"I think I have a name for the white girl." Shu said. "What?" I asked as I walked in and handed each boy a bottle of milk. "Her name is Cotton,due to her white color." He answered. I smiled at the boy as Ren Wu named his cailo kit. "This little boy will be named Spot." We all laughed at the name but agreed. "Okay Valt,your turn." Shu told him. In Valt's lap was the other little girl. She was a golden brown kitten with black dots on her fur. "Leopard." Valt said naming the last kit. I nodded as they bottle-fed the babies. The next day,we took them down to the shelter,where they got a surrogate mom to take care of them. "Will we be able to visit them?" I asked. "Of course!" The shelter owner said. Six months after Cotton,Spot,and Leopard were found on the side of the road,they all went to their forever homes. Ren Wu, Shu, Valt, and I will never forget the day that we saved three innocent kits from an untimely death.
