Okay, so I didn't draw a picture of Logan, but I drew a room dedicated to him. I thought it was fitting. Anywho, back to the story!

Logan pov
Humiliated, I quickly made my exit from the table and rushed up to my room. It's not that obvious… is it? No! I have been careful to make sure my feelings has remained under wraps.

Dropping to the floor, I leaned against my door. That was too close. My fingers ran over my face and took off my glasses. I held the bridge of my nose with my other hand. I can't do anything about it now, can I? What is done is done. I just have to… adjust… to the new changes accordingly.

My room is nothing special. I looked up and scanned the contents stored all over. The wall to my right that was covered in bookshelves and books, my bed was in the center, the one place there wasn't a bookshelf on that wall. The bed was neatly made. The dark blue comforter with constellations on it was draped over the mattress and the pillows were nice and plump.

In the left corner of my room sat a desk. This had my computer on it and a calendar hanging on the wall above it. I had one of those comfy chairs that spins, which I had gotten for Christmas from Patton. I was so excited when I got it! It was one of the best Christmas presents I could have ever asked for. On the right corner of my desk was a picture. I hated that picture, but it was the only one I had left. I usually have that picture down most of the time, the stand sticking up in the air. I must have picked it up right before I left. I racked my brain, but I can't remember why…

Standing back up, I walked over to my desk, and picked up the picture. On it is my family. My mom, my dad, my 6 sisters, my 3 brothers and me. I was 5 at the time. Youngest in my whole mess of a family. Sighing, I return the picture to its original position, face down, on my desk. Out of all of them, I'm the disappointment. No! Get these thoughts out of my head! I am not going to start feeling emotions now. Not ever again.

I walk over to my dresser, which is on the wall with the door. I change into my pajamas and jump into bed. Today there has been way too many emotions that I have or could have felt. I need to be more careful. Turning off my lamp I roll over and quickly fall into a deep sleep.

Time Skip because, unlike Anna, when the sky is awake I am not.

Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!

Uggggggggggggg. No. I don't want to.

Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!

The noise steadily increased. I rolled over, hiding my head under my pillow, trying to muffle the sound.

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

Fine! Throwing off my warm covers, I walk over to my dresser and turn off the alarm that sat on top. I let out a sigh. Glancing at my bed longingly, I turned back towards my dresser and took out the clothes I would be wearing today. Ah yes. A classic. I took out my black polo shirt and dark blue tie and smiled. This is how I like to start the day. With my favorite outfit.

After I had changed, I headed downstairs. Patton is up and making breakfast. He jumped around like a bouncy ball. How much coffee did he have this morning? I glanced at the coffee maker. It was empty. People often ask what planet I'm from or if I am an alien. But, by the way he is acting this early in the morning, shouldn't he be the alien? I mean, no human being should be this energetic at this hour. "Salutations, Patton,"

"Hey, Lolo!" He greeted. I paused for a moment. What did he call me? His cheeks turned a shade Pinker, "I uh, I mean, sorry I didn't mean to offend you! I thought it would be a good nickname but if you don't like it I won't call you it!" He rambled. I chuckled at this. He truly is adorable.

"It's fine. Maybe I should come up with a nickname for you in return." I suggested, trying to make him feel more at ease. I paused for a moment to think, "how about… gattino?"

"S-sure, um… what does it mean?" his face turned even more pink. I heard someone whistle and felt my cheeks flush as well.

"Look at these two! Growing up so fast!" Thomas made his way down the stairs, skipping a little. He usually isn't a morning person which is why his movements surprised me. "Soon enough, you'll be married and off with your 3 cats and 4 dogs!" Patton's face started to look more red than pink at this point, but he brightened up a bit when Thomas mentioned the buying of a pet.

"No animals," I said. It became an automatic response over the years. I didn't even think about it when I said it.

"But you didn't deny the wedding!" Thomas replied, smirking. At this point, I knew my face was just as red, if not more red, than Patton's, and his face was already a deep shade of scarlet.

"Excuse me," Patton said before running into the kitchen. I turned to Thomas and glared. I am going to ruin him, I thought smugly. After all, I do have a scholarship to Harvard law. He recognized my smug look and the smile dropped from his face. He looked scared. Good. After all, the last time I got revenge on him, it didn't end well. For him.

Roman came down next. I had forgotten that he didn't have a place to sleep. When I opened my mouth to ask, Thomas spoke up.

"We gave him the guest bedroom."

"We have a guest bedroom?" This is the first time I've heard of one in the apartment.

"Well," he looked sheepishly at me, "it's the office, but I figured, because we all have desks in our rooms, we could clear it out and Roman could stay there." I nodded.

"That is understandable and the most logical move to make. I appreciate how much thought you have put into this and I apologize for being… unavailable last night. I was drained from all the activity from the day and I did not get a proper night's rest that night due to the flight." I finished.

"It's alright. You guys were all out like rocks last night," Thomas remarked.

"Greetings peasants! I had the most marvelous sleep last night!" Roman quickly exclaimed. I rolled my eyes. Peasants? Really? He lavishly took the seat next to Thomas and let out an impressive yawn.

"Salutations, Roman. I am glad to hear that your sleep was adequate." I saw Patton come back out from the kitchen, his cheeks still had a hint of pink to them.

"Hiya kiddo!"

"Thank you Padre for switching with me last night." Wait, what? I thought Roman slept in the office. Oh no. Don't tell me… I should have guessed. Patton is too kind to let anyone sleep on the floor. Thomas looked to Patton for an explanation.

"Patton, please don't tell me that you traded Roman last night and you ended up sleeping on the floor." I inquired, rubbing my eyes. Today is going to be a long day. Patton shifted slightly on his feet.

"Well… yes? Roman came into my room last night telling me he couldn't sleep!"

"Patton. Roman has been sleeping for nearly 3 thousand years. He is fine for a few more uncomfortable nights before we get him a mattress and bed." I sighed, "Even so, what you did was kind and selfless. So I shouldn't be chastening you. You just… don't forget to treat yourself sometimes too okay?" He nodded. He looked embarrassed as he ducked back into the kitchen a second time. I immediately felt guilty. But sooner or later he needs to learn to put himself first! However, he is the most selfless, most wonderful person I have ever known. I have no doubt that he would trade his life if it meant any human, good or bad, would live.

Finally, Virgil came down the stairs. He was slower moving and he kept his head down. We all knew by now not to engage him in conversation this early in the morning. He acknowledged us with a nod and sat down in the farthest corner of the table. He was lost in thought, as he normally is in the morning.

"Good morning sunshine!" Virgil jumped. Roman had his big smile aimed at him. Virgil looked confused. His brain is slower at processing things in the morning so it looked like he was trying to remember who Roman is and how he got here. After a few seconds, the pieces seemed to click and he waved. Roman beamed even brighter at his own special good morning from him. He opened his mouth to say more, but Virgil was saved by Patton.

"Breakfast is ready!" He sang out. He danced out of the kitchen, stacks of pancakes in hand. He smoothly set them on the table. Standing up, I walked over to the cupboard and grabbed out the plates, cups, and silverware needed for breakfast. Including the ones needed for our guest. I saw Patton grab the milk, syrup, and orange juice.

We set the items down on the table and Roman stared at the pancakes, eyes wide. He probably smelt the heavenly aroma and couldn't wait to eat. It makes sense. These pancakes are Patton's own recipe. He adds blueberries and chocolate chips into them and more fruits are supposed to be added on top. In a bowl next to the pancakes sat slices of bananas, strawberries, and raspberries. Whipped cream was in a bowl beside that.

Roman watched us as we topped our pancakes and mimicked it. He drizzled syrup, and not just a little bit but a LOT of syrup, all over the pancakes. "Uh, Roman, kiddo, that's a lot of syrup."

"Sorry," he laughed out, "I will eventually get used to this time." We chuckled and he put whipped cream, strawberries, bananas, and raspberries on the mount of syrup and, again, went a little overboard. He held the fork and knife like he had used them before. However, he picked up the knife with his right hand and fork with his left. He looked very professional as he cut into the pancakes and took a bite. He somehow managed to fit every type of fruit and pancake and the whipped cream. I am honestly impressed at this point. How he can balance all of those ingredients onto the fork is impressive. I watched as he somehow transported all the food on the fork into his mouth, and he fit it all in his mouth, only leaving a small dollop of whipped cream on the corner of his mouth. He was so focused on the bite that when he looked up, he jumped back a little when he noticed all of our eyes on him. He tried to apologise, but his mouth was full of food. His face turned a deep shade of red as he desperately tried to chew all the food in his mouth.

Patton burst out laughing, "Don't choke kiddo!" He said between gasps, "I am glad that you like it so much."

"Sorry," he said, or at least, I think that's what he said…

"It's fine, actually, it's batter than fine, it's patton-cakingtastic!" I groaned. Really Patton? Really? That one was a bit of a stretch. I'm assuming he meant fan-freaking-tastic, but added pattoncake which is what he calls the pancakes. But… wow Patton, I have to admit, you've done better puns. Roman finished chewing and swallowed. He then quickly filled his glass with milk and downed it. After this he flashed another one of those white smiles. He looked apologetic, but I barely noticed.

"How are your teeth still so unbelievably white?"

"Um, what?" He looked confused and I tried to clarify,

"Your teeth. You haven't washed them in years, and to my knowledge, you have never picked up a toothbrush. How are your teeth so white after all this time and no matter what you eat?" He looked taken aback.

"It's kinda a long story…" he looked nervous.

"We have the time," I started, "and we have been answering so many of your questions, I thought that it would be fine to ask my own," Patton elbowed me and I realized something, "if you want to that is. No one wants to make you uncomfortable." I finished. Patton nodded in approval. I rolled my eyes.

"I-it's fine. I just… it reminds me of a dear friend."

"The sorceress?" Thomas asked.

"How do you know about her?" Roman questioned, startled.

"I know the legend and the story-"

"Yes, yes, but how do you know the story? Where did you learn it?"

"Yeah," Virgil spoke for the first time this morning, "before I left, you knew nothing about the legend and I only told you a very small portion of it. You...um… I looked up the legend online and I still couldn't find anything on it that added to what I already knew."

"Odd, I asked a friend and they told me the full story. Here, I'm gonna go call them over," Thomas left the room and we all sat there, a bit shocked. I regained my composure first and returned to the matter at hand.

"Roman, while we're waiting, could you maybe tell us more about your shiny chompers?"

"Um, sure?" It sounded like a question, "When I was a child, I fell off of my tall bed and landed on the corner of a bookshelf. My front teeth did, to be exact. So one of my front teeth was knocked out… I think... and the other was chipped in half. I was ashamed of myself and knew that I was ugly." He glanced at Patton who looked sad and a bit angered at him calling himself ugly, "I don't think so now of course! I was ten!" Patton looked even more distressed, "Anyways, I ran off after, stifling the bleeding with a clean cloth. I didn't know where I was going and was soon lost.

"This is where I met my dear friend. She lived in the woods and she was picking flowers when she heard me crying. I had given up all hope of finding home and rocking back and forth next to a tree on the ground. She came over and asked what was wrong. I couldn't answer between the sobs and the cotton in my mouth. My mouth was really hurting and started to swell and she noticed the blood and freaked out a bit. She told me that she could fix my mouth as long as I don't freak out or turn her in and I have to pay her back. I agreed of course and so she removed the cotton from my mouth and took out a twig. She muttered a few words under her breath then tapped me on the head with it. My mouth was healed and better than new. My teeth are now unbreakable and can't get dirty." He finished. There was silence. "Um… the end?" He laughed awkwardly.

"How did you pay her back?" I questioned.

"Oh well, she was very lonely so all she asked for was to be friends. I was eager to have a friend because I never really had one before. My sister even joined us on our adventures sometimes." He laughed out.

"Who's your-"

"They're on their way!" Thomas announced, walking back into the room. "They'll be here in about 20 minutes," I assumed by the pronouns that he is referring to either Talyn or Joan, but how would they know this?

We finished our breakfast and did the dishes in 15 minutes. All there's left to do is wait I suppose. Roman started an intense conversation with Patton and Thomas about this new thing he found. After listening in a bit and realizing that he was referring to Disney, I zoned out and grabbed my book.

I was halfway through the chapter when the door knocked. Thomas had gotten up to grab it. He came back into the living room with Talyn and I heard a large gasp. I turned to Roman who had tears brimming in his eyes.

"Talyn?"
