∆ Avery's POV ∆

I walked down the hallway...well, because school's over.

I reached my locker and opened it. Aaaannndd a little piece of paper fell down my locker.

Thinking, it's a letter ofcourse. So i pick it up and read it.

    Netflix and Chill later, sounds good?

I smile and put my stuff in my locker.

It feels so good, that i have a friend like Austin. And i know, that this, our friendship, will stay...forever.

I see him...Austin, with Dylan and Ryan. He looks at me and gives me a smile. And then, time stops. Who would've thought that a single smile, will get me trap into a trance?

I smiled too and he chuckles. I shake off the trance and continued walking.

Okay, since i can't keep it any longer. Im gonna have to tell you guys this..but i SWEAR if you tell this to Austin, ill hunt you down and kill you. Just kidding. But if you do, I'll maybe just steal your nutella and chocolates :) 

I...have a crush on Austin, like big time. It started when i was 13. Mkay, Austin doesn't have the best body, he doesnt have muscles and abs. But he's cute and I don't know..handsome? He's got this personality, that can make any girl fall inlove with him.

• TIME SKIP •

I arrived at my house...finally.

I entered my room and changed my clothes. So my clothes are basically comfortably normal. White tshirt and denim shorts. I fix my hair a little bit but it's still in a ponytail.

I arranged everything needed for our netflix and chill. I made a tiny pillow fort that only took me 20 minutes to build. Wow that was fast.

Finally, the doorbell rang. I rushed to the door and opened it.

"Finally!" I laughed and let Austin inside

"I'm not late...am i?" He asked confused

"No, you're not late Austin" i said

"Good" he placed the ice cream and nutella inside the pillow fort

•TIME SKIP•

"Who's your favorite character?" I asked Austin

"Uuuhhh...It's Dustin" he smiled

"Is it because his name rhymes with yours?" I asked him with my eyebrow raised.

"Maybe" he said

"Well mine are Mike and Will" i said

"Why?" He asked

"Because they're cute" i said

We're watching Stranger Things. And i swear, i got addicted to it that it's even my cellphone wallpaper.

"So you like them, because they're cute?" He asked again

"Yea" i said simply smiling.

"Just pick Steve then" he scoffed

"Hell no, he has a girlfriend remember" i said in a 'duh' tone

"So what?" He said chuckling

"I just don't like Steve. And besides, Mike and Will are better." I said

"Paedophile" he said

My eyes widden. Oh he did not  say that!

"I am not!" I laughed and pushed him hard

"Yes you are!" He argued back and pushed me lightly.

"Whatever Austin" i said and ate my ice cream.

•TIME SKIP•

(A/N = sorry for the time skips guys, im running out of ideas soooo yea)

I woke up inside the pillow fort. Shit, my head hurts like fudge! I looked to my side and saw Austin, sleeping.

A smile crept to my face, he's so cute when he's sleeping. God, why does he have to be this cute?!

I shake my head, i need to stop these feelings i have for him, knowing that he won't feel the same way. I got up and walked to the bathroom to do my daily routine.

After that, i decided to wear the 5SOS tshirt that i bought last month. What? Im a fangirl get over it, and then black skinny jeans with my camouflage airwalk 

I tied my hair into a high ponytail and went downstairs.

"How did netflix and chill go, Avery?" Mom asked in a teasing manner

"Mom!" I said blushing.

Shiz, why am i blushing? There's nothing to blush about

"Oh come on" mom said chuckling

"It was pretty great, we watched Stranger Things" i said. Telling mom all the details of what happened last night.

"Just admit it, you like Austin" mom said raising her  eyebrows up and down. Aaaannd she's teasing me. Again.

"Hell no mom. He's just my bestfriend" i stated

"Mhmm. Whatever you say, sweetheart" mom said

I went to Austin, who's still sleeping in the pillow fort

"Austin, wake up" i shake his shoulders and he groaned

"What?" He said, his voice low and raspy

I just chuckled

"I said wake up sleepy head. We're gonna be late for school" i said and he finally got up and smiled at me.

He reached for his bag and got his toothbrush, tootpaste and clothes and went to the bathroom

•TIME SKIP 5 MINUTES•

After five minutes, Austin finally walked out of the bathroom.

He's wearing the same thing that i'm wearing.  5SOS tshirt and black fitted jeans. But he wore different shoes. He's wearing his black vans, the high cut one.

My jaw dropped. Is he for real?

"You're wearing, the same thing" i said slowly

"Yea, so?" He said and stuffed his things into his bag

I closed my eyes and shake my head. I am gonna change my clothes.

"No, you are not gonna change your clothes. We're going to school like this" he said more like in a demanding tone. Did i just say the 'i am gonna change my clothes' out loud?

"But–" he didnt let me finish

"Avery, i told you. No" he said and i sigh in defeat.

Mom walked out of the kitchen and saw us wearing the same clothes.

"Awwww..this is so cute. Im gonna take a picture of you two" mom said and rushed to her room and got her cellphone. Then she went back down

"Okay you two, smile" mom said holding her phone infront of us. She was standing away from us... like 6 steps away, so that our body is on the frame of the phone

But we didnt smile. We did funny faces and mom took the picture

After the picture we were laughing like crazy but mom said one more.

"And this time. Propely" mom said sternly.

And we did. We smiled. But Austin's arm was around my shoulder. Shit, im having a mini heart attack here.

"Perfect" mom whispered

•TIME SKIP 30 MINUTES•

We arrived at school early. But we received weird looks from everybody

I looked down because im so embarrassed and Austin here is just laughing.

Once we reached my locker i punched him on the shoulder (that rhymes)

"This is your fault" i said glaring at him.

"What? No" he said still laughing

"It is! And now they're giving me, us,  weird looks" i said punching him on the shoulder once more.

"What? Don't you think this is cute? I mean, for me and for them, it is" he said smiling

I leaned my head against my locker and i groaned

"You have got to be kidding me" i murmured.

"In a matter of fact, i am not" he said chuckling

I heard foosteps coming towards us and i saw..Dylan and Ryan. Okay okay, I'll admit it. Maybe Ryan isn't that bad, he's cute.

"Well well well, what do we have here? Matching outfits" Dylan said clapping his hands slowly

"Isn't it, Mr. Obvious?" I said and i instantly regret it.

My eyes widen of what i had just said. Shit, i take it back, i take it back.

"Is it just me or Avery just got hotter?" Ryan said and i blushed

"Stop it, both of you. Now leave" Austin said with anger trailing in his voice

Why is he angry? There's nothing to be angry about. For sure. I think.

"This is not over yet. Austin, and Avery" Dylan said and nodded at me and he walked away

"Bye avery" Ryan said winking at me and followed dylan.

Once they were far from us i talked to Austin again.

"What the hell was that about? " i asked Austin completely weirded out.

"Don't mind it. I-it was nothing" he said stuttering. His jaw clenched and his eyes were somewhat holding anger.

I stopped walking at looked at Austin. Something doesn't feel right

"Hey, are you okay?" I asked Austin and he turned to me.

"Yea, yea. I'm fine" he said softening his face

I just nodded and we continued walking. This is awkward..

We reached homeroom and we sat down together.

"I hate homeroom" Austin groaned slouching on his chair.

"Oh come on. Homeroom's not that bad" i laughed resulted him to laugh too.

"Oh and by the way. I'm coming over later" he said fixing his position.

"Don't you always come over?" I chuckled and looked at him.

He was smiling. "Oh yea, i forgot" he said and i face palmed myself.

"Okay students. Let's ––" i didn't listen to what the teacher was saying. Because, it wasnt really important.

Lunch finally came by, thank the heavens! Hahahaha

Austin and i sat on OUR table. Yea, our table. This has been our table since we got here, and i forgot.

"Okay, stay here. Im gonna go and buy us food" he smiled at me and walked off to buy us food.

Since this is gonna take a while, i pulled out my phone from my bag and started to play games.

And then my phone dropped, on the table (thank God). Because somebody smacked their hand against the table causing me to look up.

It's....

Dustin and Ryan :)

"What do you guys want?" I asked them annoyed at their faces.

"What? Can't we be friends with you?" Dylan said giving me a sweet smile.

I blinked and inhaled the air around me.

It smells like frikin burgers

"I–" Austin didnt let me finish by placing me tray infront of me.

"Dylan, Ryan. I'll talk to you later" Austin  said.

"Sure bro, whatever" Dylan shrugged

I started eating the burger that Austin bought for me.

So I'll tell you guys what is on my tray right now. One cheeseburger (the one that im eating right now), fries, mountain dew, and a slice of oreo cheesecake. Heaven am i right?

Dylan, Ryan and Austin left a few secinds ago.

Well, i guess im on my own now. Lol

∆ Austin's POV ∆

"You've got 4 days left" Dylan smirked

"I know, I'm not stupid" i rolled my eyes at him.

"So what's with you two? Ryan, you flirting with Avery and Dylan wanting to be friends with her? What are you guys doing? Playing a game? Doing a joke?" I said my voice rising

"I just want to know a little more about Avery" Dylan smiled.

I forgot to tell you guys. Dylan and Ryan are brothers.

"Just let her be, please. You'll have her after my last days with her" i said with tears forming in my eyes

"Whatever" Dylan said.

Shit. I'm not ready to leave her.

∆ Ryan's POV ∆

"Don't you think we're a little bit too harsh to Austin?" I asked my brother, Dylan

"I mean, we're friends with him afterall" i added

"Ryan, stop being a pussy." Dylan said to me

Jeez im not.

•FLASHBACK!•

"Dylan, Ryan. Come downstairs please!" Mom shouted asking us to come down so we did.

"Yes mum?" I asked my mother

"This is Mr. Harper" mom said introducing us to a man right beside my dad

"Mr. Harper, this is Ryan. The one im talking about" mom smiled

"Harper? As in, father of Avery Sophia Harper?" My brother asked in clarification

"Oh, so you know my daughter?" Mr. Harper smiled at Dylan

"Yes, we do" my brother and i said at the same time.

"Well, Ryan. You are going to marry  Avery" mom smiled and my jaw dropped.

Avery Sophia Harper. My big time crush.

"Arranged Marriage? As in-" mom didn't let Dylan finish

"We're not sure about that yet, we're not sure which one of you we are going to be choosing for Avery" mom said.

"Oh my god" Dylan said slowly and he looked at me

'I can't believe it!' Dylan mouthed to me

"Uuhh, mom. Me and Dylan are going to head upstairs first." I said to mom and she said yes

"Bro, i cant believe it!" Dylan shouted as soon as we entered our room.

"We're gonna marry Avery" he added

We have a crush on Avery. Like big time.

"But only, not so sure of it" i said

"May the best man win" i smirked.

• END OF FLASHBACK!•

"We need to do it so that we can get Avery" Dylan added

"But i mean, we can do it the right way. Let them be friends, and let's just cancel all of this bullcrap and win her the right way" i said about to be angry.

Dylan looked at me and said "you do what you want to do, and I'll do what  i want to do."

I stopped walking and just took a deep breath

"Then you do your plan yourself" i said getting a little scared

I want to win Avery the right way and not doing Dylan's bullcrap plan. If he wants to do what he wants, then do it himself

"No, you'll thank me after we're done with the plan" he said

Well, so much for trying (note the sarcasm)
