Third Person's POV

Earth's group of heroes were walking down the road of their hometown,It's just a normal day but extra windy.

"Going to the arcade was a great idea gopal!"Ying praised the red bandana wearing boy.

"Yeah,it was so much fun"Yaya added with a smile on her face,

"Agreed,because i won more games than boboiboy over here,"The shadow manipulator said with a grin,The dino capped boy only chukled at his friend.

"Still,he's more popular than you,"Gopal said which made the two girls laugh and say shots fired in the background.

Boboiboy scratched the back of his head before a gust of wind made them stop of their tracks,the boy's hat almost flew along with it,good thing he quickly caught it just in time.

Gopal's eyes widened at the sight of The huge hospital,"Has this always been here?"He said with Curiosity.

Yaya raised a brow,"I think it's new?"

"A lot of things changed since we left right?"They all nod at the Chinese girl.

"There we go!"I exclaimed as i waited for the picture to come out from my camera.I was currently infront of Pulau Rintis Local hospital,It has a beautiful garden on the front.

"Let's see...i have exactly 20 new pictures of flowers!,Sweet~"a small smile spread across my face.I took the picture from my camera ready to collect the rest that i placed on the ground.

Before i could even gather all the pictures,a gust of wind sent them in a second,sending my pictures flying into the air,

I gasped then stood up,trying to reach for them but failed.

"No,no,no!!! Please come back!!!"i felt a sudden sting on my head,making me fall on my knees and gasp for air.

"Shadow fingers!"

"Gravity lift!"

"Dey,are you ok??"I looked up to see 5 figures infront of me,one of them was floating while the other one was controlling something like a shadow. . .?

I stopped gasping for air once i coughed up blood,"O-oh no..."

"Ying call some nurses from the hospital quick!"A dino cap wearing boy said,

After a second i coughed more blood,A nurse quickly rushed to me with a wheelchair.

"Miss |Last Name|!,What happened?"i couldn't respond to the nurse's question since i was covering my mouth with my hand.

"Is she going to be ok?"A pink hijab wearing girl asked,concern written all over their faces.

"I don't know...Her condition is getting worst,please excuse me."The nurse then placed me on the wheelchair Rushing me inside the hospital,

That's what happened before i fainted...

Boboiboy's POV

"Is she going to be ok?"Yaya said as we all looked at the nurse who just got out of the girl's room.

"Her condition is stable. . .For now,"

Fang raised at brow at the nurse,"What do you mean by 'For now',what is even her illness?"

The nurse bowed down"Sorry,i can't tell you but you can ask her personally once she wakes up.Please excuse me."

We waited outside of her room for 2 hours straight,All of use stood up once a doctor exited her room.

"Should we go inside?"I asked them,they all nod in unison as we entered the girls room.At the other side of her bed was filled with machine's.

Her eyes slowly opened,She looked at my friends first then me.We stared at each other for about 10 seconds until she broke the eye contact and said something.

"Y-you were the one's who helped me,right?"They all nod,as the girl in pink handed me the flower pictures that i took this morning.

I couldn't help but smile,"Thank you..."

"You're welcome!,My name's yaya and that's ying,Fang,gopal and boboiboy!"She said with a smile.

"and I'm |Name|,it's nice to meet all of you,"

"May i ask why are you here in the hospital? you look pretty normal except when you coughed blood"Fang asked in which i looked down.

I heard gopal whisper something to him,"Dey!,I think she doesn't wanna talk about it!"

"It's ok if you don't want to |Name| we can understand,"Ying said,I sadly smiled and looked up to them with tears forming from the corner of my eyes.

"No,no it's alright,You helped me this morning so it's the least i could do..."

Boboiboy stepped closer,with a frown on his face"Are you sure?"

I nod,

"I can't give you the exact name of my illness cause it hasn't been discovered yet...and I'm the only one who has it,Coughing blood here and there,sudden lost of breath,I sometimes faint on random occasions,A-and many more-"I couldn't finish my sentence when tears started streaming down my face,I tried wiping them but it was no use they keep on coming

"A-and the w-worst part is that...doctors gave me 3 months to live,But instead of living my life to the fullest I'm just stuck here,tubes in my whole body and no one to talk to,"

"Oh my,you poor thing..."The two girls gave me a hug,i saw them tearing up too...But why would they care?I just met them. . .

"How about your parents?"

"My mother died while giving birth to me,Father got into a car accident while going home.To say the least,i spent my whole life in this hospital."

In the corner of my eye i saw gopal trying hard not to cry,I chuckled bitterly at them a million thoughts going through my head,

"Please don't waste your tears on me,I don't deserve them..."Boboiboy stepped in with a determined look that made me flinch.

"Don't say that!,You're our friend you deserve someone to help you in your journey!,"My eyes widened at what he said,i felt something weird inside of me...

"F-friends. . .?"

The two girls let go of the hug,with smiles on their faces.

"From now on we'll visit you as much as we can!"Ying said

The other's nod at her,as my expression changed into a confused one.

I raised both of my hands,"Y-you don't have to,"

The dino capped boy held both of my hands with a girn on his face while he Chuckled.

"We don't have to |Name|,we want to help you!,So please smile for us!"

I cried in joy as a small smile appeared on my face while they chuckled,

"T-thank you-"The dino capped boy quickly cut me off

"You don't have to thank us,It's us who's suppose to thank you,"I looked at him Confused,

"Why?"

He pats my head,as everyone gave me smiles.

"Because we have someone to care about again,Silly"
