Rin's POV

I fingered my dress, it was so much fancier then anything I had ever worn. I looked in the mirror, I didn't look like myself at all. I was wearing tons of makeup and-

"Oh, Rin! You look so pretty!" Miku said, entering the room along with the bridesmaids, Angela and Lenka.

"Yeah, but isn't it a bit much? I'm not used to this... And Mikuo thinks I'm hot without it, why do I need to wear makeup?" I asked.

"Well it's your special day, you get to marry Mikuo and I think the makeup and dress are to make it more special, give Mikuo the chance to see just how beautiful his wife can be. Besides, you're a princess now, it would be good to get used to wearing this stuff."

"I guess... I do look really pretty..."

"Yeah you do! Now the ceremony is about to start, come on!" Angela said, and we took our places. Len was the best man and would provide the rings. As I was walked down the aisle toward my Prince I felt like everything was so much better, life had completely changed, but almost all the changes was good.

The vows started and love swelled in my heart for this man I would spend the rest of my life with. As the ring was slipped into my finger, and I put a ring on his, I thought of how much I hated him not too long ago. How quickly did he manage to make me love him?

"Prince Mikuo, do you promise to take Princess Riliane as your lawfully wedded wife, to love and to cherish, for as long as you both shall live?"

"I do,"

"And Princess Riliane, do you promise to take Prince Mikuo as your lawfully wedded husband, to love and to cherish, for as long as you both shall live?"

"I do!"

"You may kiss the bride."

At that I jumped at him and threw my arms around his neck, our lips met with such passion and love, I swore we would burst aflame. The crowd erupted in cheers but we didn't mind. Didn't mind everyone saw the kiss. It was as if we were the only people in the world.

Eventually we broke it, and we cut the cake and had dinner. It was the most blessed day ever. The rest of the day I stayed right by his side, and as we danced, I realized..

Prince Mikuo was not only my prince, but also my hero.
