Okay, so the description doesn't do this story justice (hint to author). This is, indeed, a story about a poor Londoner with a halting football career meeting a rich, alluring rock star. And although, their different backgrounds add realism, this is definitely not a story of rich meets poor. Rather, it's a well-written tale about the fear of coming out, of not forgetting what's at stake, and most importantly, about finding love. As with all great stories, there are plenty of obstacles in the way, but the author tries to stay away from melodrama, at least. Another plus. 

The prose is very much alive, and this is one of those rare finds on Wattpad where you realize that slight tweaking would make it ready for publication. It's not, I repeat, not a Wattpad novel, which means that it requires some patience during the first few chapters to reach the heart of the story. It's by no means uninteresting, it's just not that rapid speed train start that is very common on here. 

Give this story a chance. You won't regret it. It's fantabulous <3
