My world was black. My eyes closed shut. I couldn't remember anything. What was going on?

"Sweety, are you awake?", a voice broke through the silence.

"Who are you?"

"I am your father Max. Now open your eyes. Let me see that your awake." the man that said he was my father grab my hand as I opened my eyes.

I sat up in the bed. I was in the hospital. I can't remember much, but I know that when your in a hospital that means your hurt.<" Dad, why am I here?"

He squeezed my hand then let go,"You were in a carwreck. Your boyfriend parked the car to go into the store. When he came back someone had hit the car."

"Boyfriend?"

"Yes. Your boyfriend Dylan." Just as he said that a bloude boy walked through the door.

"Are you Dylan?" i felt dizzy

"So you still remeber me?" Dylans face lit up.

"I guess." I felt like I was going to go back to sleep ,"Is it okay if we go home? I don't like it here."

The man who said he was my father stood up and walked closer to my bed,"Yes. Let me go get the car. You and Dylan can meet me there."

  I was at home now sitting in my room. Tring to think about something from my past. My name is Maximum Ride and that is all I can remeber. Nothing makes sense. I don't remeber my dad, mom, friends, and boyfriend. Nothing seems right. My dad told me I was fourteen, I am homeschooled, and I work at the local movie theater on the weekends. But I feel like that is not my whole life.

  There was a knock at my door," Come in!"

 A girl with glasses walked through the door. She had red hair and I think brownish eyes.,"Hi Max. Do you remember me?"

I thought hard, but couldn't remeber, "No."

She looked disappointed, but she grinned and said,"I am J.J. I was your friend at the school before you started homeschooling. We now work at the theater together."

 "Oh. Well I'm sorry I forgot who you were." The girl laughed as she headed for the door," Where are going.?"

"Home I just came to see how you were doing." J.J shut the door .

 Here I was again. Alone to think.
