Scott walked into the classroom and Stiles didn't look at him and Rayne gave him a sympathetic look as he sat down
"Still not talking to me?" He asks and Stiles didn't respond.

"Can you at least tell me if your dad's okay?" He asks and got ignored again
"I mean it's just a bruise, right? Some soft tissue damage? Nothing that big? You know I feel really bad about it, right?" He says and still no response.

"What if I told you that I'm trying to figure this whole thing out and that I went to Derek for help?" Scott says and Stiles scoffs
"If I was talking to you I'd say that you're an idiot for trusting him. But obviously I'm not talking to you." Stiles says and then the bell rings.

Scott then makes a lot of noise and then Stiles turns around
"What did he say?" He asks and Scott smiles and Rayne gives him a thumbs up.

"He wants you to tap into your animal side and get angry?" Stiles asks Scott as they leave the classroom
"Yeah." Scott answers
"All right, well, correct me if I'm wrong but every time you do that, you try to kill someone and that someone's usually me or Rayne." Stiles says.

"I know, that;s what he means when he says he doesn't know if he can teach me. I have to be able to control it." Scott says
"Well, how's he gonna teach you to do that?" Rayne asks
"I don't know. I don't think he does either." Scott answers.

"Okay, when are you seeing him again?"
"Just told me not to talk about it, just act normal and get through the day."
"When?" Stiles asks.

"He's picking me up at the animal clinic after work." Scott says
"After work. All right, well, that gives me to the end of the school day then." Stiles says
"To do what?" Scott and Rayne ask
"To teach you myself." Stiles says and hooks arms with his sister and walks off.

"The what of who?" Lydia asks as Allison, Rayne and her sit at lunch as Allison holds a book.

"The Beast of Gevaudan. Listen, 'A quadrupled wolf-like monster prowling the Auvergne and South Dordogne areas of France during the year 1764 to 1767. La Bete killed over 100 people becoming so infamous that the King Louis XV sent one of his best hunters to try and kill it.'" She says

"Boring." Lydia says at the same time Rayne says
"Interesting."

"'Even the church eventually declared the monster a messenger of Satan.'"

"Hmm. Still boring." Lydia says again at the same time as Rayne who says
"Very interesting."

"'Cryptozoologists believe it may behave been a subspecies of a hoofed predator, possibly a mesonychid.'"

"Slipping in to a coma bored." Lydia says
"Excruciatingly interesting." Rayne says looking at Lydia with a smile.

"'While other believe it was a powerful sorcerer who could shape-shift into a man eating monster.'"

"Any of this have anything to do with your family?" Lydia asks.

"This. 'It is believed that La Bete was finally trapped and killed by a renown hunter who claimed his wife and four children were the first to fall prey to the creature.' His name was Argent." Allison says and Rayne claps.

"So your ancestors killed a big wolf, so what?" Lydia asks
"Not just a big wolf. Take a look at this picture. What does that look like to you?" Allison asks as she showed them the picture.

It was a giant wolf with red eyes. Rayne and Lydia looked at it for a moment
"Lydia? Ray?" Allison asks getting their attention
"Lydia? Ray?" Allison repeats

"It looks like a big wolf. See you in History." Lydia says leaving and Allison looks at Rayne
"It looks interesting. Send me a copy." Rayne says and stands up
"I need to go somewhere, call me tonight." Rayne says and then walks over to her brother and her friend.

"Okay, I'm going to Melissa. I will see you after school and text me if you have detention again." Rayne says and they nod and she signs out of the school and sees her dad's car

"How was school?" He asks as she gets in the car
"Good." She nods and her dad starts the car
"You ready?" He asks and she sighs
"Yeah." She says putting her earbuds in.

Rayne walks into the hospital and sees Melissa at the desk and she walks towards her
"I'm here for therapy." Rayne smiles handing her a note and Melissa rolls her eyes with a smile
"Do you have to be that blunt?" She asks and Rayne nods her head and Melissa leads her into a room.

Melissa volunteered to do theses therapy session because Rayne has suffered from depression and anxiety with panic attacks. Thankfully she now rarely has them since she had been put on medication for it but they still talk just so everything is all right.

They sit down on the chairs and Rayne plays with her hair
"Rayne, how are you?" Melissa says
"I'm doing great." She says with a small smile.

"When are you getting to sleep?" She asks
"At seven." Rayne says and Melissa looks at her
"pm?" She questions
"am." She corrects.

"What happens when you are awake all night?" Melissa asks her as Rayne stares off into a space
"I'm with my thoughts." She says
"What kind?" Melissa then asks

"The kind where I have break downs." She says and Melissa writes it down
"And how long do they last for?"
"1am to 4am."

"Does your father or brother know?" She asks and Rayne shakes her head while twiddling her fingers

"No, I don't want to make him have no sleep or anything." Rayne says.

Melissa stands up

"I'll be right back, I just need to get something." She says and walks out the door and Rayne puts her earbuds in and calms down.

"Okay, here." Melissa says giving Rayne some pills as she walks back into the room,

"What are theses?" Rayne asks shaking the bottle of pills

"They help you sleep, you take one before you go to bed at a reasonable time." Melissa says and Rayne nods.

"Do you want me to drive you to school, I'm on my lunch break." Melissa asks.

"Oh, my God, please. It's Coach's class and I can't miss it." Rayne says excited and Melissa laughs
"Let me get my keys." She says.

"Sorry I am late." Rayne says as she goes into her class

"It's fine, have a seat." Coach says and then slams a book down onto another

"Let's settle down. Let's start with a quick summary of last night's reading. Greenberg, put your hand down, everybody knows you did the reading." Coach says as Rayne gets out her books.

"How about...McCall." Coach says and Scott lifts his head

"What?" Scott asks

"The reading." Coach says sitting on his desk.

"Last night's reading?" Scott asks

"Nah, how about the reading of 'The Gettysburg Address'?" Coach says and students begin to laugh

"What?" Scott asks.

"That's sarcasm. You familiar with the term sarcasm, McCall?" Coach asks and Scott turns to Rayne and Stiles

"Very." He says and they both smile at him.

"Did you do the reading or not?" Coach asks and Scott looks through his books

"Um... I think I forgot." Scott says

"Nice work, McCall. It's not like you're not averaging a 'D' in this class, Come on buddy you know I can't keep you on the team if you have a 'D'. How about you summarise the previous night's reading?" He says and then the heart monitor starts to beep.

"No?"

"How about the night before that? How about you summarise anything you've ever read in your entire life? No? A blog? How about the back of a cereal box? No? How about the adults only waring from your favourite website you visit every night? Anything? Thank you, McCall, thank you. Thank you, McCall. " Coach says and hits his desk.

"Thank you for extinguishing any flicker of hope I have for your generation, you just blew it for everyone. Thanks. Next practice you can start with suicide runs unless that's too much reading." He says and then Scott's heart rate goes down and Rayne and Stiles look under the desk to see him holding hands with Allison.

"Danny!" Rayne shouts and runs into his arms
"How was today?"
"Got another medication." She says.

"So, are you okay?"
"Yeah, I mean at least I don't need my dad to know."
"Rayne." Danny groans.

"What am I supposed to say 'hey, dad you know every time you ask me if I slept well I'm lying to your face and I have mental break downs every night.' Yeah, no." She says.

"Free Period?" Danny asks
"Yes."
"One more class."
"Why did you have to hurt me like that?" She asks.

"Because I love you."
"I'm going to spend time with her." Rayne says and Danny winks at her

"So, you got revenge on Scott by keying someone's car and blaming it on him?" Rayne asks her brother who nods
"Wow you guys are so nice to each other." She says and Stiles get a message from Scott
"We have to pick him up." He says and they walk out the house.

"What did he do this time?" Rayne asks.

The trio park up at the school and get out the car
"Have I told you this is a terrible idea?" Rayne asks
"Yes, over 50 times."
"Yet we are still here." Stiles mutters.

"You have a better plan?" Scott asks the twins
"Well, personally I'm a fan of ignoring a problem until eventually it just goes away." Stiles says
"Sounds good to me." Rayne says.

"Just make sure we can get inside." Scott says and Stiles gets bolt cutters and a light out of the back of the car as Derek parks up
"He's here." Scott says and they walk to Derek as he gets out the car.

"Where's my boss?" Scott asks
"He's in the back." Derek says casually and the three of them crouch down to see him tied up with tape over his mouth
"That sure looks cozy." Rayne says and they all turn around a walk to the school.

"Wait. Hey. What are you doing?" Derek asks
"You said I was linked with the Alpha." Scott says and they walk a further
"I'm gonna see if you're right." He says and they walk into the school.

"Okay, one question. What are you gonna do if the alpha doesn't show up?" Stiles asks Scott as they walk into the main office
"I don't know." He replies
"And what if he does." Rayne asks.

"I don't know." Scott repeats
"Good plan." The twins say
"Alright, you said that a wolf howls to signal his position to the rest of the pack, right?" Scott asks
"Right, but if you bring him here, does that make you part of his pack?" Stiles asks and Scott sighs.

"I hope not."
"Yeah, me too." He says and hands him the microphone and then signals him to howl and Scott takes a deep breath and howls.

Kinda.

Actually not at all.

Rayne tries not to burst out laughing as her brother lowers his head
"Was that okay? I mean, that was a howl, right?" Scott asks
"Yeah, technically." Stiles says
"Well, what did it sound like to you?"

"Like a cat being choked to death, Scott." Stiles says and Rayne bursts out laughing and clings onto her brother trying not to fall

"What do I do? How am I supposed to do this?" Scott panics
"Hey, hey." The Stilinskis say and walk up to him and wrap their arms around him.

"Listen to me. You're calling the alpha, all right? Be a man. Be a werewolf." Stiles starts
"Not a teen wolf. Be a werewolf." Rayne continues and they both pat him on the back and tries again but an actual howl.

"That was good Scotty." Rayne smiles.

"I'm gonna kill the three of you. What the hell was that? What are you trying to do, attract the entire state to the school?" Derek asks

"Sorry I didn't know it would be that loud." Scott apologises
"It was loud and it was awesome." Stiles says
"Shut up." Derek says.

"Don't be such a sourwolf." Stiles says.

"What'd you do with him?" Scott asks and Derek turns to the car
"What? I didn't do anything." He says turning back to them and then blood comes out his mouth and he gets lifted up into the air by the alpha.

"What the fuck!" Rayne shouts and the teenagers run into the school.
