Chapter 12

Previously on Unlikely:

"Yeah, Virgil let me stay at his place when Lela was being psycho," I shuddered at the memories.

"Yeah," Daniel said, looking up from his phone.

"I trust him and Virgil trust me," I said.

"He's a keeper," Daniel said.

"Yeah, he is," I sighed

Now ~Virgil~ Next Day

I was nervous about today. Roman is going to show me around the movie set that he is working at. I looked in my closet for something nice to wear.

"Mom!" I yelled then I remember that they went home last night. I face palm for not remembering but I finally found something to wear to day. I walked over to my bathroom and took a shower. I got out within ten minutes. I got dress but on my foundation and my black eyeshadow. I heard a knock at my door. I quickly grabbed my favorite black sweater and shoes and out the door I go.

"Well it seems someone is excited," Roman smiled.

"Um... sure," I stuttered.

"Well come on, everyone is excited to meet you," Roman added, with one of his warmest  smiles. I nodded and followed close behind.

We made it to the studio. I looked around, seeing all the props and actors as well as directors. I walked closer to Roman, not feeling really comfortable around people.

"Virgil, are you okay?" he asked, wrapping his arm around my shoulders.

"Yeah, just not use to being out around people," I sighed, looking up at him.

"Yeah, your anxiety but trust me. You will love it here," Roman reassure me.

"I hold you to that, Princey," I threaten.

"Oh will you now," he teased. I rolled my eyes. I walking side by side with Roman telling me about every set. I smiled seeing him excited about every set.

"So, Roman are we close to the set that your set?" I asked.

"Actually, yeah," Roman said, taking my hand and started running towards set twenty-four.  We arrived at the set.

"Finally, you two showed up," Max said, waving his hand in a circle above his hands.

"Sorry, I was showing him around," Roman said, walking up to him. I looked around the set saw costumes and make up as well as props. Roman pulls me to his chair and push me in.

"Ro-Roman, I can't take your chair," I stuttered, freaking out.

"It's cool I usually stand between takes anyways," Roman reassure me and handing me a cup coffee. I took a sip.

"My coffee taste better," I mumbled to myself.

"True but it's not that bad," he said, ruffled my hair. I blushed and took another sip.

"Roman, we got to get you in your costume," a blonde girl said, pushing Roman to the costumes' area. I waved bye and watch people doing their jobs.

"So, he was serious about bringing you here," I looked towards the person and saw Daniel.

"Yeah, he really wanted me to see were he works," I said shrugging. Daniel nodded and was texting someone. I was just continue to look around.

"Um... excuse me but you're in Roman's chair," a girl with a clip board said.

"Yeah, I know he was the one who put me here," I said to her. Her eyes widen.

"Wait, wait you're the Virgil," She squealed.

"What do you mean?" I asked confused.

"Roman talks about you all the time," She sighed.

"Oh, really," I said.

"Yeah, he really likes you," She said, slipping the clipboard behind her.

"Yeah, I know," I said, not really understanding on why she is still talking to me.

"You're more handsome in person," she smiled, taking a step closer to me.

"Um...thank you," I stuttered.

"Awe, so cute," She cooed, placing her hand on the arm rest of Roman's chair.

"May, what are you doing?" Max shouted at her. She stepped back and went to Max. I sighed in relief. Roman came out of the changing room with a prince costume on. I blushed at how he look exactly like a prince.

"Virgil, are you okay? You're really red," Roman said, placing a hand on my forehead.

"Yeah, you look like an actually prince," I blurted out.

"Really," he said looking himself up and down. I chuckled.

~Roman~

Virgil really thinks I'm like a prince. I couldn't help but to smile.

"Th-thank you, Virgil," I mutter, rubbing the back of my neck.

"Anytime, Sir sing-a-lot," Virgil chuckled.

"So, what did May want?" I asked him.

"I don't really know but she was getting to close for comfort," he sighed, taking a sip but realizing that he was out of coffee.

"Out of coffee?" I asked. Virgil nodded, not looking at me.

"Reily, can you get another cup of coffee?" I yelled over to a kid in a head set.

"Of course, Mr. Prince," he said, running off to get the cup of coffee.

"Roman," Virgil said.

"What?" I asked.

"Be nice to the kid," Virgil stared at me.

"Alright," I sighed.

"Here's your coffee, Mr. Prince," Reily said, handing me the coffee cup.

"It's not for me," I said. He looked very confused, "It's for him," I said, pointing at Virgil. Virgil gave Reily a small wave.

"Oh, okay. Sorry for the mixed up," Reily said, handing Virgil the coffee.

"No, it's alright," Virgil said, looking at me for help. I got an idea.

"Reily, why don't you keep Virgil company until I return," I suggested.

"Ro-Roman, he have to work," Virgil stuttered. I smiled and walked off.

"Roman, who's he?" Tim asked.

"That's my boyfriend," I said.

"Wait, you're gay?" Tim asked shocked.

"No, bi," I said, walking over to the scene.

~time skip lunch break~

I walked over to see Virgil was curled up in my chair. I walked over and gently shake him awake.

"What time is it?" Virgil yawned stretching his limbs.

"Lunch time," I smiled. He nodded and got out of my chair, "Where's Reily?"

"I told him that he can get back to work," he said.

"Oh, okay," I said. Virgil and I walked out of the warehouse building  and to my car, "So, where do you want to eat?" I asked him.

"I don't care actually," Virgil said.

"Okay, I know a place. I'm pretty sure you will like it,"

"Well, I'm going to hold you to that," Virgil stated, pointing a finger at me.

"Okay but you got to close your eyes," I said.

"I'm not going to do it, Princey," He said, lowering his gaze.

"Trust me a little,"

"Fine," Virgil sighed, given into my demands. I pulled up to a breakfast joint.

~Virgil~

I'm worried about where Roman is taking me. I heard the car door shut and then a few seconds another door opened. It's sounds like mine. I felt someone tapping on my shoulder.

"Can I open my eyes now?" I asked nervously.

"Not yet. Can you give me your hand?" Roman asked. I nodded and lifted my hand towards him. I felt a soft touch before pulling me out of my seat. I was very nervous.

"Ro-ro-roman," I stuttered.

"We are almost there," He said, guiding me into the unknown, "We're here. Opened your eyes,"

"Okay," I said, slowly opening my eyes. I looked at the sign, "A Breakfast at All Times," I said.

"Yeah, I come here after a long shoot until you opened your doors," Roman said, guiltily.

"Cool," I said, slowly walking into the building.

"Roman, My man. It's been months since we seen you. You brought  a friend," said a guy name Bobby.

"Sorry, I was trying out a café/ coffee shop. It was close by to the studio," Roman said sheepishly.

"It's all good, but seriously who is this cute kid?" the tan male said, looking at me. I blushed at the complement

"This is my boyfriend, Virgil Wayne," Roman said, wrapping his arm around my shoulders.

"So, you did break up with Lela," Bobby said.

"Yeah," Roman said, looking at me.

"Finally, I never liked her,"

"I'll have to agree with you, Bobby," I comment.

"You don't like her either," he said, eyes widen.

"Yeah, she kind of wanted me to die couple of weeks back," I mentioned. His eyes went wide and looked at Roman, who gave a nod.

"Damn, why would she want you dead?" Bobby asked.

"She thinks that Virgil stole me from her," Roman said with a hint of annoyance.

"I see. So Virgil where you do work?" he asked. Roman rolled his eyes.

"Um... I worked at Storm Cloud. Well actually I own it," I whispered.

"That new place about six blocks from here?" Bobby asked. I nodded.

"Is this the place that Roman have been going to?" He asked. I looked at Roman.

"Yes, it is the place I have been going," Roman said, getting more annoyed, "And can we have a table please."

"Of course," Bobby said, walking over to a table for two. He placed two menus on the table as well as silverware. I looked over the menu and looked up to see Roman.

"Are you okay, Princey?" I asked, worriedly.

"Yeah, I forgot that he talks a lot," Roman sighed. Bobby came back and asked for drinks.

"I want a cup of coffee," I said, looking down at the menu.

"Same," Roman said. Bobby left, "Sorry about all of this,"

"No, it's cool. I get it but just remind me next time," I suggested.

"Will do,"

~Time skip Studio~

We made it back to the set. I was amazed at how well the actors/actress work together.  I felt someone starring at me. I tugged on Roman's sleeve.

"What's up?" Roman asked.

"Someone is starring at us," I said.
