*Sakshi pov*

Next day when I woke up I saw that we are holding each other. When I looked at him, he was already looking at me smiling.

"Good morning." I told him.

"Good morning to you too." He told me pecking my lips. "I have been waiting for you to wake up so that I can do this."

"I never counted you as a romantic person at all." I told him.

"I was not before you came into my life but now I am." He told me looking at me.

"Wow another surprise, such a cheesy line. But I am not complaining I like it." I said to him hugging him even more.

"Good because I am not planning to give up those."

"Ok come on we need to go down." I told him dragging him.

After we both got ready, we went downstairs holding hands. When mom and dad looked at us coming down while holding hands they released breathe of relief.

Few minutes later Raghu and Mounika reached down smiling at each other.

We all enjoyed breakfast together talking to each other. When it was time for Mounika to go to her house, Raghu took her and left the home.

Rakesh while getting ready to go to work called me to talk about something.

When I reached our room he suddenly grabbed me and gave me a long kiss.

"What was that for?" I asked him blushing.

"Should there be any reason, I am going to kiss you whenever I want. Any problem with that?" He asked me.

"No sir. How Can I live if you get angry, no way?" I told him teasingly.

"So what do you want to talk about anyway?" I asked him.

"Ya I forgot to say. My friends want to have a get together. I want you to come with me. Is it ok?" He asked me.

"Yes. Hey is Rajesh still your friend?"

"Ya he was our classmate right. You remember him. He is still my best friend now." He told me.

"How can I forget him, he kept on hitting on me when we were in college. He never took no for an answer. He was cute and even wanted to be at least my friend but my friends just scared him away, I felt really bad at that time. Let's see how he will react when he sees me now with you." I told him remembering.

"But he can't hit on you now, because you are my wife." He told me holding me tightly by my waist, fuming.

"Possessive much. Don't worry I am not planning on leaving you because he doesn't have a chance in front of you. Happy." I asked him looking at him in amusement.

"Very much." He told me giving me another kiss and left the room after hugging me.

God!! He will be death of me.

It's already evening now and I am getting ready for meeting his friends. I don't know when he came inside our room but suddenly he hugged me from behind.

"When did you returned? I didn't heard you coming." I asked him.

"That's because I don't want you to. And you are looking beautiful dear wife." He told me kissing my cheek.

"Thank you dear husband. Let's go I am ready." I told him.

He nodded pecking my lips and we went down towards living room to inform mom.

After telling her we drove to a restaurant. We went inside a private meeting room which is already filled with people.

Few people looked towards us and reached Rakesh to greet him.

Suddenly a girl reached us and hugged Rakesh telling him how much she missed him. The gesture was returned by him also.

I just stood there calmly. After what seems like eternity she released him and turned towards me and said "Hey do you remember me I am Sheela you are Sakshi right."

I awkwardly shook her hand and said "Sorry I don't remember so many people from our class so I don't."

"It's ok. I know you were always busy studying and all. Where is your group of friends? We would have met them too. Anyway we will meet them again. It's so nice to see you again." She told me.

I just nodded looking at her, she is beautiful. I was about to talk to Rakesh but she suddenly dragged him away with her to somewhere.

I was looking around quietly someone tapped my shoulder, when I looked back Rajesh was standing there.

"Sakshi is that you, Wow you came here with whom. You are looking very beautiful Sakshi. Your friends are not here right? Will they still kill me if I talk to you now?" He kept on asking questions non-stop.

"Breathe Rajesh breathe. They are not here and I am here with my husband." I told him.

"You are married already. Who is your husband?" He asked me.

I was about to answer him but he cut me off and said "Look I think Rakesh and Sheela were again patching up as couple."

When I looked towards the direction he is seeing, indeed it looked like that they were patching up but I know better than that they were just talking.

"Come on let's go and congratulate them. Everyone is doing it." Rajesh told me dragging towards them.

Is he joking? Doesn't he know that he is already married? Maybe he didn't inform his friends but it's already Eight months. When was he planning to tell everyone?

I let Rajesh drag me towards them. While everyone was congratulating them Sheela was happily taking their wishes but Rakesh was trying to tell something but was not given a chance.

When we reached them, he looked at me guiltily. Rajesh said "Hey congratulations. And look Sakshi is here. Do you know she is married and is here with her husband?"

"Really where is he?" Sheela asked me.

I didn't answer her but I kept on looking at Rakesh waiting for him to say something.

But he didn't so I said "I have to go and search for my husband if you excuse me."

I was about to leave them but suddenly Rakesh grabbed my hand and said "I am so sorry Sakshi. I am really sorry let me explain."

"No please leave me. I need to search for my husband; he must be waiting for me. He must be worried I need to.." I couldn't finish because his lips were already on me.

He kissed me slowly but I didn't I just stood there like a statue. He released me and said "I am your husband and I am sorry. I didn't tell them about our marriage. I wanted to but suddenly she dragged me. I was about to tell everyone when they were wishing me but they didn't let me. I am so sorry Sakshi. I can't bear if you don't talk to me again. Please I will make it up for you, let's just leave."

When I looked around I saw that we gathered some crowd and everyone has some shock expressions.

"Dude you didn't tell me that you are married that too to sakshi. How could you?" Rajesh told him with hurt.

"I am so sorry Sakshi. I didn't know, he was telling me truth that we can't be together again and he likes someone else. But I thought he was lying and still just angry at me. I didn't believe him when he said he doesn't like me anymore so I told some people that we are again together. I am extremely sorry." Sheela told me.

I just nodded at her still trying to free my hand from Rakesh grip.

Everyone after composing themselves reached us and started wishing and he is trying to make Rajesh forgive him and I am trying to free my hand.

After sometime I just give up and stood there listening to everyone. One hour later Rakesh excused us and lead me towards our car.

In no time we reached our house, I got out and went inside. While I was walking toward our room he kept on calling me but I didn't stopped.

When I returned from washroom he was already waiting for me outside and said "Sakshi please listen to me, I don't have any relation with her. It was way before in college but after that we ended it and didn't even talk to each other until today. I never liked her that much. Believe me please."

"Ok. Good night, I am sleeping." I told him reaching our bed.

"No you are not listening.." I didn't let him continue by showing my hand.

"I listened to your every word and I believe you, but as you said you need to make up for it if I have to forgive you." I told him seriously.

"What do you want me to do?" He asked me.

"That's your problem. I am going to sleep." I told him and lay down on the bed.

After few minutes he lay down beside me and pulled me towards him by my waist placing a kiss on my cheek.

"Sakshi?" he called me.

"Hmmm?"

"I really really like you so much." He told me sincerely.

I couldn't help but smile and turn towards him. He was shocked as I was smiling.

I pecked his lips and said "I too like you so much."

"Really?" He asked.

"Yes. Any doubts?" I asked him.

"No. Will you kiss me and forgive me a little, I will still make up for you." He said.

Without answering I kissed him and we both slowly told how much we like each other through this.

After releasing him I said "Now sleep, you even have to go to office right."

"Yes madam. I totally like, like you." He told me again.

"I know." I told him teasingly.

"Come on say it." He asked me.

"I will tomorrow. Good night dear husband."

"Good night dear wife."
