(Rahul takes her in the centre of the circle, quickly runs and plucks a red rose from garden, comes back, holds her hand, forwards rose to her and sits on knees in front of her. She is shocked and entire crowd cheers. Karan is shocked looking at everything in front of his eyes)
Karan: What The Fuck! (He pauses)

Rahul: Kriti... I know hame milkar jyada vaqt hua nahi hai.. hamari dosti nayi hai par.. maine jis din tumhe pehli baar dekha tha.. class ka pehla din.. tab se I am in love with you... Baki log tumhe dekhte hai to unhe ek ladki dikayi deti hai.. ek khoobsurat ladki par mujhe.. mujhe meri angel dikhti hai.. pata hai pehle hi din mai college se ghar gaya tab mujhe tumhara sapna aaya tha.. mere haath mein tera haath tha aur hum hamare farmhouse ke bahar wali jheel pe baithe the.. that very day I knew, it was you.. it was you I have always wanted in my life.. jab hum mile, hamari baat hui.. mujhe kahi na kahi laga like my dream come true.. (chuckles) except for wo Khushi ke bhai ke saath jhagda of course.. I am so sorry about that.. I know wo tumhari best friend ka bhai hai, family friend hai, he cares for you

Karan: Pakka chaata khayega (chuckles) aage ka part mujhe dekhna bhi nahi hai.. I know she loves me.. gussa hai to kisi aur ka proposal thodi accept kar legi.. All The Best beta Rahul.. mai chalta hu.. (laughing he turns around and starts walking away for his classes)

Rahul: Karan ki ya kisi aur ki tension bilkul mat lo.. sach kahu? Kritss.. kal ka bass wo ek part chhodke hamare milne ka har ek moment.. har ek moment was precious to me.. kal ka din neri life ka sabse khoobsurat din tha.. pehle wo tumhara gaana,
(By that time Karan was wasn't around anymore and Rahul decided to wrap it up and burst into laughter)

Raavi: Y.. ye.. saara.. dare tha?

(Kriti takes a deeo breathe)
Kriti: Ye dare tha, right?

Rahul: of course yaar.. bass bhai Yash.. ab mujhse aur nahi hoga.. (he and Yash couldn't stop their laugh and Kriti comes back to senses and sits in front of him)

Kriti: What the hell dudee.. aisi acting? Mai literally bhool gayi thi ye dare tha.. fuck.. shitt.. (she laughs too and slowly everyone starts laughing loudly and telling how much real that felt. Only Yash and Rahul knew, this was all witnessed by Karan)

Rahul: Yaar kaine itni mehnat ki hai mera proposal to accept kar

Kriti: (he takes that rose and hits him with hand) God I hate you so much! Mera bp badh gaya thaa... But I deserve this rose.. so ye mai rakh rahi hu.. (laughing)

Khushi: Mujhe bhi kaga ye banda to sachme pyaar mein pagal ho gaya.. (laughing)

Yash: (in mind: Ab kaisi jali Jiju?)

Raavi: Accha guys.. 2nd lecture ka time ho gaya hai chalo ab..
(Everyone greet each other like friends now and start leaving)

Yash: Guyss.. project ka kya karna hai?

Rahul: Aaj college ke baad mere gharpe chale? Sab saath mein hi complete karte hai

Raavi: I am in.. Yash?

Yash: Cool.. Kriti Khushi?

Kriti: chalegaa.. perfect

Khushi: Sorry guys.. actually humne already plan kar liya hai.. Mai aur meri partner ek library jaane wale hai aaj aur wahi baithke kaam karenge uspe.. she says uss library mein hamare topic related kaafi acche resources hai

Rahul: Accha ok then.. hum chaaro karte hai

Kriti: Deal!
(They leave for their classes. After their lectures, Khushi goes to find her partner and Yash, Raavi and Kriti goes to parking to go to Rahul's house but Yash forgets to take his key from locker so asks them to wait in the parking and run towards the locker. As he comes back, he sees Janvi sitting in one of the classrooms with her head on the bench)

Yash: ise kya ho gaya? (He goes in the classroom and stands in front of her but she her head was down so she couldn't see him) Oye Chudaail.. yaha kya kar rahi hai?

Janvi: (she sits straight and looks at him wih a jerk) Bandar..

Yash: Teri aakhein.. tu ro rahi thi..

Janvi: (she quickly wipes off her tears but her eyes were swollen and red) nahi to.. (she gets up and heads towards the door) kuch chala gaya hoga.. tu yaha kya kar raha hai? Chalna.. gharpe nahi jaana? Mujhe to bohot late ho raha hai.. chal mai chalti hu.. (she walks towards the door but he grabs her hand and pulls her back)

Yash: Ho gaya?

Janvi: kya? (Her eyes filled again)

Yash: Bakwas karke? (She wipes off her tears again)

Janvi: Yash.. please.. (she tries to free herself)

Yash: Janvi.. waise to maine bachpan se kabhi tujhe jyada rote dekha nahi hai par tu kab ro rahi hai aur kab teri aankho mein kuch gaya hai, tujhe kab der ho rahi hai aur tu kab bahane bana rahi hai ye teri shakal dekh ke mai tab bhi bata sakta tha aur ab bhi bata sakta hu.. chal ab kya baat hai bata..

Janvi: Koi baat nahi hai Yash..

Yash: to tu bina wajah ro rahi thi?

Janvi: mai ro..

Yash: Bolnaa bhi mat ye.. aakhein hai mujhe.. dikhta hai.. come on Janvi.. tune uss din mujhe kaha tha na agar mujhe phir kabhi dushmani se break lene ka man ho to mai tujhe bata sakta hu? Aaj kya ho gaya yaar? Tu khudke liye ek break nahi le sakti? Agar mere liye tu support system ho sakti hai to tere liye mai kyu nahi ho sakta?

Janvi: Yash, hamari deal yaad hai? No questions asked..

Yash: Hmm.. fine.. No questions asked.. (He opens his arms, she hugs him tight and cries. He holds her back and lets her cry her heart out) you ok?

Janvi: Yaa (she leaves him)

Yash: Janvi.. jo bhi hua hai.. is there anyway I can help? (She nods in a no) ok.. but can I expect you to not hide like this again? Agar phir tujhe kuch lage to tu mere paas aayegi.. aise akele rote nahi baithegi.. ok? (She nods) Janvi, ek baad hamesha yaad rakh.. tu meri iss duniya mein pehli dost hai.. if I can't do right by you, mai kisi ki dosti ke layak nahi hu.. please mujhse meri dosti mat chheen..

Janvi: hmm.. (She has tears in her eyes and he kisses her forehead)

Yash: Tujhe ghar chhod du?

Janvi: nahi.. Sweetie Meethie ke saath chali jaungi

Yash: Pakka na?

Janvi: haa baba.. pakka..

Yash: Ok.. take care Janvi.. aur please next time mujhe aise heart attack mat dena.. (she smiles and nods)

Janvi: Accha Yash..?

Yash: ha?

Janvi: Karan aur Shiv ko please..

Yash: Nahi bataunga.. don't worry

Janvi: Thanks!
(He waves her bye, goes back to Kriti and they all go to Rahul's home)

(Meanwhile, Khushi's phone is switched off since lectures. Kriti and Yash try calling her a few times but it was switched off. They figure out it must be some library rule. Yash and Kriti recieve multiple calls from Karan but Kriti decides not to pick up and warns Yash to do the same. At evening, they finish major chunk of their project and decide to continue later. Yash drops Kriti home. She goes to her room but Karan wasn't there. She keeps her rose on the table and go to freshen up. As Karan hears voices, he comes to the room from study and see rose on the table. Besides rose was her phone and suddenly notification pops up)

Rahul: Reached home?

Karan: What the helll... iska matlab... wait... whattt? Mujhe to laga tha wo thappad khayega, unki dosti tutegi aur iss stupid story ka the end hoga... Kriti ne rose accept kar liya? Aur.. uske message se koi jhagde wala sign bhi nahi lag raha.. iska matlab... Wow.. matlab Kriti din bhar Rahul ke saath thi aur mai yaha pareshan ho raha tha... Par agar Kriti Rahul ke saath thi to Khushi? Khushi kaha hai? Din bhar call nahi lag raha..
(Kriti comes out of the bathroom and see him standing near the table but ignores him again and walks towards bed)

Kriti (she ignores) Kritiii... (Ignores again) Enough.. (He holds her arm, pulls and pins her to the wall clenching her arm tightly) is Enough Kriti!

Kriti: What the hell? (Trying to free herself)

Karan: (chuckles angrily) Why don't you tell me, What the hell is going on?

Kriti: (equally angry) Jo baat karni hai distance se karo.. (he holds her even more tightly and closely)

Karan: Kyu? Tumhare itne paas aane ka haq sirf tumhare boyfriend ko hai?

Kriti: Kya? Boyfriend?

Karan: Bass ab bohot ho gaya Kritiii... Ye natak na band karo.. maine dekha tha wo filmy proposal college mein.. (picks up rose from table and shows her) Apparently tumne accept bhi kar liya... yahi rose tha na wo? (He clenches his fist and ruins the rose)

Kriti: (angry smile) Ohh.. tumne dekh liya? Good.. ab at least mujhe tumhe batane ka tareeka nahi dhoondhna padega.. besides I just figured out tumhe koi problem nahi honi chahiye

Karan: Sure.. mujhe kyu problem hogi? (He leaves her and walks backward while she rubs her arms glaring at him) waise kaisa tha tumhara aaj ka din? Tumhare boyfriend ke saath pehla hi din tha na? He looks concerned.. message kiya hai usne ghar pohonchi ya nahi... Waise use pata to hoga hi na tum mere ghar mein rehti ho.. hamari shaadi hui hai and all.. you know koi rishta jhoot se nahi shuru karna chahiye..

Kriti: Don't worry about that.. haa wo jaanta hai.. wo jaanta hai hamari shaadi.. sorry hamare beech ek samjhauta hua hai.. wo jaanta hai tumhari ek girlfriend hai jiske saath tumhara har din special hota hai par mere pehle bade competition ke liye tum ek din nahi nikal sakte.. in fact usi din kisi aur ke saath time spend karne ke liye mujhse kapde chunwate ho, wo jaanta hai jab mai tumhare liye tumhara favourite nashta lekar aati hu tab tum apni girlfriend ke saath paani mein bheegna jyada pasand karte ho, wo jaanta hai tum mujhe wife chhodo, apni girlfriend bolke bhi introduce nahi karte.. I am just Khushi's bestfriend, wo jaanta hai tumhare liye iss duniya mein mere alawa har koi important hai.. so yaa... He doesn't mind hamare beech jo bhi samjhauta hua hai.. happy?

Karan: Wow.. this is new... (With eyes filled with tears and Anger at the same time) Tumhe sachme lagta hai hamare beech samjhauta hua hai? (She doesn't reply) Kriti.. (no reply) Kriti jab mai tumse kuch puchu, I need an answer! Kya tumhe sachme lagta hai hamare beech jo bhi hai wo sirf ek samjhauta hai? (She doesn't reply and his anger levels up. He again goes towards her and holds her by both arms tightly) For God's sake Kriti, reply to me!

Kriti: Kyu? Tumhe nahi lagta? Agar hamari shaadi nahi hui hoti to you were free to go date Meethie... Waise to tumhe jaroorat hai nahi par mai ek baar muh se bol deti hu.. you are free Mr Karan Sharma.. you are free to go date and fuck anyone you wish and remember I will do the same!

Karan: and Why do you think I want to be free? Why the fuck you think I am ok to let you free?

Kriti: Kyu? Isme problem hi kya hai? Not like hamare beech kuch..

Karan: Problem kya hai? Are you even hearing yourself? Meri biwi kehti hai mai kisi aur ke paas chala jau.. wo kisi aur ke paas chali jayegi and I am supposed to be ok with this? Seriously? Ek baar.. ek baar kya tumne possibility consider ki hai, ke shayad.. sirf shayad mai Meethie se nahi tumse pyaar karta hu aur tumhara muh khulwane ke liye tumhe bass thoda jealous karne ki koshish kar raha hu? Ek baar socha shayad mai co-incidently kal mall nahi pohoncha tha.. mai tumhare liye aaya tha.. tumhara performance dekhne ke liye aaya thaa.. mera special day Meethie ke saath nahi tumhare saath tha.. ek baar socha kal jab tum Khushi ke room mein aaram se so rahi thi tab mai wapas aaya aur tumhe room mein nahi dekha considering tum gussa thi to meri kya halat hui hogi? Kya kya sawal mere dimaag mein aaye honge? Phir bhi.. phir bhi mai aaj aaya tha.. sab kuch sach sach batane par uss vaqt wo ladka.. wo ladka tumhe propose kar raha tha.. socha hai mujhe kya feel hua hoga? Even then I was so confident tum proposal accept nahi karogi.. in fact use thappad lagaogi aur ye stupid dosti bhi khatam ho jayegi.. par nahi.. uske baad Tum, Yash, Khushi sab din bhar gayab rehte hai, kisika phone nahi lagta aur phir mujhe pata chalta hai meri biwi ne kisi aur ka proposal accept kar liya aur wo din bhar Mujhe avoid karke uss bande ke saath thi.. awesome!! I am cool.. ye sab to normal hai.. nahi? Very normal! Mai khamakha overreact kar raha hu.. aisa to hota rehta hai.. right? (He leaves her arms as his tears finally make a way out and he turns around. Even her eyes are filled with shock, tears and anger all at once. She makes him turn around again)

Kriti: Abhi mere kaan baj rahe the ya tumne sachme wo sab kaha jo maine suna?

Karan: Well.. figure out yourself Miss Kriti Singhania!

Kriti: First of all, how much ever I love my surname, par ab mera naam Kriti Sharma hai.. rahi baat Rahul ki.. tum mujhe itne dino se jealous karne ke naam par pareshan kar rahe the aur tum khud do din mein dimaag ka santulan kho baithe? Wo proposal.. dare tha.. pura class truth or dare khel raha tha.. (she picks up ruined rose and keeps it in his hand) ye.. dare tha.. Na Rahul mera boyfriend hai na maine koi proposal accept kiya hai.. rahi baat uske saath din bhar hone ki.. wo mera project partner hai.. hum kalse jo bhi discussion kar rahe the akele mein it was all project.. mai Yash Raavi Rahul sab saath the.. aur haa I was pissed off at you isliye kar rahi thi mai avoid, happy?

Karan: Whaatt... To matlab ye sab Rahul ka..

Kriti: Jealousy games dusro ko bhi aate hai..... Khaas kar tumhari behen ke dimaag mein bohot ideas hote hai

Karan: Oh my god.. (he holds his head and sits on bed in relief) thank god.. thank god matlab tumhare aur uske beech kuch nahi.. iss Khushi ke dimaag ka to.. (a small smile plays on his lips and Kriti notices that innocent smile which suddenly fades away) Wait.. agar Tum Yash Raavi aur Rahul saath the to Khushi kaha hai din bhar se?

Kriti: wo kisi library jaane wali thi uske project partner ke saath.. maine bhi kaafi calls kiye par uska phone switched off hai.. shayad library mein phones allowed nahi honge
