Summary-

After being gone from the Outer Banks for several years, the Carlson women finally return. Iris is determined to silently to rebel against her mother, Venus. Venus is a grade A bitch, and a horrible and lonely woman. Which adds to the fact that Iris, her own daughter hates her.

The reason they had returned to the OBX, was for the royal merchant, and to help Ward Cameron. They had known the Cameron family for several years. But none of them were expecting the Pogues to try and stop them from getting the gold.

During her stay in the OBX, Iris starts to show her true colors. And her mother refers to who her as the "Devil reincarnate". Venus couldn't even begin to imagine how right she is.
