The Emperor Left Eyes provides Y/n with vast perception and immense brain processing power, allowing him to precisely manipulate the sophisticated powers of the Limitless down to an atomic level. Each of the Limitless techniques requires this type of complex cursed energy manipulation, making the pairing of the Emperor Left Eyes crucial to utilizing the Limitless' cursed techniques to their maximum potential.

The Emperor Left Eyes processes the user's cursed energy incredibly efficiently. So much so that the amount of cursed energy lost when the user activates a cursed technique is infinitesimally close to zero. Due to this, a proper The Emperor Left Eyes user will never run out of cursed energy.

The mental power of The Emperor Left Eyes can turn one moment in reality into well over a seconds worth of time within the user's brain. This works well in tandem with the users enhanced sight, allowing them to analyze and calculate the positions of everything within view instantly. Nishizumi Y/n who possesses The Emperor Left Eyes can see things almost around the world, easily able to distinctly tell apart different figures within his vast range.

The Emperor Left Eyes allows Y/n to see cursed energy in extreme detail. As The Emperor Left Eyes is able to see the flow of cursed energy, which in turn allows them to read another person's cursed techniques as well. Additionally, The Emperor Left Eyes can differentiate between different types of cursed energy, and help Y/n identify a person based on it.

The Emperor Left Eyes can be used to set the Limitless' Infinity ability to automatic. This allows Y/n to instantly read an incoming projectile danger using it's mass, speed, and shape among other facors. By simultaneously using The Emperor Left Eyes to calculate a reverse cursed technique automatically, Y/n can keep his brain fresh at all times. However even with the use of a reverse cursed technique, The Emperor Left Eyes will tire out its user a bit more easily unless the eyes are covered.

The Emperor Left Eyes allow Y/n's eyes to function like a high resolution camera even his normal eyes. So in the long term, Y/n has to cover his eyes with his normal eyes, dark sunglasses, or clone helmet among other things to reduce its drawbacks. Objects that lack cursed energy can be discerned through the clone helmet by reading the residuals and flow of the cursed energy surrounding them. However, in order to utilize advanced Limitless techniques such as Hollow Purple and Unlimited Void, The Emperor Left Eyes needs to be fully uninhibited, allowing Y/n access to his full power.

'Mid Eyes Of All God'

Being too powerful to be left on his own, his power is restricted by the "Control Art Restriction System" and has to be accessed by the "Cromwell Invocation". There are shown to be six levels of restriction and six corresponding states, with lower numbers meaning greater levels of power. He can often be heard stating what level he is releasing immediately prior to combat ("Releasing control art restriction to level two"). This is, perhaps, a requirement of the release mechanism, but this has never been confirmed and is likely a literary device. Another possible reason is that it is to unnerve his opponents as he goes into battle. Given what has been seen of his calm personality, this is quite likely. Y/n can release his power up to Level One by himself, but Y/n needs his mother approval to release his final state - Level Zero, the lowest level, allowing him full access to his most devastating powers.

Using the 'Right Eye Of Prayer/Blessing', Y/n physical and mental psyche increases beyond the extent of a normal human, devil, angel, fallen angel, satan class devil, archangel, or even God. 'The Wing Of The Fallen Archangel'

The rosary on his neck is the only equipment that prevents him from being corrupted permanently. As a special equipment ability, he can channel the halo's electricity through his arm and create devastating lightning punches. Tactics: Although Y/n has an average record in planning and strategy, he has a special aptitude for analysis and critical thinking skills. Moreover, he can manipulate the plan according to his will.

The weapons master: Y/n have master all weapons specialist, weapons handler, weapons wrangler, or weapons coordinator.

Y/n is an excellent hand to hand combatant, capable of murdering dozens of enemies in close combat either using or his bare hands, both with great dexterity, even if they are using firearms, and a third of the time seems to have some kind of sixth sense to detect incoming threats, although this may just be from experience and/or luck. One of his more notorious skills is his marksmanship

Bullet-Time: Less than an seconds while jumping. He also exhibits incredible agility by jumping several meters in the air and performing flips and dodges with ease, all of this during a fight with multiple opponents. His reflexes are quick enough to allow him to dodge or even deflect bullets and melee attacks with ease. He is apparently able to see enemies and projectiles behind him, shown when he fires a gun or swings a weapon behind him.

'Nightmare Of Heaven And Hell'

*454 Heaven Auto*

Heaven is a right hand semi-automatic magnum pistol, based on two pre-WW1 handgun designs by Colt: the M1903 and M1905 pistols. The gun weighs approximately 6 kg unloaded and has a magazine capacity of six .454 Heaven cartridges. Its appearance is also similar to the AMT Automag III. The overall design of the Heaven is simple, using the Browning short recoil mechanism. Its most recognizable feature is its long slide, counteracting the weapon's heavy recoil with its weight. The barrel is 10 inches long and finished with titanium nitride which gives it a characteristic gold color.

The Heaven is can kill almost anything even both Heavenly Dragon with only 2 or 6 shot. It is too heavy and unwieldy for anyone even for All Might to use, yet a perfect match for Y/n's strength.

Hell is a left hand massive pistol made especially for Y/n, and one of the most powerful handheld weapons in the United Senha-Dõu Military. It has a length of 39cm (16 in), a weight of 45kg, and a black gunmetal construction, and uses massive 13mm penetration explosive rounds. The words "Hell Executioner".

Its unique design makes it seem as if it doesn't have a pistol slide; however, the entire upper assembly is the slide, and moves only a minimal distance compared to other guns', making it appear as if there is no pistol slide. The Hell has its silver ejector port on the left side, implying that it is meant to be used in conjunction with the Heaven, and in the battlefield, Y/n wielding both guns at once.

Y/n is a master of ninjutsu and is probably the most skilled fighter and operative in both Academy. He is a master of hand to hand combatant and marksman. He is highly proficient at wielding tonfas, Sai, Nunchaku and all kinds of blank weapons. He was also able to throw shurikens and other objects with lethal accuracy. He can use both traditional and modern weaponry during combat, switching effortlessly between swordplay and shooting. Dual wielding his sword and a gun he could slice through multiple armed guards without any trouble. Y/n was the only one in United Sensha-Dō Academy, who was able to combat against  Yumi from Union Academy as an equal. He is capable of performing amazing athletic feats as well as moving with great agility.
