to know about her accident. He felt like losing her.

After one hour:

Khushi opened eyes and saw Arnav who was sitting beside her.

Arnav noticed this and shouted for the Doctor.

Doctor checked and said "She woke up now only. She will feel weak, because of losing a lot of blood. Feed her something light."

After giving instructions to Arnav he went away.

Arnav ordered soup.

Till then he sat there and started to caress her hair.

"Arnav...." Khushi whispered.

"Do you know how worried I am? What if something happens to you? What should I do? Angel please don't pull like these stunts again. I can't even tolerate a small scratch on you." He kissed her knuckles.

"But I am here with you only na. Don't worry. Nothing will happen to me until you are with me." Khushi consoled him.

Meanwhile soup has arrived. Khushi hissed with pain while trying to sit. Arnav is beside her immediately, he helps her to sit.

Khushi started to eat the soup from Arnav's hands.

"Arnav, we have to let Swarna Di know about my accident. Otherwise she might get worried." Khushi told him remembering her Di.

Arnav nodded his head and told" You don't worry about it Baby. I will call her after feeding you. And I will also ask Mohan to bring her here. You just take a rest."

Khushi smiled seeing his love and care for her. She thanked her devi maiya for saving her. She can understand, if something happens to her, then Arnav won't be alive.

Arnav called Swarna and let her know the matter. She was shocked and worried about her sister. But Arnav somehow consoles her. He tells he is sending Mohan to bring her here. But she denies the offer politely and says she will come by her scooty. Arnav obliges without having any choice.

Karan calls Arnav and tells him who is the reason behind Khushi's accident. Then Arnav plans something with Karan to catch the culprit.

Arnav also got to know something about Sheetal,because of which he suffered till now.

He wants to end the culprits soon,so he made a perfect and big plan to catch Sheetal and Aman.

Same day night:

Arnav is sleeping along with Khushi on the same bed while patting her head.

After sometime, he heard some painful mumbles, frowning, he opened his eyes and checked Khushi who was mumbling with pain in her head.

He moved a little close to her to hear what she was mumbling" Arnav...... it is paining....hmm....di....Arnav it is painful ...."

"Khushi, are you okay? Is it painful anywhere?" Arnav cupped her cheeks.

Khushi nodded her head as yes with closed eyes. Due to heavy pain in her head she isn't able to open her eyes.

"Shh it's alright,it's going to be fine, relax. I am calling the doctor." Saying Arnav pinged for the doctor.

Who ran to the room immediately.

Doctor checks Khushi and tells" Nothing to worry Mr.Raizada. Now she is alright. But please ask her to don't take any kind of stress." After instructing them, the Doctor takes his leave.

Arnav sits beside Khushi by holding her hand and caressing her hair.

"Sleep Angel, I am here only."

Later he took out his mobile and kept a story in the Instagram account of them.(well they are using a single Instagram account,though they don't reveal their faces,they just show their love in the form of words.) Opening the account he puts a story stating that"Hey guys, My love has met with an accident and now safe though,still she is in pain. She wasn't able to sleep due to pain and all. Please pray for her recovery."

Putting the story into words, he again started to caress her hair.

Night went like that. Though in between Khushi woke up with pain,Arnav has taken care of her.

Next day morning:

After helping Khushi to get fresh,Arnav says"Khushi, Angel, beside this hospital there is a small temple of your best friend. We can go there for sometime to pray and get back here. I already have a word with the Doctor, she permitted also. So let's do breakfast first and then go for temple."

Khushi's face bloomed like a fresh flower,listening to Arnav "Arnav wait, we can have the breakfast later first we will go and pray. After coming back we can eat."

"No no baby not at all. First breakfast then only temple. Besides you needs to take your medicines also. No compromise on it." Arnav says in final tone.

Arnav started to feed her breakfast, while eating himself. Nurse in the middle age came there and started to change the bandage of Khushi's.

"Are you feeling any pain dear or any discomfort?" Nurse asked Khushi. 

Khushi nodded her head as no.

Then Arnav says" But yesterday night, she wasn't able to sleep due to the pain. Is it normal after the accident or anything serious?" 

"Nothing to worry dear. Sometimes it happens, besides yesterday only na she got operated on, so for some days the pain will be there. And also this girl has escaped narrowly, you should be thankful to God for keeping her alive. I have seen many cases where most of the patients died due to heavy injury in their head. But I must say, this girl of yours is a lucky one." Nurse patted Khushi's cheek with adoration.

Arnav hugged his Angel to his heart and thanked God.

Later they both went to the temple. 

Otherside Nani also comes to the same temple after knowing about their family Guru's arrival.

Arnav and Khushi are praying in the temple,whereas Nani is entering through the steps just now. 

"Devi maiya, I will ask you only one thing, And that is please safeguard my Angel, who is surrounded by many evils. Please give me the strength to save my Khushi." Arnav prayed with lots of love in his heart for his Khushi.

Pandit ji blesses them.

"Let's go." Arnav takes Khushi in his arms, while she hides herself into his chest blushing.

While coming down the steps Arnav shocks seeing his Nani collapsing by holding her chest, while beside Mohan their car driver is supporting her.

"NANIIIII….." 

Arnav ran to her and kept her head on his lap, he patted her cheeks and begged her to open her eyes" Nani ..Nani please open your eyes. What happened to you Nani?" 

Khushi, who is behind him and shocked with the scene, suggests" Arnav, let's take her to the hospital." 

He nods his head immediately, some nurses who were there to pray as the temple is beside the hospital only.

The nurses saw the situation and helped Arnav to take his Nani into the Hospital,in between he didn't leave his Khushi.

Doctors rushed Nani into the ICU immediately asking Arshi to wait outside.

Arnav takes Khushi to her room and makes her sleep on the bed.

"Take a rest. I will be back." Khushi holds his hand stopping him.

Though Arnav is struggling to keep his face strong,Khushi knows how much he is crying from inside.

Khushi moved, making some place for him to sit. Understanding her, Arnav sat on the bed.

"Don't worry Arnav, she will be alright. I can understand how you are feeling right now." She hugs Arnav who breaks into tears.

"After my parents my Nani is the one who looked loved me. If she was not there then I don't know how I would have survived. Today If something happens to her I can't take it, Khushi." Arnav cries, hugging Khushi tightly.

Doctor comes out after one hour treating Nani and informs Arnav"Mr. Raizada, your Nani is fine now. It's a mild heart attack. Due to shock she has faced it. But if it happens again, then it may become more serious. So please keep her away from the stress and any shocks." He excuses from there.

Arnav stood there pondering over the thoughts.

In the ICU  Nani got into consciousness some time before. Looking around she was reminded of what happened when she was going to step into the temple.

Flash back: 

While she is going to step into the temple with the help of Mohan, she hears someone calling Sheetal frowning; she turns back to see only to get a big shock. 

There on the opposite side of the road Sheetal was hugging a man so closely and the man was kissing her. 

Nani was shocked to see her sanskari bahu Kissing and hugging some other man. Her chores came in front of her, she felt like she did a great sin with all these thoughts running in her mind, she got pain in her heart and collapsed.

Flash back ends.

Nurse informed Nani that he had  regained consciousness. 

Stepping into the room he comes in contact with the eyes of his Nani who is looking so pale.

Tears start to flow from her eyes seeing her grandson. She holds her hand out for him while calling him.

Arnav ran to her and hugged her. He cries his heart out being in the hug.
