oml, sorry
I kinda forgot about this story until like, a day or two ago and haven't been able to finish it until now (11:28 pm, smh)
This chapter kinda sucks because I'm tired, so I might edit it later. Idk. 2nd part of the chapter is weird. Lmk what you think, though.
Also: Haven't been posting a lot (ex: Watching BNHA) because I've been:
- Busy with schoolwork
- Have to get ready to tutor a 2nd grader in English (ahh, im frightened)
- Attempting to learn geetar (i'm an idiot and chose a fast, difficult song after barely knowing how to play; Ik this is not good, but im stubborn and am going to get a teacher soon anyways soososos)
anyways, merry christmas

-x- Third Person POV -x-
"Is Kyō~Kun going to be alright?" Toga questioned.
"He'll be fine," Shigaraki rasped, holding his hand outwards as Kurogiri poured him a drink, "Just think of it as a really long nap." He took a swig of his drink, sighing. "Though, it is annoying how long he'll be out. We only have so much time to plan for the training camp, and this process will leave us with just 3 days in the end."
Dabi raised his brow. "And exactly why can't we do anything while waiting?"
Shigaraki scratched the base of his neck, smacking his chapped lips together. "Too risky. Besides, we need to be here in case something goes... Wrong." The blue-haired man raised his glass, but paused just before it reached his lips. "He won't be the same after he receives his quirk."
"Great, he'll be crazier then?" Dabi sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose.
"Exactly."
Toga squealed, jumping up and down. "Oh, yay! I love it when Kyō~Kun is in those sort of moods!"
"So, what kind of quirk is it?" Dabi asked, ignoring the blonde.
Shigaraki rolled his eyes. "Unfortunately, Master didn't wish to fill me in completely. However, I was warned that his head won't be screwed on very tightly."
"Great." Dabi glanced to the side, stuffing his hands into his pockets. Curiosity gnawed at him for a moment before he connected eyes with Shigaraki once again. "Actually, what's going to happen to the kid? I mean, will he still be fine?" He paused for a moment before adding, "Won't his physical body be damaged?"
"Look at you, worrying about our boy," Shigaraki grinned, earning a scowl from Dabi. "Anyways," he put on an uninterested face, "He'll retain many of his memories. Though, I imagine they won't be exactly... right." He raised his glass to his lips, finishing up before taking a sip. "His physical body won't be in horrible shape, but won't be exactly as fit as before. He might be a little weak at first, considering his 5 day nap."
Toga yawned, stretching her arms over her head. "Speaking of..."
Dabi shot her a confused glance. "Did you not wake up an hour or so ago?"
"Hey!" Toga whined, "I hadn't slept for like, 3 days before! And even then, I only got like, 4 hours!"
Kurogiri glanced between the three in front of him before pulling a rag from the counter, wiping a glass clean. "I'm sure there's nothing to worry about. And there's no reason for Toga not to sleep. After all, we'll be here for a while."
"Easy for you to say," Dabi sighed, "You're always cooped up in here. I'm not exactly used to it. I actually enjoy going out."
Shigaraki rubbed his temples, scratchy voice annoyed. "Can you all just shut up? I've been trying to enjoy my drink in peace, and this certainly isn't it."
Dabi rolled his eyes, snatching his coat off of a stool. "Yeah, whatever. I'm going out."
"Didn't I tell you not to leave?" Shigaraki warned.
Toga clicked her tongue. "What a sassy boy."
Glancing backwards, Dabi smirked. "I'll only be out for a minute. It'll be fine." He swiftly turned on his heel, pulling on his jacket as he waved.
As the door slammed, Toga shouted. "AND STAY OUT!" She glanced at the two men at the bar, giggling. "I've always wanted to say that."

-x- Dabi's POV -x-
My fingertips brushed the ring around my hoodie, grasping tightly onto the fabric as I pulled it over my head. And, stuffing my hands into my pockets, I lowered my head slightly. Don't want to be recognized.
I weaved through the crowds, listening to passersby converse amongst themselves, unwittingly sharing their exchanges with me. Though, for the most part, there wasn't anything exactly interesting. Just gossip and casual talk, I sighed. Whatever.
Suddenly, I felt my body collide with another, causing me to glance upwards. My brow raised, their face familiar.
"Oh, I'm sorry," the redhead apologized. "I wasn't watching where I was going."
A blonde glanced at me with a fiery hatred, though it seemed almost as if it were typical for him. My eyes widened slightly when I realized who it was. Katsuki Bakugou. The target.
"Ah...," I said, eyes trailing towards Bakugou before snapping back towards the redhead. "It's no problem. My fault, really."
Giving a quick nod, I moved past them before pressing myself against a wall, sliding into a nearby alley. After waiting a few moments, I glanced around, eyes scanning the crowd.
My eyes finally settled on tall tufts of red hair, barely extending past the heads in the crowd. Once I believed they were far enough, I exited the alley, following just close enough behind them so I could hear what they were saying, but far enough so they couldn't see me.
"So what's the plan?" the redhead questioned.
Bakugou stared forwards, ignoring the boy.
The redhead cocked his head to the side, waving his hand in front of Bakugou's face. "Hello? Earth to Bakubro?" Bakugou shook his head quickly, glancing at the redhead with parted lips.
"What? Oh," he mumbled.
The redhead raised his brow. "You alright?"
Bakugou glanced upwards. "No. I'm not entirely sure where to go from here and... Not only that, but I have a bad feeling." He paused for a moment, tensing up before turning his head towards me.
Eyes widening, I ducked down slightly, avoiding his gaze. After a few moments, he narrowed his eyes and turned back towards his friend.
"I'm sure Midoriya will be fine," the redhead assured him. I scoffed, laughing to myself. Hate to burst your bubble, kid.
"No," Bakugou shook his head. "About that guy. He seemed... Off."
"What guy?"
"The one you bumped into," Bakugou reminded the redhead.
Great.
"Look, I'm sure it's fine," the redhead smiled. "We shouldn't worry about that right now. We need to put our focus into finding Midoriya."
Bakugou hesitated for a moment before nodding. "Yeah. Alright."
Looks like you have a few fans, Shōki.
