"So, the Walcotts were the first... at least, the first we know about. Four murders-- Sean, his brother, and their parents. They were killed by a professional assassin called the Mute; weapon of choice, a military tomahawk. But then, the Mute was killed by Peter Hale after he tried to blow up Derek with a claymore mine. Next was Demarco. He delivered a keg to the party at Lydia's lake house... and got decapitated outside his car." Stiles explains at the Sheriff Station with Scott and Rayne
"And then, last night, twenty-three-year-old Carrie Hudson..." Rayne says
"It's a Deadpool-- a hit-list of supernatural creatures." Scott says
"This is only part of it... The rest still has to be decoded." He says handing it over.
"Who found this list?" Noah asks
"Lydia." Rayne says
"How?" He asks.
"She wrote it." Stiles says
"Actually, she transcribed it... without realizing it..." He explains
"Banshee?" His dad asks.
"Banshee." Stiles confirms
"Beautiful." He says
"All right, what are these numbers next to the names?" He asks.
"We're getting to that. First, you need to know that the code was broken with a cipher key." Stiles says
"Wait... You mean, like, a... like a key word?" He asks
"It's actually a name-" Stiles says.
"'Allison.'" Scott says
"Her name broke a third of the list." Rayne says
"And now we hink there's two other cipher keys." Scott says.
"Which will give us the rest of the names. Okay... So, how do we get the cipher keys?" Noah asks
"Same way we got the code." Stiles says
"Lydia... She's been at the lake house all weekend, trying to find the other two key words..." Scott says.
"You didn't know about Demarco or Carrie, hmmm?" Noah asks
"And what about these other two names on the list-- uh, Kayleen Bettcher and Elias Town? They're Werewolves, too?" He asks
"I don't know... But Deaton said that the Nemetone would draw supernatural creatures here." Scott says.
"Here being Beacon Hills, or Beacon County? The population of Beacon Hills is just under thirty-thousand-" Noah asks
"And dropping-" Stiles says
"But, if we're talking Beacon County, then you're looking at close to five hundred thousand." Noah says.
"Look, how many Werewolves, Banshees, Kitsunes, and whatever the hell else is out there are we talking about? And what if the next cipher key uncovers not twelve names, but one hundred?" Noah asks
"We don't think there will be that many. There's a limit." Stiles says.
"Because of the numbers. We think that, once we decode the names, the numbers will add up to one-hundred-seventeen." Scott says
"One-hundred-and-seventeen what?" Noah asks
"Million." Rayne says and Stiles draws Ks and Ms near each name.
"One-hundred-and-seventeen million dollars, Dad-- stolen from the Hale vault and is being used by someone to finance all these murders." Stiles says
"Someone who wants every supernatural in Beacon Hills dead." Scott says
"So, the coded list goes out, and someone, these professional assassins get that list..." Noah says
"And a cipher key..." Stiles says.
"And then they go after the names on the list-- they being killers with no mouths, tomahawks, thermo-cut wires that can take your head off..." Noah says
"Let me see... Carrie was also stabbed. What's this mark?" Stiles asks looking at the photo
"We're not sure yet. We're still waiting on the M.E.'s report." He says.
"There's one other thing I don't get... How did this new assassin know that Demarco was going to be at the lake house?" Noah asks
"Everyone knows he delivers kegs to teenagers for a little extra cash." Scott says
"Ahh. So, whoever ordered the keg killed Demarco." Noah says.
"Yeah, it was someone at the party..." Stiles says
"A student." Scott says
"Isn't that just a bunch of flowers." Rayne says.

They sit in Econ and Stiles looks at the photos from their dad as Coach talks
"Economic disparity exists in all forms. Well, take sports, for example. Some teams have better training facilities, some have better equipment... Unlike Beacon Hills, that can barely afford the duct tape to keep our equipment together..." He says.
"You know, Stilinski... If I could gade you on how profoundly you disturb me, you'd be an A-plus student." He says to Stiles looking at the photos
"Thanks, Coach." He says
"Put those pictures away." He says and hits the lacrosse stick on the desk.
"Stilinski! The hell is wrong with you?" He asks as Stiles holds the stick
"Don't answer that." He says
"It's a lacrosse player." Stiles says.
"The killer's on the team."
🪐
"This is pointless-- most of the team plays with their own gear." Scott says as they all look at all of the lacrosse sticks
"Maybe instead of trying to find a lacrosse stick with a hidden dagger in it, we should be trying to get the game canceled?" Kira asks
"The game's the best way to catch him red-handed..." Scott says.
"But what if he's red-handed 'cause his hands are covered in the blood of the person that he just stabbed to death? Which, by the way, could be either of you guys." Stiles says
"Or Liam..." Scott says
"Well, we don't have the whole list, and he could be on it." He says.
"We don't know anything about that list-- how it's made, how it's updated. I mean, who's been out taking a supernatural census, anyway?" Stiles asks
"How do they even know about me?" Kira asks
"They know about everyone. I mean they put my birth name and my name now. They could know everything." Rayne says.
"I think Kira's right. I think we should stop the game." Stiles says
"I'm not afraid." Scott says
"Neither am I." Kira says
"I've dealt with worse." Rayne smiles.
"Well, I'm terrified, and I'm not even on the list! Guys, these are professional killers-- it's their profession. One of them's got a thermo-cut wire that cuts heads off! Who knows what else they have?" Stiles rants.
🪐
"Oh thank god you're here." Rayne says holding Isaac's hand
"I mean I'll try to get back on the team." He says
"Oh you will." She says holding her whistle.
"I'm assistant coach." She says
"A title you have?" He asks and she nods
"Yes. Bow peasant." She smiles.
"Liam, wait! What?" Rayne turns to see Mason rushing after Liam
"What is happening?" Rayne asks
"His old school." He says.
"Brett!" They hear Liam say
"Ahh, here we go..." Mason says
"I just wanted to say... Have a good game." Liam says.
"That's cute, Liam. Is that what they told you to say in anger management? Apologize, and everything's fine?" Brett says
"You demolished Coach's car." He leans forward
"I paid for it." Liam grits through his teeth.
"Yeah, you're going to pay for it. We're gonna break you in half out there-- and it's gonna be all your fault." He says and Stiles and Scott rush to Liam as well as Rayne and Isaac
"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Let's go!" Scott says
"Hey, what's up, prep students? Welcome to our little public high school! How you doing?" Stiles says holding out his hand.
"That's a firm handshake you got there. Uh, we're very excited for the scrimmage tonight, uh, but let's keep it clean, all right? No rough stuff out there. All right, see you on the field! Go!" Stiles says leaving Rayne and Isaac
"Hi." She says.
"Hey, beautiful. I never catch your name at the party."
"That's because I didn't throw it." She says and he walks closer to her
"Wow, you're tall." She clears her throat.
"Right, let's go." She says and goes to turn when she hears a whistle
"Stilinski! Where's McCall and your brother?" He ask
"Sorry coach I haven't see them since the last time I saw them." She slowly turns.
"And when was that?" He asks
"Last time I saw him? Definitely the time I saw him last." She nods
"But don't worry coach, I've got Lahey back." She says motioning to Isaac who waves.
"You're on the team."
"Oh isn't that great." Rayne says
"Okay now I'm gonna go." She says and goes to run.
"Rayne!" He calls back
"Fucking hell." She mutters before turning back
"Yes, coach."
"Don't go having sex in my office again with your boyfriend." Isaac covers his mouth as Rayne glances at Brett
"Don't worry coach. We broke up." She says
"In death." She says quietly.
"Oh I'm sorry to hear that." He says
"It's alright I have Lahey." She says patting his shoulder
"Okay." He grimaces.
"Coach. I think I see them, behind you." She says and Coach turns
"Go!" She says to Isaac and then rushes away from them
"Oh that was awful."
🪐
"I don't care if he's a foot taller than me-- I think I can take him." Liam says glaring at Brett as he puts his gear on
"Yeah..." Mason says
"Uh huh." Rayne nods.
"What do you think you're doing?" He asks both of them
"What? Me? Agreeing with you! I'm being agreeable." Mason says and Liam looks at both of them
"You think he's hot, don't you?" He asks.
"No! No. Not at all! No way!"
"Abso-fucking-lutely." Rayne says and Mason looks at her in disbelief and then back at Brett
"Maybe... Yeah, maybe a little..." He says.
"He wants to destroy me." Liam says
"I'd let him destroy me." Rayne says and they look at her in disbelief
"I think you could definitely take him... and then give him to me." Mason says.
"Us!" Rayne corrects.
Then she felt ice cold hands touch her back and she jumped with a small scream
"What the fuck Lahey!?" She asks
"What the..." He ignores her and touches her back.
"Yes, I don't have a bra on I have a hoodie on get over it." She says
"So who are we checking out? Blondie?" He asks
"None of your damn business." Rayne says.
"Right, just do your best. Good luck. I'm going to go see Lydia." She says and walks off.
🪐
"I came here as fast as I could. Where is she?" Rayne asks and her father leads her to where her, Malia, Parrish and Meredith are
"Meredith, you came to help us, remember?" Lydia asks
"You called me..." Meredith says.
"What do you mean, I called you?" Lydia asks
"I heard you." She says
"Meredith, can I ask you a question? When you need help-- when you need to find something-- is there someone you reach out to? Maybe someone you call?" Parrish asks.
"It depends... Different people for different things..." Meredith says
"So, maybe there's a number that can help us? Someone we can call." He says
"Yes." She nods.
"Would you be okay telling us?" He asks
"Yes. It's two, four, three, six..." She says
"Mer, we need a few more numbers." Rayne says sitting next to her.
"No, that's the number..." She says smiling at her
"Phone numbers are ten digits." Malia says
"That's the number." She repeats.
"Meredith, phone numbers always have ten digits..." Lydia says
"That's the number."
"Meredith!" Lydia snaps.
"Lydia? Hey, come here." Noah says and pulls her up so she is standing
"I think this is the best we're gonna get." He whispers
"No. There has to be more." She whispers back.
"What's the rest of it, Meredith? Hmm? Just concentrate!" Lydia shouts
"But that's... that's-that's the number..." Meredith says
"Concentrate!" Lydia shouts.
"That's... That's the number. That's the number." Meredith says destressed
"It's okay, sweetheart, we're-" Noah says trying to calm her down
"THAT'S THE NUMBER!" Meredith shouts.
🪐
The three girls sit in a different room trying to figure out the code as Rayne gives Lydia a shoulder massage to help her relax
"Lydia..." Malia says and they look up at her
"What if it's like algebra?" She suggests.
"What do you mean?" She asks
"What if the numbers are actually letters?" Malia suggests turning the phone over and Lydia gets a pen and paper then begins to write the letters.
"Oh, God..." She whispers looking up at Rayne and then circles each letter
"Aiden." She whispers as Lydia gets her laptop and types in his name. It worked. Another third of the list revealed itself and they all look at the list.
"Fuck." Rayne says and grabs her bag
"Where are you going?" Lydia asks
"To make sure someone doesn't die." She says and rushes out of the station.
