Wellington x Pyongyang is present

"Hey, America?" Paris asked the country before he could leave.

"Huh, what is it?" He questioned.

Berlin spoke up, "As capitals, we all have recently decided that we wanted to reveal ourselves to the countries."

"Could you try to see if we could use a building or something?" Brussels asked.

"Also Pyongyang is the only one not feeling too good about this. So..." Paris added.

"I'll talk to her and I'll see if the government will let DC and I rent out the House."

"Merci beaucoup, mon ami." Paris smiled, "Vienna told Monaco about the Pyongyang issue, but she didn't know what to do about it. I knew you would though, since, y'know, even though I know she doesn't trust you."

America nodded, "Right."

America then walked off, looking for Pyongyang. He found her cuddled into her girlfriend, Wellington.

"Hey, Pyongyang?" America questioned, causing the named personification to look up.

"What do you want?" Pyongyang spoke, lazily snapping.

"Paris told me about how you're feeling about revealing yourself to the personifications. I know you don't trust me, but if it has to do with the other personifications, I can probably help." America explained.

"I-Is North Korea..." Pyongyang whispered, "Like the government..?"

"Not at all." America smiled at the city, "In fact, he hates his government with every bone in his being." America's expression rapidly changed, him now looking extremely sad and angry, "In fact, they're rather abusive towards him. They regularly send him back with a shock collar on." America sighed, "I just wish there was something I could do for my poor kid..."
