It's been 2 weeks since Shubman and Meera came back from their honeymoon together in Ireland. They both got busy in their professional lives.

Meera was sitting inside the cafe area of her office with her friends Garima and Divya.

Divya:-Uhm Meera, Garima and i have a good news for you.

Meera:-What is it?

Garima:-We both are getting married next month.

Meera:-Woahh.

Divya:-Yeah Abhishek and i are getting married and Garima and Ishan are getting married.

Meera:-Guys i am so happy for both of u.
So guys what u have decided for venue nd stuff?

Garima:-Actually we are thinking about having a destination wedding in Goa and all 4 of us will get married together.

Meera:-That's amazing. I can't wait for your wedding.

They all continued to laugh, eat and share stories. Meera suddenly felt a wave of nausea wash over her. She had been feeling fine all morning, but now her stomach was churning and her mouth was filling with saliva. She tried to swallow the food, but her throat felt dry and constricted.

At first, she thought it was just a side effect of eating too quickly, but as the feeling intensified, she realised that something was off. This was a sudden, intense feeling of unease that seemed to come out of nowhere.

Divya:-Meera are you fine?

Garima:-Yeah u r not looking well. Is there any problem?

Meera's eyes began to water as she felt a cold sweat break out on her forehead. She pushed her chair back from the desk and stood up, trying to get some fresh air. But as she walked to the window, her legs felt wobbly and unsteady beneath her. She grasped, the edge of her desk to steady herself, feeling a wave of dizziness wash over her.

Divya:-Oh god Meera. I think we should go to the hospital and get u checked.

Meera:-N..no, i a...am fin....fine.(She said breathing heavily)

Garima:-No u r not. We are going to hospital right now.

Both Garima and Divya took Meera to the nearby hospital to get her checked.

Doctor:-What happened?

Meera:-I was having lunch and suddenly i started to feel a bit nauseous and dizziness. I was fe...

Divya:-What happened Meera?

Meera quickly got up from the chair and went inside the washroom because she was feeling nauseous and wanted to throw up.
She went near the sink and vomited.

After a few minutes when she felt calm, she washed her face and adjusted her hair and came out of the washroom.

Doctor:-Mrs.Gill how r u feeling?

Meera:-I just threw up and during lunch also i was feeling nauseous.

Doctor:-Can i ask u a personal question?

Meera:-Yeah.

Doctor:-Did u had unprotected intercouse in the last 2 or 3 weeks?

Meera:-Uhm yeah.

Doctor:-There might be a possibility that u r pregnant.

Meera:-Really?(She said excitedly)

Doctor:-It can be but i would suggest you to take a proper pregnancy test so that it can be confirmed.

Meera:-Yeah.

Doctor:-Here take this pregnancy kit and go inside the washroom.

Divya & Garima:-Best of luck.

Meera:-Thanks.

Meera went inside the bathroom and took the test. As she finally completed the entire process of taking a pregnancy test she peacefully stood there waiting for the result.

Before taking a look at the pregnancy strip she closed her eyes and muttered positive words.

After taking a deep sigh, she finally looked at the pregnancy strip which showed a positive mark.

She leapt off the bathroom floor, screaming with delight. Tears of happiness streamed down her face as she whispered. I'm going to be a mom! And u Mr.Shubman Gill u r gonna be a Dad!

She quickly clean her hands and went outside the bathroom.

As she came out Divya and Garima looked at her eagerly waiting for her to answer.

Garima:-What is it Meera?

Meera:-I am pregnant.

Divya:-Wh..wha...what? Really?

Meera:-Yes u guys.

Divya and Garima both jumped with excitement and hugged Meera. Tears of joy streamed down their faces.

Garima:-I am gonna become an aunt.

Divya:-U will become an aunt i won't. I am still young.

Meera:-Guys stop fighting.

Garima:-Sorry but we can't just control our emotions. This is extremely huge.

Divya:-Let's give this big news to Shubman.

Meera:-Wait wait i want to surprise him.

Garima:-What should we do then?

Meera:-One of you call Shubman and tell him that Meera met with an accident and now she is admitted at the hospital.

Divya:-That will scare the hell out of him.

Garima:-Thats a great idea.

Divya:-Ok let me call him.

Meera:-Yeah.

ON THE PHONE CALL📞:-
Shubman:-Hey Divya.

Divya:-Uhm hi Shubman.

Shubman:-What happened?

Divya:-I really don't know how to tell you this?

Shubman:-What happened Divya?

Divya:-Meera ka accident ho gaya hai.

Shubman:-Wh..wha...what? How, when? How is she now and where are you guys right now?

Divya:-We are at the Sloane hospital. She is inside the operation theatre. Doctors are checking her right now.

Shubman:-Ok i am coming right now.

CALL ENDS

Meera:-Did he buy it?

Divya:-Yeah. He is coming here.

Meera:-I can't wait to tell him.

Garima:-And we both can't wait to see his shocking face.

After a few minutes Shubman reached the hospital. The stress and panic was evident on his face. He spotted Garima and Divya.

Shubman:-How's Meera?

Divya:-She is still inside the operation theatre.

Shubman:-What are the doctors saying and who was that bastard due to which this accident took place?

Garima:-Calm down Shubman. The police is looking for him and as far as Meera is concerned doctors said that she lost a lot of blood.

Shubman:-God i can't believe this.

Divya:-Don't worry Shubman we all are here with you. (She said while trying to hide her smile)

She winked at Garima to call Meera.

Garima:-Meera. (Shubman got shocked when she called her name)

Meera:-Hey Shubi.

Shubman:-Meera are u ok? They told me that u got into an accident.

Meera:-I am completely fine Shubi and i didn't met with an accident.

Shubman:-So why u guys are here and why you all called me?

Meera:-I have something to show you.

Shubman:-What is it?

Meera handed over the pregnancy strip to Shubman.

Meera:-I am pregnant Shubi.

Shubman's face lit up with a huge smile. He couldn't believe it, they were finally going to be parents. He felt like he was on top of the world, like he was walking on air.

He looked to his wife, Meera, and scooped her up in a big hug.

Shubman:-We're having a baby. (He exclaimed, his voice trembling with excitement.) We're going to be parents.

Meera laughed and hugged him back, tears of joy streaming down her face.

Meera:-I know, I'm so happy.(She said, her voice barely above a whisper)
