~Roman~

I know that Virgil would make a great boss. I just hope no one will take avenge of him. His moms can also see that. I heard footsteps behind me. I turn to see Virgil was staring at his mothers and me.

"Looking for something?" I purred.

"N-n-no," Virgil stuttered, walking into the kitchen.  I smiled, looking at how cute he is.

"Virgil, you are so cute," I whispered, not expecting him to hear me.

"I'm not cute. I'm a terrifying creature of the night," he stated, walking over to me. Virgil tried so hard to be scary but it just made him cuter.

"That is so adorable," I heard Maxine coo. I chuckled at how red his face was turning.

"Don't you have work, Roman?"  Virgil stated. I nodded with a sigh.  I walked down the stairs and out the door.  I hailed a taxi.

"Where to kid?" the diver asked.

"To the movie studio," I said, getting my wallet out.  He started to pull away from Storm Cloud and into the busy part of the city. I sighed, wishing I could stay there a little longer.  We arrived  at the studio around forty-five minutes. I got out of the car and made it to the set for the movie.

"Roman, how is he?" Daniel asked, texting something on his phone.

"Virgil doing great and his moms are in town. So, he's good hands," I stated, walking closer to my trailer.

"I'm glad to hear it but now it's time for work," he said, walking into the building. I walked into my trailer to get change and headed into the set.

"Were are the make-up people?" yelled Max.

"Sorry, I'm late," I said to him.

"It's fine. I know that you where worried about the cashier," Max said, putting his hand on my shoulder, "So, how is he?"

"He's doing amazing," I smiled.

"You should bring him by one of these days," Max suggested.

"I don't know about that but I can ask," I said, thinking if Virgil would like to see the magic behind the movies.

"Okay. Now, back to the movie," he said, pushing me to the scene. It's been about three hours running shots for the movie and it was getting close to lunch. Max called for a lunch break and I hailed for another taxi.

~Virgil~

It was quiet without Roman here. I kind of miss having him around. I looked up at the time and notice that Roman would be here in a few minutes. I walked over to the café and saw the newbies.

"Okay, guys make a Roman Prince," I said to them. They looked confused, "One of the usually should be here in about three minutes," I added. They nodded and got to work. I walked off to the cashier spot for the book store.  I heard the bell ring and saw Roman walking in.

"Hey, how are things here with the newbies?" Roman asked, walking closer to me.

"Well, things are easier than before. Oh, yeah, your order is done," I said. Roman smiled and headed to is usual spot.

"Nice job, newbies," he said to them. They all smiled and continued to work. I heard the bell again and saw Max and Daniel.

"How are you Virgil?" Max asked, grabbing my hand.

"I'm fine thank you," I smiled at him.

"Good to hear. Roman been worried sick about you for the past few days," Daniel said, texting something on his phone.

"Yeah, he wasn't the only one," I said, rolling my eyes.  They nodded and walked over to the barista counter. I watched customers coming in and out of my shop. I looked towards Roman. Roman got up and walked towards me.

"Virgil, I was wondering if you would like to see behind the scene of this new movie that Max is making? He said it was okay " Roman rambled. I grabbed the collar of his shirt and kissed him softly on the lips.

"I would love to," I said. I saw him blushing. Roman nodded and headed back to his table with a big goofy grin. I smiled at him.

Twenty minutes passed and Roman, Max, and Daniel left the shop. Business went back to normal, well as normal as it could. I was wondering if it was a date or not. "Are we dating?" I thought. I looked at my phone and notice that it was about two hours since Roman left.

"Virgil, are you okay?" Misty asked.

"Yeah, just thinking," I said, looking at the short blonde girl.

"Okay. Oh, yeah, your phone is going off," She said, walking off. I picked up my phone.

"This is Virgil," I answered. The voice on the other line was Roman, "Roman, are we dating?" I asked him. He told me we where. I felt my heart was soaring. I'm so happy I could cry.

~Roman~

I forgot to tell Virgil something. I took out my phone and called him. Virgil picked up on the fourth ring.

"This is Virgil," He said.

"Hey," I said.

"Roman, are we dating?" Virgil asked nervously.

"Yeah, I thought you knew," I said. I could tell Virgil was happy with my answer.

"So, why did you call?" he asked.

"I totally forgot. Um...hum... Oh yeah, the tour is going to be tomorrow," I said, remembering why I called.

"Okay but you could of told me when you get back," Virgil said sheepishly.

"Right but I wanted to tell you before I forgot," I chuckled, rubbing the back of my neck.

"Yeah, okay. Well, I got to get back to work. Talk to you later. Bye, " he said, hanging up the phone. I smiled at the thought of him being mine.

"Well you seem happy," Daniel stated.

"Yeah, Virgil and I are together," I said smiling even more.

"You must really like him," Max added.

"I do. He never asked me to be nothing I'm not. Virgil is always there when I need him and I'll do the same for him. I'll be his hero if he needs one," I said.

"Really?" asked Max, leaning closer to me.

"Yeah, Virgil let me stay at his place when Lela was being psycho," I shuddered at the memories.

"Yeah," Daniel said, looking up from his phone.

"I trust him and Virgil trust me," I said.

"He's a keeper," Daniel said.

"Yeah, he is," I sighed.
