Background:

Being raised alongside his childhood friends, Tetsuki Mamoru was the cheerful and simple-minded one of the group, and focused on bringing a smile to everyone's faces, and helping others. He was not the most intelligent, which is why he always admired Ryuji Kaida and trusted him with all his heart. Mamoru was the type of person to rarely hate anything, but if there was one thing that Mamoru really dislikes, it's change. Change scares him, which is why he tries so hard to keep the group in high spirits. It's so that the group wouldn't break up and leave him to be on his own. Though no matter how he disliked change, it always arrives all the same. And for Mamoru, that change happened when his hometown was attacked by the creatures of Grimm.

The attack was devastating, the Grimm were killing his fellow villagers left and right, and blood and screams continuously roared in his ears. Despite his fear, Mamoru tried his best to save as many people as he could, including his family and childhood friends. However, he couldn't find Ryuji anywhere, Mamoru ran through the village, screaming out for Ryuji while silently praying that the worst has not come yet.

To his relief and horror, he found Ryuji alive, but his left eye was sliced out by the Grimm. Mamoru rushed to save him, but before he could, he saw the impossible happen. His childhood friend turned into a Dragon right in front of him and started going on a rampage, killing not only the Grimm, but destroying the village as well. Mamoru hid away, praying to God that he would not die to whatever God has decided to throw at him. Miraculously, his prayers were answered and Ryuji turned back into a Human before he got caught up in his destruction.

When Mamoru lifted his head and see how Ryuji was doing, he saw how distraught Ryuji was from this incident. He wanted to run up to Ryuji, to tell him that everything was going to be okay, that they could figure out whatever this is together. But that hope was destroyed when the Union Atlas Forces showed up. Despite being too late to save anything, the Union Atlas Forces walked around the place as if they were owed something.

But the worst thing that they did, was to brand Ryuji a Villain because of the destruction that he brought to the village. Mamoru was enraged, how dare they brand him, the one who saved the village from the Grimm, his friend, a Villain. Yes, he did destroy the village, but at least he managed save something unlike them.

Mamoru tried his best to defend Ryuji, but the Union Atlas Forces didn't listen, it's as if they didn't care whether or not he was really a Villain. As long as they had someone to blame for the destruction, they would make that person the culprit in a heartbeat. This forced Ryuji to run away, leaving Mamoru and the others behind. 

Mamoru was devastated, he screamed out to the heavens above, cursing them for giving them such a cruel fate. But he knew that he couldn't be devastated forever, that is because the others were also devastated from Ryuji being forced to run. With their leader, the glue of the group gone, Mamoru decided to take it upon himself to become the new glue of the group, to keep them together, to ensure that he wouldn't lose another friend again. However, he only found the twin brothers, Amada and Arla Amami, so he did his best to help them.

A few years later, Mamoru was training in the woods when he was suddenly ambushed by a pack of Beowolfs. Mamoru did his best to fight them off, but he was too weak and too inexperienced. He soon quickly found himself outmatched and on death's door, when suddenly a purple lightning bolt struck Mamoru directly, killing every single Beowolf surrounding him and knocking Mamoru out cold.

When Mamoru woke up, he found himself inside his own mindscape as two beings stood in front of him. One of them being a female scientist, and the other being a gargantuan monster of red which he later learnt was named, Destroyah. After that, he has learnt that he gained the capabilities of Destroyah, but he would need to train to at least get this power under control as it seemed like his body wasn't ready for it just yet.

After spending enough time training his body, he wanted to go and search for his friend Ryuji again, only for Ryuji to come to him. They both had a heart warming reunion, however, Ryuji invited Mamoru to become part of his group, and this time, Mamoru intends on keeping his promise this time.

Powers:
Kaiju - Destroyah

Tetsuki Mamoru will have the potential to be just as strong as Destroyah and have all of his abilities. However, he has to train to hone and master it all, but due to his body's limits at the moment, he can't utilize the capabilities completely just yet as he still has a long way to go. So he works on percentage output to get his body used to it and train under such strains. Though with his wings and tail, he is able to hide them and bring them back out if he needs them.

God-like Strength
Tetsuki Mamoru has overwhelming strength, though it depends on the percentages he uses for the output.

Flight
Tetsuki Mamoru is able to form two giant wings that allows him to fly at high speeds in the sky, and also allowing him to manoeuvre underwater.

Super Speed
Tetsuki Mamoru can move extremely fast with his wings, though it would depend on the percentages he uses for the output. 

Super Combat Speeds
Tetsuki Mamoru is able to react and face against opponents with incredible reflexes depending on the percentages he uses for the output.

Micro-Oxygen Manipulation
Micro-Oxygen is a dangerous substance that is capable of vaporizing most things to the bone, especially underwater. Tetsuki Mamoru is able to manipulate Micro-Oxygen to fire out beams of concentrated Micro-Oxygen out of his hands, though sometimes his mouth too.

Energy Absorption
Tetsuki Mamoru is able to absorb Radiation and other types of energy to sustain himself and even power himself up.

Tail
Tetsuki Mamoru's tail is super strong. It can act as an extra limb, a good whipping and stabbing weapon as there are sharp claws at the end of his tail.

Healing Factor
Tetsuki Mamoru has a healing organ that allows him to regenerate entire body parts, though it would depend on his strength and percentages of output on how quickly he can regenerate. Though if it is destroyed as it is located within his chest, he can't heal or regenerate anymore.

God-like Durability
Tetsuki Mamoru is very durable, though depends on the percentages of output he uses.

Rage State
Tetsuki Mamoru has a Rage State that increases all of his physical attributes tenfold. When he enters this state, he'll have a glowing red Aura surrounding himself.

Energized State
Tetsuki Mamoru as an Energized State that increases all of his energy based attacks. When he enters this state, he'll have a glowing purple Aura surrounding himself.

Kaiju Transformation
He is able to transform into his Kaiju form, making him have the capabilities of Destroyah.
