Jade sat by Dizzy. She was frolicking around, something Jade wouldn't understand. Why any human being could be happy enough to do so.

"Don't understand why either huh?" A voice said beside her.

Jade jumped out of her seat, "Jeez, you startled me," She nodded in reply to his first question.

"Sorry 'bout that," He silently watched as Dizzy spun in circles. He turned his head to watch Evie drawing in her fashion designing book.

"Jade," Evie called out, without even looking up from her book, "Would you come here a sec?"

Jade mumbled a sorry to Jay as she left and walked over to Evie. Jay watched as Evie got her to raise her arms and Evie looked at her and tried to eye what she would put on her. Evie put her pencil in her mouth and rose two fabrics up to Jade's face, considering which one she'd use. Jade dropped her arms as Evie started to sketch a little more. A smile appeared as Evie showed her what she would wear to the dance this Friday.

Evie went back to the designing and Jade walked back to Jay. She sat there watching Dizzy. Until they started up a conversation.

"So who are you going with to the dance?" Jay asked as he put an arm on the table.

"Just me, myself," She smiled, "Oh I'm forgetting someone.... right I,"

Jay couldn't help but laugh at her joke. He watched as she shivered slightly as a breeze came by. He took off his own jacket and placed it on Jade's shoulders. "There we go,"

She smiled, said her thanks and looked forward, towards Dizzy, Who gave her a look, as if telling her, no, encouraging her, to tell Jay. She looked towards Evie, the same look. To Carlos and Mal too who were sitting with Evie, the same looks. They all wanted her to tell Jay.

"Hey, I know you're keeping something from me. Please tell me," Jay said, interrupting her thoughts.

"I- I'm sorry, I can't," And with that, Jade fled.
