The Herd were in the Gryffindor Common Room, minus Ron, he was down helping Hagrid.

"Why couldn't I have gone?" Erica sighed

"You were injured." Parker sighed.

"But- But dragons!"

"You'll have plenty of time to see them."

"Yeah, but-"

"Rest." Parker pointed.

"Hmph." Erica crossed her arms.

"What takes him so bloody long?" Hermione scoffed.

"It's Ron." Harry shrugged.

"He's stupid." Hermione sighed.

"I know." Erica nodded.

"He bit me!" Ron fell through the painting.

"Who bit you? Draco?" Erica shot up.

"Norbet!"

"Oh..." Erica looked mildly disappointed.

"Bloody- That things like a demon."

"I mean, they won't force you to do work if it's that bad." Harry tried.

"When he bit me, Hagrid told ME off for frightening it! And when I left he was singing it a lullabye." Ron pointed.

Erica chuckled,"Aw, you poor soul."

"Shut up." Ron warned.

"Hm... No." Erica patted his head.

"Guys. Come on." Ron pointed.

Harry looked around,"Wait- Me?"

"She'll listen to you."

"Will she?"

"Will you?" Parker chuckled.

"Hm..." Erica thought about it as there was a peck at the window.

"What's that?" Parker jumped and turned.

"Hedwig." Harye walked over to the window.

"She'll have Charlie's answer!"

Hermione nodded.

"Yay!" Erica smiled.

Harry let Hedwig in, taking the letter off of her before handing it to Erica.

Erica read it over and smiled happily,"He said yes!"

"Yes!" Parker clapped.

"We've got the invisibility cloak,It shouldn't be too difficult. I think the cloaks big enough to cover two of us and Norbert." Harry nodded.

"Anything to get rid of him and Malfoy." Ron sighed.

The next day, the Herd had to rush to the hospital wing, Ron's hand was in excruciating pain and swollen... Norbert's fangs were poisonous.

"Do you think Madame Pomfrey can tell that isn't a dog bite?" Erica looked around.

"It's Madame Pomfrey, she knows everything." Parker sighed

"We can just hope, for now." Harry shook his head.

"Ron?" Hermione asked as they rushed in.

"What?" He sighed.

"How are you feeling?"

"Agony." Ron groaned.

"You shouldn't have let the dragon bite you then." Erica shrugged.

"Shut up." Ron shook his head.

"No."

"Please? Your talking is making this worse."

"Fine." Erica sighed.

"Malfoy told Madam Pomfrey he wanted to borrow one of my books so he could come and have a good laugh at me. He kept threatening to tell her what really bit me." Ron sighed.

"Does he need reminding why he shouldn't?" Erica asked.

"No. He doesn't. You're still recovering." Parker pointed.

"I am barely injured, look at Ron." Erica pointed back.

"I'll deal with him." Parker sighed.

"But I wanna help."

"Look, it'll all be over at midnight on Saturday," Hermione nodded.

"Yeah, think on the positive side guys." Harry told them.

"Midnight on Saturday!? Oh no, oh no, I've just remembered Charlie's letter was in that book Malfoy took, he's going to know we're getting rid of Norbert." Ron shot up.

"Why was it in the book?!" Erica questioned.

"I don't know!"

That's when Pomfrey came over and began rushing the Herd out.

"Well, we can't change the plan now. There's not enough time to send Charlie another letter." Erica shook her head.

"And we have got the invisibility cloak, Malfoy doesn't know about that." Harry sighed.

"Let's go see Hagrid." Hermione nodded.

"Right. Let's go." Parker walked.

Erica and Harry nodded before they headed down to Hagrid's Hut where Fang was sat outside, his tail bandaged.

"I won't let you in." Hagrid opened the window,"Norbert's at a tricky stage, nothin' I can't handle."

"But Charlie sent us a letter back, he's gonna send his friends to collect Norbert on Saturday." Erica told him.

Hagrids eyes teared up, "Argh! It's all right, he only got my boot, us' playin', he's only a baby, after all."

Erica stepped back from the window as it rattled.

"Best you don't come in." Hagrid nodded.

"Back to the castle?" Harry looked to the others.

"Back to the castle. want my bed." Parker groaned.

"Me too." Hermione sighed.

"For once you want to sleep and not study? 'Mione!" Parker laughed.

"Oh, be quiet."

"That's shocking, truly."

"An interesting development indeed." Harry nodded.

"Erica, wake up!" Parker whispered.

"I am awake." She yawned, rubbing her eyes.

"No you weren't. You were sleeping. Come on." Parker hummed.

"Was not." Erica mumbled as she got up

"Were so. Shh, Hannah's asleep." Parker whispered.

Erica rolled her eyes and walked after Parler.

"I mean- I wouldn't mind waking her up." Parker shrugged.

"Me either but she'd snitch." Erica sighed.

"What a bitch" Parker spelt out.

"Exactly." Erica mouthed back.

"We should snitch on her."

"For?"

"Whatever you want. She's not nice." Parker shrugged.

"Everything then." Erica nodded as they walked past her.

"Right. We're meeting the others... Where?"

"Gryffindor Tower?"

"Then let's go." Parker skipped ahead.

Erica yawned before following after her friend.

"Harry? Hermione? Ron?" Parker asked as they arrived.

"Here." Harry poked his head out from the cloak.

"Oh Merlin!" Parker jumped.

"Hi Harry." Erica smiled.

"How did you not get scared?"

"Huh- I was supposed to be scared? Oh, give me a second."

Parker chuckled and looked at her.

"Oh! So scary!" Erica covered her face.

They all laughed before the girls got under the cloak.

"Now, let's get Norbert." Hermione nodded.

Soon enough they arrived at the Hut, Hagrid was crying.

"He's got lots o' rats an' some brandy fer the journey, An' I've packed his teddy bear in case he gets lonely." Hagrid told them.

"I doubt it will stay intact." Erica whispered as they heard a ripping noise from inside the cage.

"Bye-bye, Norbert!" Hagrid blew into a tissue as he cried, handing the cage over.

The Herd quickly covered the crate with the invisibility cloak as they hid it in with them.

"Mummy will never forget you! You'll take care of him, right?" Hagrid looked at them.

"Of course we will." Erica assured him.

"Promise me."

"I promise!"

"Thank you. Tell your brother to make sure he has his rats... And his teddy!"

"I'll make sure."

Hagrid nodded and cried as the Herd left.

"Nearly there!" Harry pointed before they all quickly stopped, seeing the sight inftont of them.

McGonagall in a tartan bathrobe and hair net with Draco by the ear.

"Detention!" She yelled,"And twenty points from Slytherin! Wandering around in the middle of the night, how dare you-"

"Oh for goodness sake, Draco." Parker cursed at the house points being taken away.

"You don't understand, Professor. Harry Potter's coming and he's got a dragon!" Draco nodded.

"What utter rubbish." McGonagall shook her head,"How dare you tell such lies! Come along, I shall see to Professor Snape about you."

Once they had left, Harry took the cloak off of the four of them.

"Malfoy has a detention! I could sing!" Hermione clapped

"Maybe don't." Harry advised her.

After a while, they saw an older ginger boy and a few others behind him fly down on their brooms.

"Charlie? You told me you weren't coming." Erica pointed.

"I lied." Charlie hummed.

Erica gasped dramatically,"How could you lie to me?"

"I wanted to surprise you."

"Okay, that's a good reason to lie to me." Erica nodded.

"And... Ron. Where is he?" Charlie raised a brow.

"Oh... Yeah.." Erica trailed off,"Norbert bit him."

"Oh Merlin." Charlie blinked.

"Eh, he'll be fine."

"He better be. Mum will kill him."

"He will be."

"How have you been, Tiny?" Charlie ruffled her hair

"Tiny?" Erica crossed her arms,"I told you not to call me that!"

"It's always stuck!" Charlie laughed

"I'm not that small." Erica huffed.

"Tell that to your height."

"Oh, shush!"

"I missed you." Charlie hugged her.

"I missed you too!" Erica hugged him back.

"Yeah? You don't lie?"

"I don't lie."

"Mhm. How's classes?"

"I like them."

"What about teachers?"

"I like them too." Erica smiled,"I like a lot of things."

"I know. We'll need to have a proper catch up soon.

"Come home this summer then." Erica held onto his arm.

"I'll see if I can get off work, okay Tiny?" He smiled.

Erica hugged him again. She really missed her brothers when he went away.

"I can still send you more letters." He kissed her head.

"Thank you." Erica gave him a squeeze.

"So, let's see Norbet then." He pulled away.

With all four of them together, they lifted the cage up to Charlie.

"Oh, hello little guy." Charlie smiled,"You won't be much hassle, will ya?"

"Oh, I promised to remind you to make sure he has his teddy." Erica pointed.

"... A dragon has a teddy?" He slowly looked at his sister.

"It's Hagrid."

"He was a bit... Yeah, Hagrid. Well, if he rips this one up would you like me to give him another?"

"Yes, you have to." Erica nodded.

"Got it." Charlie nodded as he lifted the cage from them.

"Thank you, Charlie." Erica smiled up at him.

"Anytime Tiny." Charlie smiled.

"I'm never gonna live that one down, am I?"

"Never." Charlie hummed and got up,"Send Ron my regards."

"I will." Erica assured him.

"Bye everyone." Charlie waved.

"Bye!" They all waved him and his friends off.

"Charlie seems nice." Parker hummed.

"He's so nice!" Erica smiled.

"Right. Let's get back." Harry turned.

"Yeah, I'm tired." Erica yawned.

"Do you think McGonagall is still around?"

"I hope not." Hermione shook her head.

"Then let's go." Parker turned... Only to be met by Filch's face.

"Well, well, well." He smirked,"We are in trouble."

"... This isn't what it looks like?" Parker tried.

"Yeah, nice try." Filch shook his head,"Off to Professor McGonagall's office, the lot of you!"

"Darn it." Parker cursed.
