Title: 5/5
The title is nice. It is a bit lengthy, but it has a similar structure to others in the genre.

Cover: 5/5
I like the cover, though I might be a bit biased. Now that I have read the story I can see why you requested it the way you did.

Blurb: 3/5
I think that the blurb needs some work. It gives all the info it needs to, but it doesn't draw me in right away. It needs a hook and a bit more structure.

Spelling, Punctuation, Grammar, and Vocabulary: 15/15
I didn't notice any issues with spelling, punctuation, grammar, or vocabulary. I was pleased to see that you use commas correctly! That is a big pet peeve of mine. Your vocab fit with the YA genre, nothing too pretentious.

World-building and Descriptions: 10/10
The world is really cool. I am a big Marvel and DC fan, so this was right up my alley in that aspect. I am really interested in seeing more of it with new chapters!

Character Development: 19/20
I really liked Scarlett as a character. You did very well at developing her. I know there are only eight chapters right now and I look forward to seeing the rest of her character arc.

Plot Development/Pacing/Chapter Structure: 19/20
The plot is awesome. I knew that going in from the blurb. Though I thought going in that it would be a lot like Brandon Sanderson's Steelheart, but it is very different. The chapters were a great length and they flowed together very well.

Originality: 10/10
I think I stated this earlier, but I love this idea. Though superheroes and villains themselves aren't "original", the idea in this story is.

Enjoyment/Hook: 10/10
I very much enjoyed this story. The blurb might not have hooked me, but the promise of superheroes and villains did.
