It had been a week since I got kidnapped by him. Daily he makes me eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner with him without fail. I don't know who he is, he always keeps a mask on. Even though initially I tried skipping but he took the food to the room I stayed in and made me have it. 

I could not refuse anything because if I do he starts touching my hands and face which I hate the most. Initially, I was scared that he might force himself on me but now I know he would have done it by now, as he has had many opportunities.

Last night I could not control and live this frustration and asked him "What do you want from me ?"

He smiled at me and asked "Lyn I want your love and nothing else".

I scoffed and said "I don't understand why you say you want my love. Who knows you might be lusting for my body and don't know when you will force yourself on me" I finished in a bitter tone.

I thought he will get angry but he smiled and said "Lyn it's very easy to rape a woman, very easy to fulfill one's lust but it's very difficult to get the love of the woman you love. And I am not lusting after you. If I wanted to force myself on you I wouldn't have waited for so long. I would have done it already. But that's not what I want, I want to have your love, your heart, and soul. I will not make the mistake what men usually do when they feel they are losing control over the woman they love".

I looked away from him. When he held my hands much to my distaste said "Lyn sweetheart I know I seem like a devil to you right now. But love you were not supposed to marry anyone else. I will correct the mistake and we will get married in 3 days".

I was aghast by this and snatched my hands from his and said "Just now you said you won't force yourself and now you want to marry me. Does that even makes sense to you"

He looked at me intensely and said "Love I said I will marry you but doesn't mean I will claim my rights on you right away. I want to make you mine legally and I have a lifetime to make you love me".

I was disgusted at his thoughts and told him "I cannot be yours legally. I don't know which wonderland you are in. Did you forget I am already married to Mr. Richards Evans?" I looked at him angrily.

"Sweetheart do you think I would not do my homework" he said smiling.

I looked at him confused and then he said "Lyn I took the papers that you sent to him for signature and had him sign it with the business papers with the help of his secretary and had it submitted it to court" and then he handed me the final document of my divorce.

I looked at the document and the legal document indicated I was indeed a divorcee now. I didn't know whether to thank him to get me out of the unwanted marriage or to slap him for kidnapping me and making me get into another unwanted relation.

I took a deep breath and said "If you think I will marry you then you are wrong".

"But I know you will love since you cannot see Riley or Richards or Ivan in danger. Right love?" he smirked.

"I think you forgot all of them are safe as they are surrounded by bodyguards" I replied confidently.

"Like you were, right love, and yet you are here with me" he replied amused.

 "I will die before I marry you" I replied looking away from him.

"Then I will kill them all before I join you my love" he replied immediately in an angry tone.

"Why do you want to kill them?" I asked him frustratingly.

"I don't keep useless things" he answered.

"They are live people and don't think you can easily target Ivan he's mafia" I replied waring him.

"So Ivan it is huh... he's the one you love" he questioned in a calm voice.

I glared at him and said "What do you mean?"

"Out of all three people I threatened to kill you only said his name" He replied.

"He's my friend and yes I love him as a friend" I answered.

"But you love your mother Riley as well" he asked.

"She can't protect herself but Ivan can protect, both of them. I trust him" I said.

"I know he can but when he's distracted can he?" he said.

I glared at him and he said "So you agree she's can be in danger".

"Don't even think to hurt her" I yelled.

"I didn't say I will hurt her" he answered in a calm tone.

"Why are you so adamant to marry me" I asked getting frustrated.

"Why are you hellbent on denying me" he countered.

"Because I know this is wrong. I don't even feel anything for you. I was married before without my consent but not again" I replied.

"I know you feel that way now but soon we will have a bond as you will have the feelings developed for me," he said smiling at me.

"What makes you so confident?" I asked him annoyed.

"I know darling it's true. If you bind two people with a bond. Feelings can be developed later on, it's natural. I will see to it you developed them for me"  he replied.

"It's a waste of my time talking to you. Please leave" I said getting annoyed with his persistence.

"As you wish my crystal," he said and left not even bothered about my rejection. I threw the pillow at his back but by then he was out of the room I occupied since my second kidnapping.

Unknown's POV

I know she will get antsy when I will ask for the wedding but there is no way I will let her go again. I am sure this time I will have as mine legally, socially, and emotionally.

"Marcus how's the wedding arrangement going on" I asked him

"Sir I have asked Sapphire for event management and Elsa will be here for Wedding dress fittings and Jack is arranging the catering services" Marcus replied.

"Good, keep in mind if there is anything wrong I will have your head on a platter" I warned him.

"You may as you see fit sir," He said bowing and left me.

I am going to avoid being with her till our wedding. I am not going to cause distress to her. Also, I asked Esme to take care of her. Esme is innocent and she has already befriended her and I know Crystal keeps pressurizing her for help but I know Esme wouldn't do that after she's loyal to me till her last breath.

Richard's POV

I was waiting at my office while Ivan was pacing back and forth and it's been a week with no information about Evelyn. A maid came knocking on the door, I got irritated and said "Get lost whoever it is unless you have some info on Evelyn".

The maid still entered shivering and said "Sir, there's a lawyer he wants to meet you".

"Didn't you hear me" I was scolding her when Ivan said "I think it's important that's why she came in spite of your warning".

The maid sighed in relief and I moved to the living hall where I saw lawyer Harry Aniston standing. We shook hands and then he handed me the documents and I opened them instantly to find that it was a divorce agreement and it was signed by her and me and we were divorced.

I threw the documents and caught the collar of Harry and asked him "what's the meaning of this?"

"Sir please behave, your behavior can levy serious charges due to threatening the life of a prestigious lawyer," He said.

Ivan made me let go of him and the lawyer left my home. Ivan looked at the document and he asked me "Did she tell you anything about this?"

I shook my head in no and now it seemed to me like she ran away from me because I was pressurizing her to live with me.

"I drove her away. She's not kidnapped" I yelled hitting the table in front of me. Again Ivan stopped me from causing a rampage and then he asked "Did you remember signing any document for her" 

Again I shook my head in no.

"Then I don't think she did this. It's quite mysterious that she disappears the night of dinner and then sends the final divorce notice in two weeks. Moreover, the divorce agreement was signed before  5 and a half months before your accident and if she was planning it she would have at least mentioned to me once. Also, it seems like someone has helped her to file for a quick divorce at the same time quickly filing documents from your end" he said.

It made me happy that it was not her and someone else was behind this and but it also made me sad that she would have shared everything with Ivan that me.

"So you mean to say someone has betrayed me on this. But all my staff has been loyal to me for years but ...." I was saying when I recalled that my secretary was recently hired and she also resigned last week for personal reasons.

"I think I know who helped her. It's Nichola. She was recently hired and she resigned last week stating some personal reasons" I said.

"Get her details for me Richards faster" Ivan ordered.

Though I didn't like the way he talked to me still I obliged as it was my wife on stake for this. I immediately called my new secretary and asked him to send Nicholas details. 

My phone beeped and the details about the person who betrayed me appeared. I jumped to follow the address mentioned and Ivan accompanied me too.

I jumped all the signals and reached the address and I was glad to see the door was not locked and then I rang the bell. Soon the door opened by an old lady and she looked at us frowning.

"Mr. how can I help you?" she asked.

"I am here to meet Nichola" I said trying to be calm.

She looked at us both and she seemed scared seeing two men dressed in black knocking her door at this hour of the morning.

She gestured us inside and then made us sit and then she offered us tea which we denied.

"Mam can you call Nichola now" Ivan asked her. I was agitated by his composed tone.

As soon as she heard me the lady started crying and it was the end of my patience. I got up from my place and kneeled in front of her and asked "Mam please it's a question of life and death for me. Please call Nichola".

The lady got up and showed us a file. I looked confused and opened the file only to find it was a death certificate of Nichola who was dead 7 months ago. Seeing my shocked state, Ivan grabbed the file and then he handed it to the lady and walked outside. I went after him to see a big dent in the front of the car which was not there before.

Till now I was frustrated with his composed and rational thinking but the dent on the car convinced me he was not calm as I was thinking, he was boiling inside and the volcano which will soon erupt if we don't find leads on where Evelyn's whereabouts.

It made me happy to see him like that but the thought that we ended in dead-end made me sad the next moment. I don't know where my precious was and time away was killing me.

Ivan's POV

"Dammit, someone faked Nichola's identity and used it to get the quick divorce for Cara" I hit the bonnet of the car in the anger that I was suppressing inside.

This clearly was a work of mafia, no one does such neat work without connections and that too illegal connections.

"I am sorry Cara I failed to protect you" I uttered the words only to see Richards coming out of the house. I stood by the car in a calm and composed way but the dent on the bonnet didn't get unnoticed by him. But he didn't say anything.

He entered the driver seat and gestured me to go inside but I started walking without answering him. He followed me for a while but when I still ignored him, he left at high speed. I know he was getting frustrated with my stubbornness. I need to clear my mind and I cannot do so unless I walk.
