Welcome to the official editing and reviewing service of the Olympus Writing Community, affectionately called Underworld Edits and Reviews due to our editors and reviewers being referred to as Fates in our discord server.

If you're looking for editing assistance, ways to grow as a writer, want your book promoted, or just looking for some cool reads, then this is the place for you!

Our reviewers and editors look forward to assisting you, but be warned that they will be honest in their opinions. The goal is for you to walk away from this knowing where your story needs work thereby giving you the chance to improve and grow as a writer. We hope you all find our editing suggestions and reviews helpful.

Please note that some our team just edit, while others both review and edit. In the chapters menu the team members with brackets beside their name are editors and reviewers. Our team members include:

We also run the Olympus Community on Discord. Our server is modelled after the Nine Muses of Greek Mythology and is a place where you can work toward achieving your writing goals while meeting new friends. The Rules of the Editing Service:

1. Please permanently follow this account (OlympusCommunity) and put this book on a public reading list in order to receive updates. This is mandatory.
Prior to starting a review or editing session, our team will check to see that you have done this. If you haven't then your service request will not be fulfilled. So please play by the rules. Also make sure that you don't remove the book from your reading list or unfollow the account, otherwise you  risk having your review/editing suggestions removed.

2. Make sure you complete the payment that your team member has specified prior to receiving the reviewing/editing service and don't take back your payment.
Our team works hard to write their reviews and edit the work of others. So it's important that they receive the payment for their work. If you aren't satisfied with the service you received, please contact us and we'll un-publish your review (note that this only applies to reviews).

3. Please be tolerant and respectful.
We are considerate and honest as possible in the way that we edit and review your stories. If you disagree with our critiques, please let us know in a respectful manner. Bear in mind that by requesting from our team, you asked for our honest opinion.

4. Please don't spam the Olympus Team with comments or messages asking when your editing or review will be finished.
Our team will try to be on time as much as possible, but we have offline lives as well, just like you. Our team will let you know if they are delayed in their requests.
Be sure to check the status of the team as well in order to see how long the wait might be. The status could be: Open, CFCU (Closed for Catch Up), Hiatus, or Closed. The password for requesting from our team is...wait...there is no password.

5. You can only request from one of our team members at a time.
When your editing/review is done, you'll need to wait two weeks before requesting again. After the two week period, you can select a new team member if you wish.

6. Use the form in the team members' chapters to request from them. Make sure to tag the appropriate people.

Opportunities:
All of the reviews (written by our reviewers) will be published in this book (unless otherwise stated by the requester) and those that receive a score of 85 or higher will have a gem placed beside their title to indicate their high status. Editing will take place primarily via Google documents while reviews will utilize the version of your story currently on Wattpad.
