Evan goes limp in my lap and I snarl, glaring at Brock. "What did you do?!" I bark, feeling my eyes turn red. "It's stress, Jonathan! It's probably better for the pups if he's sleeping. Please, just let me work" Brock snaps, finishing the stitches on Evan's side. "You need to talk to him about his damn pack so this doesn't happen again"

I sigh and stroke Evan's hair, wiping the tear tracks from his face. "Are the pups okay?" I gulp, and Brock presses his hand against Evan's stomach. "They're moving alright, they're fine" He says, and a wave of calm washes over me. "I'm sorry for snapping Brock I just-" The beta inturrpts me. "It's fine Jon, you're worried about your mate and your pups"

"I..." I honestly have nothing to say. Evan's face scrunches up for a moment before relaxing again and I really want to wake him up and make him okay but I doubt that will do his stress or pain any good. "Take him to your cave, Jonathan. Let him rest in your bed" Brock sighs, standing up and patting my shoulder. "You need to rest too"

I nod and Brock turns into a wolf before walking away, off to Brian. I fix Evan's shirt and carefully lift him up, taking him to our cave. I round the corner and lay him onto our cot, laying next to him and pulling him closer. I put my hand on his stomach and frown when I feel nothing before smiling when I feel a kick.

I run my hands through Evan's hair and rub his back until I fall asleep myself, purring when Evan nuzzles into my chest.

"He isn't old enough!" My dad counters, stepping closer to our alpha. "Shut up! He's a male omega!" He snaps, growling at my dad. "Please! He's our little boy!" My mom gasps, literally begging on her knees. My ears pin down and my tail tucks between my legs as I take a small step back.

"He is going to taint this pack! No one will ever breed him! He'll just eat our food and kill us all!" Our alpha proclaims, getting a whimper out of me. "Please!" My mother begs, crying now. My eyes widen as I look back and forth. I'd run if I could, but there's a circle of alphas and betas around me.

"I am sorry, Mary. But he is a male omega, he isn't usable" I cringe at the term and crouch closer to the ground out of shame. I didn't ask to be born omega! My parents back away in defeat. My father joins the circle and my mother leaves, omegas aren't allowed to watch council.

"Evan Fong!" Our alpha snaps, making me flinch and whimper. "Now that you can hunt, we are expelling you from the pack. No one wants a male omega. No one. If you dare step foot into our territory again, we will not hesitate to kill you. Do you have anything to say for yourself?" He growls as I gulp and shake.

"P-Please" I whimper, lifting up one paw in a half hearted bow. "I-I'll do anything" A lone omega is a dead omega, everyone knows that. Whether it's the elements, hunting, or hunters, everyone knows a lone omega won't last long. "I can offer more then you think" I say, but that's not the full truth.

Our alpha does nothing but snarl, standing up. I freeze when he crawls closer to me. He slaps me with his claws and I fall over with a yelp, well, that's three more scars. I'm shoved back up onto my feet, and a wall of my superiors back me towards the territory border, into no man's land.

"Pl-Please!" I cry, walking backwards as we get closer to my doom. We pass between the two pine trees, which marks the end of the South part of our territory. "Leave. You have ten seconds before we kill you." I whimper and nod a goodbye to my father before I turn tail and run, tears running down my face as the cheering and barking behind me grows distant.

I wake up with a jump and a squeak. I look around and notice I'm wrapped up in Jonathan's arms and I'm wearing his sweater. I feel one of the pups kick and start crying out of relief. "Evan..?" Jon groans, pulling me closer. I throw my arms around him and sniffle, shaking my head.

"Shush shush.. it's okay, it's okay, you're home now"
