"Can I remove the blindfold yet Paps?"

"NOT YET SISTER! WE'RE NOT THERE YET!"

"We've been walking for almost an hour now..."

"WE'RE NEARLY THERE!"

He had dragged me out of the house randomly and is now pulling me around while my eyes are covered by his scarf. My feet kick loose rocks as I stumble my way through where ever we are, Papyrus seems to be pretty excited about it though. Suddenly he lets go of my hand and unties his scarf quickly before running off 'NYEH HEH HEH'ing.

"PAPS! WAIT!"

He's gone from sight before I'm able to start running after him. Looking around I notice that he had dropped me off in Waterfall somewhere, it's rather pretty. A single waterfall rushes past the path as hundreds of stones light up the cave.

"This place is always so pretty..."

The sudden guitar strings make me jump and turn towards the sound, a smiling skeleton looks at me with his usual smirk on his face. His usual blue jacket is lying on a nearby rock while a navy blue suit sits on Sans' shoulders. The lights reflect off his jacket, making it look bluer than it is.

"S-Sans!?!"

"hey duska! i heard that it's your birthday?"

It actually was, it's the first of December and I've been wondering where my skeleton bone-friend had gone. But now he's here... strumming a guitar... in a suit...

"Wh-What is happening right now?"

"what do you think? i'm giving you your present!"

He laughs as he motions with his for me to sit down on the rock that's holding his jacket. I do so and wrap the jacket over my shoulders as I watch him strum the guitar a bit more. Suddenly he closes his eyes as he begins singing.

He had to pick this song. It happens to be one of my favourites, I had always dreamed of getting this song sung to me. I don't remember ever telling Sans about this song though, he's just full of surprises.

He taps his foot along with the beat of the song, even in his suit he wears his comfy slippers. I giggle as I look at them which just makes Sans smile wider.

Suddenly music is played all around us, no longer from Sans' guitar. He gently places his guitar down as he sings and holds his hand out to me. I carefully take his jacket off and hold the outstretched hand tightly.

We dance to the song underneath the sparkling gleam of the stones. Sans continues singing as we dance and I can't help but fall deeper in love with this little skeleton.

He lets go of my hands and picks up his guitar again, strumming the last of the song slowly.

I can't help but smile at the skeleton, his glims in his eyes have changed their shape into hearts. I giggle as he mustn't have realised that he's doing it.

"what's so funny princess?"

"Your eyes..."

"what about them?"

He puts his guitar down and walks up to me, he looks a little worried. I smile and run into him for a hug. He returns it as he buries his head into my shoulder, making it tickle a little.

"Thank you Sans."

"no problem. you deserve this."

"I also deserve my boyfriend. Especially if the glims in his eyes can change shape."

He shoots up from my shoulder and runs towards the water so that he can look at his reflection. I begin laughing as soon as he runs towards the river, he seems to be over reacting.

"heh heh... didn't know that they could do that..."

"It's cute! Now come back here! I want more hugs!"

He turns and smiles at me, smiling his mischievous smile. I reach my arms out and do grabby hands towards him.

"wow... i sing you a song and you just want hugs?"

"Yes! Now come here!"

"nah... think i'm good here..."

He kicks a rock into the river and turns his back to me. I frown as bandages flow from my arm and wrap around him, quickly pulling him into my lap. I hug him tightly before he can run and he squirms in my grasp.

"kid! lemme... lemme go!"

"Nah... think i'm good here!"

He laughs as he continues struggling, his arms are trapped beneath my own and his legs aren't long enough to pull himself up with them. I kiss his skull and lay on top of it, he stops squirming and leans back onto me. I carefully lay onto the ground and let him get into a more comfortable position beside me. Now we're laying side by side, his arm is underneath my back as my head rests on his shoulder. The gems above us sparkle like stars while the nearby glowing shrooms dimly light the room.

"Thank you Sans. This is beautiful."

"heh... not as beautiful as you."

"Pfft! Your horribly cliche."

"i thought you liked that?"

"Did I ever say that I didn't?"

He laughs and holds me tighter. I fall asleep in his arms, never wanting to leave them again.
