Once a beautiful and sweet (yet mostly vain) woman, she was tainted by Lestat the moment she fell in love with him. He was charismatic and charming - oh so, charming - and Juliette had fallen head over heels for Lestat right away. Arguably way too fast. If she had been careful, she would've seen the warning signs and the Devil in Lestat's bright eyes.

Before she could realize it, Lestat had turned Juliette into a creature of the night just like him... and then abandoned her when he thought she had died.

Betrayed and heartbroken, Juliette was no longer the sweet girl she had once been. She had grown cold and absolutely rotten to the core, fueled by a need to get revenge. Alhough it'd take the new vampire a while to get used to her blood lust and track Lestat down, she'd eventually find him all the way in New Orelans.

But in the process of finding Lestat, she also finds Geum Soo-jung.

Having fled from North Korea as a child and slowly migrating to the States where she could officially start over and hide away from her past, Soo-jung found herself in the colorful city of New Orleans. She could blennd in and start over anew, despite not having money to her name. Soo-jung had no choice but to become a prostitute, working underneath Louis de Pointe du Lac. He was her pimp and she was one of his many prostitutes. He was firm but he took care of Soo-jung and the rest of his girls. 

As long as Soo-jung did as she was told and kept her head down, she was safe. Often, Soo-jung had to bite her tongue - hard enough to draw blood - and she slept with dirty, disgusting men who saw her as more of an object than a human being. But it was either this or go back home where life was much worse. And so, Soo-jung swallowed the blood and the resentment and the anger and kept going another day.

But when Soo-jung encounters the vampire Juliette one night, her entire life is changed forever. Offered a chance at a new life and a taste of the power she had so longed for, Soo-jung simply can't resist - even if it means signing away her soul to the golden haired devil known as Juliette LaCroix.

✷ it took me a while to cook up this fic idea but i'm honestly kind of excited for it

✷ juliette is an absolute menace and determined to kill lestat despite them being alike in more ways than one.  both of them are french, blonde, bi-cons, and just overly bratty and terrible but i love them so so much
