Cass had been living with the Smiths for about 5 months now after her parents died in a car crash (that may or may not have included Rick's car, hence the reason she's living with them) and everyone has accepted her as a part of the family. She's a goofball sometimes, but she enjoys space and science, and she's serious when necessary.

One day, Rick was out on an adventure with Morty, Summer was at school, Beth was at work, and Jerry was being Jerry: failing to get a job. Cass was walking around the house looking for something to fix her necklace with (which was the last thing her father gave her before the crash, so it was really special to her) when she decided to look in Rick's garage for something. When she walked in, she saw Rick's lab coat sitting on the chair. She wondered why the chair was wearing it and Rick wasn't for a second before an idea slipped into her mind.

It was long, and when I say long, I mean really long. It trailed behind her when she walked and her hands were hidden by all the coat.

She didn't find the portal gun or flask in the pockets, coming to the conclusion that he brought them with on his adventure. She suddenly heard a familiar whirring sound behind her as she spun around, finding Rick wearing just his cyan sweater and brown pants standing right behind her with his arms crossed.

"Cass, what do you think you're doing?" he smirked as Cass started laughing and running in the opposite direction.
