I wrote this story as an original horror piece for Rebecca Skye's Sun Kissed Summer Fantasy Anthology (https://www.wattpad.com/244488572-sun-kissed-a-fantasy-anthology-sun-kissed-fantasy).

When I was asked to contribute a story, I had just finished watching a film called What We Do in the Shadows, a mockumentary about a group of vampires in New Zealand. Even though it was a comedy, it gave me the idea for a vampire story set in "dark, old London."
