"Let's play volleyball!" Mira yelled.

"Alright!" Natsu said taking of his black shirt.

We all wore our swimsuit and assembled on the beach.

The maids set up the volleyball net.

"Yosh! Let's separate into two teams!" Jellal said.

"Team Natsu against Team Gray!" Erza decided

"Under Team Natsu is: Loke, Sting, Lucy, Levy and Me!" Mira announced

"Under Team Gray is: Gajeel, Lisanna, Erza, Jellal, and Juvia!"

Juvia ran to Gray clinging to him.
"I'll be the referee!" Igneel said wearing his red trunks.

"We'll be the cheerleaders!" Grandine and Wendy said in unison.

"Mom?" Natsu questioned

"I just got here. I wanted to have some fun too!" She winked

Natsu served hitting it hard. Erza ran to hit the ball and passed it to Jellal. Jellal sets the ball and Gray jumps.

Stings gets ready to recieve the ball.
But instead Gajeel appeared in behind Gray.
It was a decoy.

Gajeel spiked the ball on the opposite side.
I recieved the ball setting it for Loke.

Loke smashed the ball to the floor. Levy couldn't catch up.

"That was nice Lucy and Loke! " Yelled Grandine

We've been playing for an hour and a half. We were all dripping in sweat.

Our score always ended up in a tie so we had to continue

"If one of the team scores this round they'll win." Igneel informed

Gray serves the ball Natsu receives the ball, setting it for Sting. Sting attempts to spike but it was caught by Lisanna on the other side.

She sets the ball for Gajeel.

He spikes the ball down handing it to Mira.

Mira passed it to Loke, as he attempts to spike the ball.

The ball ends up at Jellal, He sets it for Erza.
Erza jumps to spike. She glared.

"Scary!" Natsu fell backward.

Erza spikes the ball hitting Natsu's face.

It bounces up and I spike it back to them and it touched the sand.

"Team Natsu wins!" Igneel yelled

"What?!" Lisanna argued

"Rules are you hit the ball not catch it." Igneel said

I took an ice pack and placed it on Natsu's cheek.

"Oi! ERZA! YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO BE SO HARSH!" He yelled.

We all laughed.

It was sunset and Natsu and I took a walk on the shore.

"That was fun." I smiled

"That hurt." He pouted. I giggled

"Eeh? What are you laughing at?" Natsu still pouted.

He's adorable.

"Nothing." I shook my head.

"I'm glad you had fun." He smiled taking my hand. I smiled back

"Ne? Luce?" He asked

"Yeah?" I replied

"You never replied to what I said on the balcony that day."

The time at the party. I never gave him an answer.

"N-natsu, uhm I-I don't know yet." I stuttered

"That's alright I'm willing to wait." He smiled warmly.

"I love you Luce. " He said with ease. I felt my heart beating fast.

I hugged him, clinging my arms onto his neck and his arms to my waist.

We slowly pull apart. He stared into my eyes and so did I. I couldn't bear to hide what I feel for him.

He leaned closer, our faces were inches away. I tip toed to reach his lips and I closed my eyes, he pressed his lips to mine.

It was warm and soft. I felt my chest flutter.

I pulled him closer sliding my fingers to his soft cherry blossom hair.

He hugs me tighter. We kissed for a few more seconds.

We break the kiss. I cupped his left cheek and he rested his forehead against mine.

I closed my eyes and I felt calm and peaceful.

Natsu's POV

I rested my head in hers. Slightly opening my eyes.

There you go again. Why do you do this to me? It's confusing.

First, you act like I have a chance to be with you. Then you tell me you don't know yet?
Well, I guess I can't blame you. It's not your fault I fell inlove with a girl like you.

"Luce?" I whispered

I need to know. You can't just keep me hanging.

She looked up at me, she was blushing crimson. She slid her hands from my neck down to my chest and I held her, closing the gap between us.

The sunset lit her beautiful face emphasizing he big brown eyes. He hair was glowing a gold-blond. She looked like an angel.

"Natsu."

"Oi! Why the hell are you seducing my best friend?!" Lisanna shouted from a far.

Beside her was Gray. They were holding a bucket of sand.

"Tch!! Oi! Flame breath! Don't touch my Lucy!" Gray said clenching his fists dropping the bucket of sand.

Me and Lucy pulled apart. She looked startled
she tapped her index fingers together aligning them.

"S-sorry!" She bowed and ran to Juvia and the others.

She just left me. I'm gonna take the beating.
I faked my laugh and ran after her.

"Yosh! The sandcastle is almost finished! I'll get one more bucket of sand." Said Gajeel.

Levy giggled while placing little details on the sandcastle.

"I'll help!" Lucy said.

I watched them make this huge detailed castle.

So sandcastles aren't just for children... Or Gajeel and the others are just childish.
I'll make one of my own. I'll beat Gajeel's sad looking castle.

Lucy sat beside the sandcastle patting on the wet sand making sure it was stable.

Lucy, why?

I shook my head and took buckets of sand.

Then I saw Jellal and Erza kissing.

"Oi! Jellal, be careful, Erza's gonna eat up your whole face!" I teased

Payback AHA HA HA HA

Erza glared at me, tilting he head backwards giving me an creepy, no, more like a devil's smile.
"Run, bitch." She warned.

"AAAAAHHH!!" I ran as fast as I could.

Scary devil! Scary!

*Endless chasing*

"Run pinky! Run!" Loke laughed

Everyone was laughing at me.

Lisanna's POV

"Lisanna, crying isn't going to do anything. You're wasting your time. We both don't stand a chance." Gray said patting my head

"No! Natsu is supposed to be with me." I complained as I covered my face.

I could feel my tears falling on my palms.

I hate you Lucy. You ruined everything, now I'm going to ruin you.

"Look Lisanna, Natsu and Lucy are happy to be with each other. I can't interfere anymore, you can't either." Gray explained, he walked to the water throwing rocks at the beach.

He's trying to act calm, but it's not showing.
He took a boulder throwing it out in the open.

He had this black aura around him.

Inhuman. That isn't even possible. How can he carry a boulder?! Where did he even get that?

I stood up and walked away, feeling like my world was shaking, it was breaking apart or maybe that's just Gray throwing boulders out the ocean.

Lucy's POV

So we finished eating dinner and I sat on a couch out the patio, wearing my night gown.

"Hey." Natsu said giving me goofy smile.

"Hi" I giggled.

He sat next to me and I rested my head.
I felt my medicine kicking in making me fall asleep.

Natsu's POV

I felt my shoulder run heavy. It was Lucy laying her head on my shoulder.

"Luce, why? I don't get you at all." I breathed.

There was no answer.

I saw her asleep on my shoulder. I slowly lift her up, carrying her bridal style to our room.

I laid her down and I slept beside her, wrapping my arms around her, lurking for her body heat.

Lucy's POV

Warm. Wait! Warm?! I thought I was outside.

I moved my hands feeling a soft sheets.

Soft. Wait! Soft?! How did I end up in a bed?

I slowly open my eyes.

Pink. Wait! Pink?!

I blinked my eyes to see if was real.
I saw a pinkette sleeping soundly, next to me.

Cute.

I giggled stroking his pink hair.

"Good morning." Natsu whispered. Slowly opening his eyes. He smiled pulling me closer, showing a goofy little smile.

Boom boom boom. That's what it feels when your heart is about to explode.

I blushed, giving him a warm smile

"Good morning."
