I started getting into things normal sixteen year old's shouldn't get into at that age. I started smoking pot, cigarettes, drinking, partying anything to numb or subside the issues. I would sneak out and go to any part I had hear would be going on that day. Once she caught me and I was beat half to death, but it didn't stop me. Cause the next day I just covered the marks the best I could and snuck out later that night.

Although here I am getting ready for school which absolutely sucks might I just say. I did it anyway of course and walked down the sidewalk towards school. No way in hell would mom drive me this time. She would make it's difficult for me more than it needs to be. I saw the girl Nancy I think get into her boyfriends car. Things in this town felt weird and maybe it was my senses.

Or something else, but it was odd I felt this weird feeling inside. Like a pull at the surface of the earth like some gate opened. I don't know if that makes any sense but it's this strong feeling. I looked around and saw some kids riding bikes. Heading to the middle school that was next to the high school. This town was small and mom thought it was perfect to hide.

Hide from whatever she's running from or keeping me from. I have no clue nor do I care really. I actually don't know how to feel. I kept walking towards the school and into the building. Heading towards the office to get my time table for my his year. I was going to be the fucking new kid and it sucked. I everyone looked at me as I walked past them. Some envious looks some disgust, some even hatred or worry.

I didn't care to pay attention to them as I found my locker. It unfortunately happened to be right next to Nancy my new neighbor.

"Hey your my new neighbor right?" She asked

I turned looked her up and down to which she shy away.

"Yeah I am" I said

"Well I could show you around if you'd like" she said

I looked behind her at the so called boyfriend of hers and some others laughing.

"No thanks miss popular princess" i said and pushed past her

"Hey wait please" she said

"What" I growled softly

"Umm let me at least introduce you to some people your new here" she said

"Why you trying so hard" I asked

"I don't want you to feel alone" she said

For the first time I felt love or want from her. So I gladly accepted and she linked arms with me.

"That's Steve, Tommy and carol" Nancy said

"Who's this?" Tommy asked

"Names trinity" i said rolling my eyes as he looked me up and down causing carol to elbow him

I didn't mind them, but they weren't my typical group of friends. Although Nancy stuck by my side and I met barb. Now barb was more of my friend group.

"Hey barb" i said sitting next to her at lunch

"Hey trinity" she smiled

"Where's nance?" I asked

"With them" she said softly

"Boring, what are you up to tonight?" I asked

"Steve invited Nancy to a small party and I'm driving her" she said

"I'll join if you don't mind" I smiled

"That would be nice" she smiled sincerely
