The next day, you spent a few hours of the morning thinking. Thinking about Mettaton. You were still so stunned that he was your boyfriend. And to think, all you did was look at him...And now this!

You felt a bit lonely, so for once, you answered Catty's call, which you don't do often. You usually prefer texting.

"(Y/N)! Omg, like, so you're dating Mettaton???"

You wondered how that info spread so fast. You just hoped it wouldn't cause you so much attention.

"Yeah...We made it official yesterday..."

"Girl, like, I totally know you're fangirling inside right now"

She was right. You really just wanted to squeal like a little girl.

"I mean, I guess...I really enjoy being with him, though!"

You could hear someone else grab the phone. "Omg, (Y/N)! So, the rumors are like, true???"

"Yep! I'm dating Mettaton"

Both girls on the other line squealed.

"Anyway, we just wanted to like, make sure it was true! Omg, like you guys should like, do a double date with me and Burgerpants!"

"So, you and burgerpants are a thing?" You asked. You didn't completely care, you were just curious.

All of a sudden, your phone shut off.

Damn it, my phone didn't charge! You thought.

You decided to finally get out if bed, and go to Alphys's place to watch some anime. You hoped it wasn't that weird one, mew-mew-someth'n.

When you got there, Alphys answered the door quite excitedly.

"(Y/N) wh-what're you doing here?" She said, smiling.

"I was wondering if we could watch some anime together...? Mettaton told me you enjoy it, and so do I...so...?"

Alphys's face lit up. "O-of course! Actually, I was about to watch some anime with Undyne...M-Mettaton is downstairs...A-and maybe you can convince him to watch, too...L-like a double date?"

That was the most you've ever heard her talk, and the least she's ever stuttered, so you could tell she was excited.

"I mean, if Mettaton's up to it, sure!"

Alphys let you in, and walked you to Mettaton's room.

You heard another voice yell, "Alphys! Where are 'ya?"

Alphys ran towards the voice, saying to you, "Just knock on the door and ask!"

You knocked on the door. You heard a crash, and the door opened. "Oh, hello, darling! Wasn't expecting to see you here!"

"Yeah...Neither was I...Alphys wants to know if you wanna come watch some anime with us? She wants this to be some double date or something with Undyne."

He held your hand and lifted it, causing you to blush. "Of course, darling! I'll go anywhere as long as you're there!"

You enjoyed Mettaton's personality, and the way he held your hand, yet you still felt akward and blushed all the time.
